in the case of a femoral unicondylar procedure, a first resection is performed on the femoral condyle, and after the first resection, a plane is formed at the end of the femoral condyle remote from the femur, which plane is in contact with the guide portion 22 of the resection guide 2.
The osteotomy guide 2 is attached, the guide portion 22 of the osteotomy guide 2 is brought into contact with the osteotomy surface formed by the first osteotomy, and the contact portion 21 of the osteotomy guide 2 is brought into contact with the femoral condyle uncut portion. The osteotomy guide 2 is fixedly connected with the femur by using bone nails, and the osteotomy saw is used for performing an osteotomy operation on the femoral condyle along the first guide groove and the second guide groove.
After the osteotomy is completed, the osteotomy guide 2 is removed and the femoral trial condyle is mounted to the osteotomy surface. Whether the installation position of the femoral trial condyle is suitable or not is judged through the flexion and extension movement of the joint, and if the installation position of the femoral trial condyle is not suitable, the femoral trial condyle can be detached and transversely moved to a suitable position. When the position of the femoral trial condyle is determined, a bone drill can be used for drilling a mounting hole on the femur through a guide hole on the femoral trial condyle. After the installation hole is drilled, the femur trial condyle can be detached, and the femur condyle prosthesis can be installed through the installation hole, so that the operation is completed.
The utility model provides an adjustable thighbone examination condyle and including its system when carrying out thighbone unicondylar operation, can adjust the position of thighbone examination condyle for the thighbone earlier, bore the mounting hole again when thighbone examination condyle adjusts to the optimal position to guarantee the installation accuracy of thighbone condyle prosthesis, reach the optimal operation effect.
The above is a preferred embodiment of the present application, and the scope of protection of the present application is not limited by the above, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
