技术领域
本发明涉及装配式胶合板安装结构技术领域,具体为一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构。
背景技术
胶合板是家具常用材料之一,为人造板三大板之一,亦可供飞机、船舶、火车、汽车、建筑和包装箱等作用材,一组单板通常按相邻层木纹方向互相垂直组坯胶合而成,通常其表板和内层板对称地配置在中心层或板芯的两侧,用涂胶后的单板按木纹方向纵横交错配成的板坯,在加热或不加热的条件下压制而成,层数一般为奇数,少数也有偶数,纵横方向的物理、机械性质差异较小,常用的胶合板类型有三合板、五合板等,胶合板能提高木材利用率,是节约木材的一个主要途径,而由于一些特殊的场合,需要将胶合板应用到与外部环境具有一定摩擦接触的场所,比如地板以及踏板等,但是由于目前在使用的胶合板大部分的表层不具备耐磨防震缓冲以及防滑性能,因而使用寿命短且不具备较好的机械强度,因而影响实际使用效果。
中国专利(CN201820414446.2)公开了一种双层组装式减震胶合板,包括上胶合板、下胶合板、竖向减震装置,所述竖向减震装置设置为多个且置于上胶合板与下胶合板之间,上胶合板与下胶合板相互平行设置,所述竖向减震装置包括上固定筒以及下固定筒,所述上固定筒垂直固定于上胶合板的内侧板体上且在其筒体内设有第一磁块,所述下固定筒固定于下胶合板的内侧板体上且在其筒体底部设有第二磁块,所述第一磁块与第二磁块之间相对侧的磁极相异,所述上固定筒的下端插接固定于下固定筒的中空的上端筒体内。所述双层组装式减震胶合板能有效提高整体胶合板的减震效果,在垂直方向以及水平方向均具有较好的减震效果,实用性高,但是其防潮效果甚微。
现在市场上的装配式胶合板安装结构不便对该胶合板的四角进行防护,且不易防滑防水的功能实现,不便在胶合板组装过程中使胶水之间粘合程度更加紧密,易受潮开裂影响其在施工过程中的安装,针对上述情况,在现有的装配式胶合板安装结构基础上进行技术创新,为此我们提出一种具有对该胶合板的四角进行防护,且使用了防滑防水的材质有利于在胶合板组装过程中使胶水之间粘合程度更加紧密,不易受潮开裂影响其在施工过程中的安装的具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构。
针对上述问题,急需在原有装配式胶合板安装结构的基础上进行创新设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出一般的装配式胶合板安装结构不便对该胶合板的四角进行防护,且不易防滑防水的功能实现,不便在胶合板组装过程中使胶水之间粘合程度更加紧密,易受潮开裂影响其在施工过程中的安装的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构,包括板体和角件,所述板体的外侧设置有耐磨胶板,且耐磨胶板的下方安装有顶板,所述顶板的底部预留有导流孔,且导流孔的下方设置有吸水层,所述吸水层的外壁安装有连接件,且连接件的外侧预留有卡槽,所述角件固定于卡槽的外壁,且角件的外侧设置有拆卸板,所述拆卸板的外壁右侧安装有固定螺钉,且固定螺钉的下方设置有芯板,所述芯板的中间位置安装有防震件,且防震件的内部设置有弹簧,所述弹簧的顶部安装有推杆,且推杆的外侧设置有橡胶层,所述橡胶层的下方设置有底板,且底板的底部连接有滑块,所述滑块的下方预留有滑槽,且滑槽的外壁预留有矩形口,所述矩形口的外侧预留有转槽,且转槽的外壁安装有螺纹钉。
优选的,所述螺纹钉通过耐磨胶板与转槽构成卡合结构,且螺纹钉关于耐磨胶板的中轴线对称设置。
优选的,所述连接件通过卡槽与角件构成卡合结构,且连接件与固定螺钉之间为螺纹连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明通过给该复合组装的胶合板中间增加了弹性,在安装使用时当上方的受力时,通过推杆在防震件的滑动,并受到弹簧的弹性作用,有利于该胶合板的防震缓冲,不易在受力作用下开裂损坏;
2.本发明通过角件有利对该胶合板的四角进行防护,且使用了防滑防水的材质有利于在胶合板组装过程中使胶水之间粘合程度更加紧密,不易受潮开裂影响其在施工过程中的安装;
3.本发明通过防震件与底板的组合安装在胶合板中间,再搭配耐磨胶板与橡胶层可以有效的提高该胶合板安装使用时的质量,使之防滑防震并具有防水防潮的作用,多处功能的加入更加耐用。

