Abstract
The invention provides a blunt-proof device for a tungsten steel blade, which belongs to the field of tungsten steel blade equipment and comprises a motor, a connecting rod, a tungsten steel blade, a connecting block, a polishing telescopic rod and a polishing solution box; the lower part of the motor is provided with a connecting rod; the lower part of the connecting rod is provided with a tungsten steel blade; the side surface of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with a connecting block; the lower part of the connecting block is fixedly provided with a polishing telescopic rod; and the upper part of the connecting block is fixedly provided with a polishing solution box. The polishing telescopic rod can be intermittently controlled to be started and closed through the control module, so that intermittent polishing operation during cutting operation of the tungsten steel blade is realized, and the tungsten steel blade is prevented from being blunt; meanwhile, the polishing effect of the tungsten steel blade is improved due to the automatic arrangement of the jet polishing liquid.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of tungsten steel blade equipment, and particularly relates to a blunt-proof device for a tungsten steel blade.
Background
The tungsten steel blade is made of tungsten steel, and the tungsten steel is an alloy material made of hard compounds of refractory metals and bonding metals through a powder metallurgy process. The tungsten steel has a series of excellent properties of high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, particularly high hardness and wear resistance, basically keeps unchanged even at the temperature of 500 ℃, and still has high hardness at the temperature of 1000 ℃.
Tungsten steel blades become dull after prolonged use, and the cutting effect is greatly influenced. When the cutting operation is used, a new tungsten steel blade can be replaced or the tungsten steel blade can be taken down and polished and then installed, and the mode wastes time and funds.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a device capable of automatically preventing the tungsten steel blade from being dulled.

Preferably, the lower part of the motor is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft; and a tungsten steel blade is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the rotating shaft.
Preferably, the side of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with a protective cover.
Preferably, the protective cover is semi-arc-shaped, and covers half of the tungsten steel blade.
Preferably, the polishing telescopic rod comprises a polishing head and a polishing telescopic pump; the bottom of the polishing telescopic rod is fixedly connected with a polishing head; the side of the polishing telescopic rod is provided with a polishing telescopic pump.
Preferably, the polishing telescopic rod is a two-stage hydraulic telescopic shaft.
Preferably, the polishing solution tank comprises a polishing solution inlet and a polishing solution spray head; the upper part of the polishing solution box is fixedly provided with a polishing solution inlet; and the bottom of the polishing solution box is fixedly connected with a polishing solution spray head.

Principle of operation
Before the polishing solution box is used, sufficient polishing solution is added into the polishing solution box 8 through a polishing solution inlet 81 fixedly arranged at the upper part of the polishing solution box 8.
Starting the device, the motor 1 starts to operate to drive the tungsten steel blade 4 fixedly arranged at the lower part of the rotating shaft 3 to rapidly rotate and cut the object. The operation time of the tungsten steel blade 4 is recorded and analyzed by a single chip microcomputer in the control module 9, the intermittent operation starts a grinding telescopic pump 72 arranged on the side face of the grinding telescopic rod 7 and an infusion pump connected with the upper portion of a polishing liquid spray head 82, the grinding head 71 is driven by the grinding telescopic rod 7 to extend downwards to be in contact with the tungsten steel blade 4 to start grinding the tungsten steel blade 4, meanwhile, the polishing liquid spray head 82 sprays polishing liquid in a polishing liquid box 8 to the position where the grinding head 71 is in contact with the tungsten steel blade 4 to grind under the action of the infusion pump, and the grinding effect of the grinding head 71 is improved.
In the polishing process of the polishing head 71, the tungsten steel blade 4 can not stop the cutting operation, so that the operation efficiency is improved. After the polishing head 71 finishes polishing, the control module 9 controls the polishing telescopic pump 72 to start to retract the polishing telescopic rod 7 to the original position, and meanwhile, the infusion pump connected to the upper part of the polishing liquid spray head 82 stops working.

Claims (10)
1. A tungsten steel blade anti-blunting device is characterized by comprising a motor, a connecting rod, a tungsten steel blade, a connecting block, a polishing telescopic rod and a polishing solution box; the lower part of the motor is provided with a connecting rod; the lower part of the connecting rod is provided with a tungsten steel blade; the side surface of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with a connecting block; the lower part of the connecting block is fixedly provided with a polishing telescopic rod; and the upper part of the connecting block is fixedly provided with a polishing solution box.
2. The tungsten steel blade blunt preventing device according to claim 1, wherein a rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the motor; and a tungsten steel blade is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the rotating shaft.
3. The tungsten steel blade anti-blunting device according to claim 1, wherein a protective cover is fixedly connected to the side of the connecting rod.
4. The tungsten steel blade anti-blunt device according to claim 3 wherein said shield is semi-arc shaped and covers half of the tungsten steel blade.

The tungsten steel blade anti-blunting device according to claim 1, wherein the sanding telescopic rod comprises a sanding head and a sanding telescopic pump; the bottom of the polishing telescopic rod is fixedly connected with a polishing head; the side of the polishing telescopic rod is provided with a polishing telescopic pump.
6. The tungsten steel blade anti-blunting device according to claim 5, wherein the sanding telescopic rod is a secondary hydraulic telescopic shaft.

The tungsten steel blade passivation prevention device of claim 1, wherein the polishing solution tank comprises a polishing solution inlet, a polishing solution spray head; the upper part of the polishing solution box is fixedly provided with a polishing solution inlet; and the bottom of the polishing solution box is fixedly connected with a polishing solution spray head.
8. The device for preventing the blunting of the tungsten steel blade as claimed in claim 7, wherein an infusion pump is connected to the upper part of the polishing solution nozzle and is fixedly arranged inside the polishing solution tank.
9. The tungsten steel blade blunt prevention device according to claim 2, wherein a control module is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the motor; the side surface of the control module is connected with a connecting handle; the side surface of the connecting handle is fixedly provided with a host.
