A purification and impurity removal device for brewing honey wine according to claim 3, wherein the filter mechanism (4) comprises a filter cylinder (41), a limiting ring (42), a first filter screen (43), a second filter screen (44) and a vibrator (45), the filter cylinder (41) is vertically installed in the purification cavity (12) and is located right below the electrothermal barrel (22), the limiting ring (42) is fixedly installed inside the filter cylinder (41) and is arranged close to the lower end of the filter cylinder, the first filter screen (43) and the second filter screen (44) are both installed in the filter cylinder (41), the first filter screen (43) is located below the second filter screen (44), the mesh size of the first filter screen (43) is smaller than that of the second filter screen (44), and the vibrator (45) is fixedly installed on the side wall of the filter cylinder (41).

A purification and impurity removal device for brewing honey wine according to claim 5, wherein the mounting mechanism (5) comprises mounting plates (51), a sliding cavity (52), a sliding plate (53), a spring (54), a fixing plate (55) and connecting bolts (56), the two mounting plates (51) are symmetrically and fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the purification cavity (12), the sliding cavity (52) is vertically arranged in the mounting plates (51), one end of the sliding plate (53) is slidably connected in the sliding cavity (52) and elastically connected with the inner walls of the upper side and the lower side of the sliding cavity (52) through the spring (54), the fixing plate (55) is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the filter cylinder (41), and the outer leaking end of the sliding plate (53) is fixedly connected with the fixing plate (55) through the connecting bolts (56).

A purifying and impurity-removing device for brewing honey wine as claimed in claim 5, wherein said receiving mechanism (6) comprises a receiving barrel (61) and handles (62), said receiving barrel (61) is installed on the lower inner wall of the purifying chamber (12), and two handles (62) are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the outer side wall of the receiving barrel (61), the inner diameter of the receiving barrel (61) is larger than the diameter of the filter cylinder (41).
