Detailed Description
(Process for obtaining one embodiment of the present invention)
In general, in a mobile body that is automatically driven, since a driver does not exist, when there is a stain or a damage in the interior of the mobile body, the driver cannot be made to cope with the stain or the damage. Therefore, when providing an autonomous moving body to a user, it is necessary to make an appropriate person to cope with contamination or damage inside the moving body.
In view of the above problems, the inventors have earnestly repeated studies and experiments. As a result, the inventors conceived an information processing method, an information processing apparatus, and a program according to one aspect of the present disclosure described below, which enable an appropriate person to be coped with contamination or damage inside a moving body.
An information processing method according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes obtaining a sensing result for an inside of a moving body, executing a recognition process of recognizing at least one of contamination and damage of the inside of the moving body based on the sensing result, determining a payable person who deals with the at least one of contamination and damage of the inside of the moving body based on a result of the recognition process, and outputting a notification for the payable person to deal with the inside of the moving body.
According to the information processing method, the person who can be dealt with at least one of contamination and damage of the inside of the mobile body is determined based on the result of sensing the inside of the mobile body, and a notification for the determined person who can be dealt with to the inside of the mobile body is output. Therefore, it is possible to make an appropriate person to be coped with contamination or damage inside the moving body. In other words, the automation of the selection of the appropriate payers can be realized. Therefore, contamination or damage of the inside of the moving body can be efficiently suppressed.
Further, the candidate due person having the ability to cope with contamination or damage of the inside of the moving body, which is recognized as a result of the recognition processing, may be determined as the due person. Accordingly, the person to be managed can be a person having a capability of managing contamination or damage in the interior of the mobile body.
Further, the candidate due person having a time to cope with the contamination or damage of the inside of the moving body identified as a result of the identification process may be determined as the due person. Accordingly, the person to be dealt with can be a person having a time for coping with the contamination or damage of the inside of the moving body.
Further, a moving route or position of the moving object and a position of the candidate of the person to be dealt with may be obtained, and the candidate of the person to be dealt with located within a predetermined range from the moving route or position may be determined as the person to be dealt with. In this way, the person to be dealt with can be a person located within a predetermined range from the movement path or position of the moving object.
Further, the notification may be a request for moving the mobile body to the place to be dealt with, the notification being a position of the place to be dealt with associated with the person to be dealt with. Accordingly, the mobile body can be moved to the place to be dealt with.
The notification may be a request to be made to the mobile unit by the person who is made to be able to deal with the mobile unit. Accordingly, the request for the mobile object to be coped can be notified to the person to be coped.
Further, the position of the mobile object may be acquired, and the notification may include the position of the mobile object. Accordingly, the position of the moving body can be notified to the person who is to be dealt with.
Further, the location of the payable person and the location of the movable body may be obtained, and the location of the payable person may be determined based on the location of the payable person and the location of the movable body, and the notification may include the location of the payable place, a request to be payable to the payable person, and a request to move the movable body. Accordingly, the position of the location to be dealt with and the request to be dealt with to the mobile body can be notified to the person to be dealt with, and the mobile body can be moved to the location to be dealt with.
Further, the recruitment including the state of contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit recognized as a result of the recognition processing and the predetermined time period to be charged for coping with the contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit may be presented to the candidates of the payable person, and the candidates of the payable person to be charged may be determined as the payable person. Accordingly, the person to be paid can be a person who should be paid in consideration of the damage or contamination of the inside of the mobile body and the time to be paid.
The recruitment may further include a cost for coping with contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit identified as a result of the identification process. Accordingly, the person to be paid can be a person to be paid in consideration of the cost.
Further, for each of the candidates for the right of way, a degree of satisfaction of a user of a moving object that the candidate for the right of way has dealt with in the past may be obtained, a score of the candidate for the right of way may be calculated for each of the candidates for the right of way based on the degree of satisfaction, and the right of way may be determined based on the score for each of the candidates for the right of way. Accordingly, the payable person can be determined based on the satisfaction of the user of the mobile object in the past payable result.
