Abstract

The invention provides a front fork positioner, which comprises a positioner main body, a fork point type positioning rod and a positioning rod sleeve, wherein the fork point type positioning rod is arranged at one end of the positioner main body; the positioning rod sleeve is arranged at the other end of the positioner main body; the locating rod extends into the locating rod sleeve, and the tip of the front end of the locating rod is in contact with the tip of a fork point locating base in the fork point type locating rod. The invention can accurately find the passage for the ligament to pass through the tibia and the femur during the operation by adopting the point-to-point fixing structure, so that a doctor can conveniently and smoothly pass the ligament through the passage by a matching tool, and the doctor can adjust the relative position between the point-to-point positioning rod and the positioning rod by adopting the fork point type positioning rod adjustable structure and adjusting the proper position of the tool through image measurement data. Through adopting side formula locking screw locking fixed knot to construct, structural design is simple, the simple operation.

The defects of the prior art are as follows: the point-to-point structure needs to be adjusted before an operation and needs to be locked and fixed by a universal tool immediately after being adjusted to a proper position.

The front fork positioner provided by the invention comprises a positioner main body 101, a fork point type positioning rod 105 and a positioning rod sleeve 125, wherein:
the fork point type positioning rod 105 is arranged at one end of the positioner main body 101;
a positioning-rod sleeve 125 is provided at the other end of the positioner body 101;
positioning rod 120 extends into positioning rod sleeve 125, and the tip of the front end of positioning rod 120 contacts the tip of a forked positioning base 110 in forked positioning rod 105.
Preferably, the positioner body 101 includes a first mounting rod and a second mounting rod integrally formed, the first mounting rod is provided with a fork point type positioning rod 105, and the second mounting rod is provided with a positioning rod sleeve 125.
Preferably, the angle between the first mounting bar and the second mounting bar is obtuse, right or acute.
Preferably, the first mounting rod is provided with a first hole, and the forked positioning rod 105 can slide in the first hole in a reciprocating manner.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

As shown in fig. 1-3, the present invention provides an anterior fork positioner, which takes an ACL anterior fork positioner as an example in the present embodiment, and utilizes ergonomics, surgical procedures, etc. to design the appearance and structure thereof, and the structure is simple and convenient to use during the surgical procedure, thereby facilitating the doctor to position the ACL tear of the patient and subsequently fix the ligament.
In more detail, the front fork positioner provided by the invention comprises a positioner main body 101, a fork point type positioning rod 105 and a positioning rod sleeve 125, wherein the fork point type positioning rod 105 is arranged at one end of the positioner main body 101; a positioning-rod sleeve 125 is provided at the other end of the positioner body 101; positioning rod 120 extends into positioning rod sleeve 125, and the tip of the front end of positioning rod 120 contacts the tip of the forked positioning base 110 in forked positioning rod 105, thereby achieving "point-to-point" contact and positioning.
Further, the positioner body 101 includes a first mounting rod and a second mounting rod which are integrally formed, the first mounting rod is provided with a fork point type positioning rod 105, and the second mounting rod is provided with a positioning rod sleeve 125. The included angle between the first mounting rod and the second mounting rod is an obtuse angle, a right angle or an acute angle. In this embodiment, the angle between the first mounting rod and the second mounting rod is a right angle. For clarity, the first mounting rod of the present invention is horizontally disposed, and the second mounting rod is vertically disposed, as shown in fig. 1, the first mounting rod is provided with a first hole, the cross-point positioning rod 105 can slide up and down along the first hole of the positioner body 101, and the cross-point positioning rod 105 can be adjusted to a suitable position according to the operation requirement and then locked and fixed by the locking wire 102.
The bottom of the second mounting rod is provided with a slotted design, and two ends of the slotted design are provided with second pore channels. Specifically, both ends of the slot are respectively provided with a semi-cylindrical hole passage, and the two semi-cylindrical hole passages are combined to form a second hole passage for accommodating the positioning rod sleeve 125. The slot is adjusted by means of a locking bolt 130 provided on the second mounting bar. Specifically, the locking bolt 130 includes a screw pin 142, a screw pin fixing block 140, and a locking screw 135, and the locking screw 135 penetrates through the slot of the second mounting rod and is in threaded connection with the second mounting rod; the screwing pin fixing block 140 is arranged at one end of the locking screw 135, and the screwing pin fixing block 140 is rotated to drive the locking screw 135 to rotate so as to adjust the width of the groove. The screw pin 142 penetrates the screw pin fixing block 140 in a direction perpendicular to the locking screw 135. The positioner body 101 and the positioning rod bushing 125 are formed in a slotted structure, and the positioning rod bushing 125 is fixed to the positioner body 101 by means of a screw structure of the locking bolt 130 through a pressing principle.
In more detail, one end of the positioning rod sleeve 125 is provided with a limit step having an outer diameter greater than a diameter of the second aperture. When the positioning rod sleeve 125 stretches into the second hole, the limiting step can contact the second mounting rod and abut against the left end face of the second mounting rod, and when the limiting step is in contact with the left end face of the positioner body, the limiting step is locked and fixed through the locking bolt 130.
As an extension example, the positioning rod sleeve 125 of the present invention can realize a rotational positioning function in the second mounting rod, and further, can realize versatility in adjustment of the positioning rod 120.
The working process of the invention is as follows: the cross-point positioning rod 105 is arranged in a first hole of a first mounting rod of the positioner body 101, and is fastened by the locking lock wire 102, the positioning rod sleeve 125 extends into a second hole until the step surface of the positioning rod sleeve 125 abuts against the end surface of the second mounting rod, and the positioning rod sleeve 125 is fastened on the second mounting rod by the locking bolt 130. Positioning rod 120 extends into positioning rod sleeve 125, and the tip of the front end of positioning rod 120 contacts the tip of the forked positioning base 110 in forked positioning rod 105, thereby achieving "point-to-point" contact and positioning.

the positioning rod sleeve (125) is arranged at the other end of the positioner main body (101);
the positioning rod sleeve (125) is used for sleeving the positioning rod (120), the positioning rod (120) extends into the positioning rod sleeve (125), and the tip of the front end of the positioning rod (120) is in contact with the tip of a fork point positioning base (110) in the fork point type positioning rod (105);
the positioner main body (101) comprises a first mounting rod and a second mounting rod which are integrally formed, wherein a fork point type positioning rod (105) is arranged on the first mounting rod, and a positioning rod sleeve (125) is arranged on the second mounting rod;
the first mounting rod is provided with a first hole channel, the fork point type positioning rod (105) can slide in the first hole channel in a reciprocating mode, the second mounting rod is provided with a groove, second hole channels are formed in two sides of the groove, and the positioning rod sleeve (125) can slide in the second hole channel in a reciprocating mode.
