Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of protective clothing, in particular to pressurized drying protective clothing.
Background
The novel coronavirus pneumonia (Corona Virus Disease 2019, COVID-19) causes infection of nearly 8 million people worldwide from 2019 and 12 months, and the transmission routes of the novel coronavirus pneumonia are mainly direct transmission, aerosol transmission and contact transmission determined by epidemic prevention experts. Direct transmission refers to infection caused by sneezing, coughing, talking droplets and the immediate inhalation of exhaled air by the patient; aerosol transmission refers to the mixing of droplets in the air to form an aerosol which causes infection after inhalation; contact transmission refers to the infection caused by the deposition of droplets on the surface of an article and the contact of the droplets with mucous membranes such as oral cavity, nasal cavity and eyes after the droplets contact contaminated hands. In recent years, many other epidemic situations frequently occur, such as Ebola virus (Ebola virus) or avian influenza, and the potential risk of bioterrorism attack, and the research and development of biological protective clothing is increasing at home and abroad nowadays. Medical personnel need to wear protective clothing when treating relevant patients, and strictly ensure that the medical personnel are isolated from viruses. In order to continuously improve the safety level of protective clothing, the positive pressure protection technology is widely applied to the design of the protective clothing. The positive pressure protective clothing is also called air-feeding protective clothing, it integrates the protective functions of head, face, body, hands and feet and respiratory system into one body, and its main feature is that the gas pressure in the protective clothing is higher than the environmental pressure, and under the action of internal and external pressure difference it can attain the high protection level for harmful substance, and it is a direct physical barrier for blocking the person from being exposed to the dangers of biological aerosol, radioactive dust, splash and accidental contact.
Chinese patent CN202173694U adopts a single air supply hose to deliver clean air into the protective clothing, and when the pressure in the protective clothing is less than the external pressure, the one-way exhaust valve is closed; when the pressure in the protective suit is higher than the external pressure, the air is exhausted outwards through a single one-way exhaust valve. Can make in the protective clothing keep certain malleation through this kind of mode, but when keeping the malleation, the inside humidity of protective clothing can constantly increase along with the live time growth, not only can form the water smoke on the face guard, shelters from medical personnel's sight, still can influence the comfort of dress.
Chinese patent CN 202127844U enters the hood through the linear exhaust hole and forms the air curtain, and when supplying the person of dress to breathe, the anterior face screen of protection is avoided owing to the phenomenon of hazing that exhales and cause, but because long-time head admits air, can influence medical personnel's breathing comfort gradually, and humidity in the protective clothing also can increase along with operating time simultaneously.
In both the chinese patents CN 205093614U and CN 104687543 a, the protective clothing is designed such that clean air is introduced into the head of the protective clothing to make the air in the protective clothing flow from top to bottom, and such design cannot well realize the flow of the whole air in the protective clothing, and also causes discomfort to the head of the protective clothing due to long-term wind.
Chinese patent CN 10871290A increases aspiration pump, cooling and drying structure in the protective clothing waist and realizes the decline of the inside temperature of protective clothing and humidity, but can not effectively keep the interior positive pressure state of protective clothing.
In view of the above, further improvements in comfort and safety of existing positive pressure protective garments are desired.

In the invention, after a user wears the protective clothing, the gas in the drying and sterilizing bottle 10 passes through the direct current fan 11 and sequentially passes through the main air inlet hose 13 and the branch air inlet hose system 19 to be introduced into the protective clothing and pressurized to a proper pressure by adjusting the external bayonet 22, so that the interior of the protective clothing is kept in a positive pressure state; after the gas in the protective clothing passes through the branch exhaust hose system 20 and the main exhaust hose 14 in sequence to enter a drying and sterilizing bottle in the using process, after the gas is dried and sterilized, the gas enters the protective clothing again according to the process that the gas enters the protective clothing; when the respiratory filtration device 7 or the crotch opening 8 needs to be opened, a 100-level high-pressure clean air bottle 12 is opened in the first 30s to be opened, the protective clothing is inflated and pressurized, pressurized air is kept to flow out of the protective clothing in a one-way mode through the opening, and the magnitude of pressurization of the respiratory filtration device 7 or the crotch opening 8 is controlled through controlling the one-way pressure stabilizing valve 17 (as shown in fig. 7).
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