工作原理:在使用该具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构时,首先,板体1在进行胶合板安装使用时,通过对中层的芯板11等板层进行胶水粘合固定,并通过耐磨胶板2紧固使之紧密的粘合在一起再粘合成复合胶合板,同时螺纹钉21便于在组装前后进行安装拆卸,同时角件8有利对该胶合板的四角进行防护,且使用了防滑防水的材质有利于在胶合板组装过程中使胶水之间粘合程度更加紧密,不易受潮开裂影响其在施工过程重的安装,然后通过推杆14在防震件12的滑动,并受到弹簧13的弹性作用,有利于该胶合板的防震缓冲,不易在受力作用下开裂损坏,并且在胶合板中间再搭配耐磨胶板2与橡胶层15可以有效的提高该胶合板安装使用时的质量,使之防滑防震并具有防水防潮的作用,多处功能的加入更加耐用;
接着,耐磨胶板2材料为高温耐火材质设置,使之增强胶合板整体的防火性,避免在高温或者火灾的情况下,胶合板燃烧损毁,并进一步增强整体胶合板的结构强度,更加实用耐用不惧明火耐高温,最后芯板11材质为复合木板设置,符合板层的胶水粘合并搭配防震件12与橡胶层15等多种防震材料,可以有效使之该胶合板在安装结构上的防震缓冲作用的实现,这就是该具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构的工作原理。

1.一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构,包括板体(1)和角件(8),其特征在于:所述板体(1)的外侧设置有耐磨胶板(2),且耐磨胶板(2)的下方安装有顶板(3),所述顶板(3)的底部预留有导流孔(4),且导流孔(4)的下方设置有吸水层(5),所述吸水层(5)的外壁安装有连接件(6),且连接件(6)的外侧预留有卡槽(7),所述角件(8)固定于卡槽(7)的外壁,且角件(8)的外侧设置有拆卸板(9),所述拆卸板(9)的外壁右侧安装有固定螺钉(10),且固定螺钉(10)的下方设置有芯板(11),所述芯板(11)的中间位置安装有防震件(12),且防震件(12)的内部设置有弹簧(13),所述弹簧(13)的顶部安装有推杆(14),且推杆(14)的外侧设置有橡胶层(15),所述橡胶层(15)的下方设置有底板(16),且底板(16)的底部连接有滑块(17),所述滑块(17)的下方预留有滑槽(18),且滑槽(18)的外壁预留有矩形口(19),所述矩形口(19)的外侧预留有转槽(20),且转槽(20)的外壁安装有螺纹钉(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构,其特征在于:所述螺纹钉(21)通过耐磨胶板(2)与转槽(20)构成卡合结构,且螺纹钉(21)关于耐磨胶板(2)的中轴线对称设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构,其特征在于:所述连接件(6)通过卡槽(7)与角件(8)构成卡合结构,且连接件(6)与固定螺钉(10)之间为螺纹连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构,其特征在于:所述推杆(14)通过弹簧(13)与防震件(12)构成升降结构,且顶板(3)通过防震件(12)与板体(1)构成弹性结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构,其特征在于:所述底板(16)通过滑块(17)与滑槽(18)构成滑动结构,且底板(16)与耐磨胶板(2)之间为胶水粘接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构,其特征在于:所述防震件(12)与底板(16)之间为紧密贴合,且底板(16)的中轴线与角件(8)的中轴线相平行。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构,其特征在于:所述耐磨胶板(2)材料为高温耐火材质设置,且耐磨胶板(2)与顶板(3)之间为胶水粘接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防震缓冲作用的装配式胶合板安装结构,其特征在于:所述橡胶层(15)材质为硅胶橡胶设置,且橡胶层(15)与芯板(11)之间为相互平行设置,并且芯板(11)材质为复合木板设置。