The payable person may be determined based on the degree of contamination or damage of the inside of the moving body recognized as a result of the recognition processing. Accordingly, the person to be dealt with can be determined according to the degree of contamination or damage inside the moving body.
The payable person may be determined based on the type of contamination or damage inside the moving body recognized as a result of the recognition processing. Accordingly, the person to be dealt with can be determined according to the type of contamination or damage inside the moving body.
An information processing apparatus according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: an obtaining unit that obtains a sensing result for the inside of the moving body; a recognition processing execution unit that executes recognition processing for recognizing at least one of contamination and damage of the interior of the mobile body, based on the sensing result; and a payable determining unit configured to determine a payable to deal with at least one of contamination and damage of the inside of the mobile unit based on a result of the recognition processing, and output a notification for the payable to deal with the inside of the mobile unit.

The moving object management DB15 is a database that stores information on the state of contamination or damage inside the moving object 300.
The mobile object management unit 14 manages information stored in the mobile object management DB 15.
The obtaining unit 40 obtains a sensing result for the inside of the mobile body 300. More specifically, the obtaining unit 40 obtains the sensing information output from the sensing unit 31 of the mobile body 300 as the sensing result for the inside of the mobile body 300. That is, the obtaining unit 40 obtains the sensing information transmitted from the communication unit 33 of the mobile body 300 and received by the communication unit 13 of the mobile body regulation server 100.
The recognition processing execution unit 50 executes recognition processing for recognizing at least one of contamination and damage of the inside of the moving body 300, based on the sensing result for the inside of the moving body 300 obtained by the obtaining unit 40.
For example, when the sensing information is an image of the inside of the moving object 300, the recognition processing execution unit 50 may perform image processing on the image to detect contamination or damage of the inside of the moving object 300. In this case, the recognition processing execution unit 50 may detect contamination or damage inside the moving object 300 by detecting a difference between images of the passenger before getting on and after getting off the vehicle, and performing image recognition processing on the detected difference, for example. In this case, the recognition processing execution unit 50 may specify the movement of the passenger getting on the vehicle by performing image recognition processing on the image, and calculate the type of contamination or damage in the interior of the mobile unit 300 based on the specified movement, for example. For example, when it is determined that the passenger has eaten a snack, the recognition processing execution unit 50 may calculate that the stain or damage inside the mobile unit 300 is the scattering of the snack. Further, the recognition processing executing unit 50 may calculate that the stain or damage inside the mobile unit 300 is the spilling of the drink when it is determined that the passenger has drunk the drink. Further, the recognition processing executing unit 50 may calculate that the stain inside the moving body 300 is a paper towel when the passenger is determined to blow his nose.
Fig. 4A is a schematic view showing an example of the inside of the moving body 300 when the type of contamination or damage inside the moving body 300 is "dropping of snacks", fig. 4B is a schematic view showing an example of the inside of the moving body 300 when the type of contamination or damage inside the moving body 300 is "dropping of drinks", and fig. 4C is a schematic view showing an example of the inside of the moving body 300 when the type of contamination or damage inside the moving body 300 is "plastic bottles".
For example, when the sensed information is information indicating the odor in the internal space of the mobile unit 300, the recognition processing execution unit 50 may detect contamination of the air in the mobile unit 300 based on the information indicating the odor.
For example, when the sensing information is the surface temperature of the inside of the moving object 300, the recognition processing execution unit 50 may detect wetting of the inside of the moving object 300 based on the surface temperature of the inside of the moving object 300. For example, the wetting of the seat may also be detected.
The recognition processing execution unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300, for example, in the recognition processing.
