本申请公开了一种SSB传输方式的确定方法和设备,能够实现非授权频段上SSB的有效传输。该方法包括:基于SSB传输周期,确定第一SSB位置,所述第一SSB位置用于传输第一SSB;在发现参考信号DRS窗口内的候选的SSB位置中,确定第二SSB位置,所述第二SSB位置用于传输第二SSB;若所述第一SSB位置与所述第二SSB位置在时域上重叠,确定重叠的SSB位置上的SSB传输方式。