The recognition processing executing unit 50 may, for example, specify the number of contamination or damage inside the moving body 300, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage from the specified number of contamination or damage. In this case, for example, the recognition processing executing unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "small" when the number of contamination or damage is relatively small, calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "medium" when the number of contamination or damage is relatively medium, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "large" when the number of contamination or damage is relatively large. For example, the recognition processing executing unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "small" when the number of contamination or damage is three or less, calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "medium" when the number of contamination or damage is four or more and six or less, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "large" when the number of contamination or damage is seven or more. Here, the number of contamination or damage may be the number of contamination or damage of the entire inside of the moving body 300, the number of contamination or damage of a specific portion of the inside of the moving body 300, or the number (that is, density) of contamination or damage per unit area.
The recognition processing executing unit 50 may, for example, specify an elapsed time after the occurrence of contamination or damage inside the moving body 300, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage from the specified elapsed time. For example, when the stain or damage inside the mobile body 300 is the scattering of the beverage, the time and cost for cleaning the scattering of the beverage increase as the time elapses after the scattering of the beverage. Therefore, the recognition processing executing unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage to be larger as the elapsed time after the contamination or damage has occurred in the interior of the moving body 300 is longer, for example. For example, the recognition processing executing unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "small" when the elapsed time after contamination or damage has occurred in the interior of the moving body 300 is less than one hour, calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "medium" when the elapsed time after contamination or damage has occurred in the interior of the moving body 300 is one hour or more and less than three hours, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "large" when the elapsed time after contamination or damage has occurred in the interior of the moving body 300 is three hours or more.
The recognition processing executing unit 50 may specify the type of contamination or damage inside the moving body 300, for example, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage from the number of specified types of contamination or damage. In this case, the identification processing execution unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "small" when the number of the types of contamination or damage is one, calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "medium" when the number of the types of contamination or damage is two, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "large" when the number of the types of contamination or damage is three or more, for example.
The recognition processing executing unit 50 may, for example, specify the type of contamination or damage inside the moving body 300, specify the method to be coped with corresponding to the specified type of contamination or damage, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage based on the specified method to be coped with. In this case, for example, the recognition processing executing unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "small" when the number of the methods to be coped with is one, calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "medium" when the number of the methods to be coped with is two, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "large" when the number of the methods to be coped with is three or more. In this case, for example, the identification processing execution unit 50 may store a table associating the type of contamination or damage and the method to be coped with, and specify the method to be coped with corresponding to the specified type of contamination or damage by referring to the stored table.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the table stored in the recognition processing executing unit 50.
The identification processing execution unit 50 may, for example, specify the type of contamination or damage inside the moving body 300, specify the cost due for coping with the contamination or damage in accordance with the specified type of contamination or damage, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage from the specified cost due. The cost due is, for example, time due or cost due. In this case, for example, the recognition processing executing unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "small" when the cost due is the time due, when the time due is less than 10 minutes, calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "medium" when the time due is 10 minutes or more and less than one hour, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "large" when the time due is one hour or more. In this case, the identification processing execution unit 50 may store a table associating the type of contamination or damage and the time payable or the method payable fee, for example, and may determine the method payable based on the determined type of contamination or damage by referring to the stored table. An example of a stored table may also be, for example, the table shown in fig. 3. The time and the fee to be charged may be preset values, may be calculated from past histories, or may be values obtained from an external company or the like.
The recognition processing execution unit 50 may specify, for example, a ratio of a range of contamination or damage in a predetermined region inside the moving body 300, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage from the specified ratio of the range of contamination or damage. In this case, for example, the recognition processing executing unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "small" when the ratio of the range of contamination or damage is smaller than one, calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "medium" when the ratio of the range of contamination or damage is equal to or smaller than three, and calculate the degree of contamination or damage as "large" when the ratio of the range of contamination or damage is equal to or larger than three.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing an example of a proportion of a range of contamination or damage in a predetermined region inside the moving body 300.
Here, since contamination or damage may be concentrated at one location inside the moving body 300 or may be dispersed at a plurality of locations, the recognition processing executing unit 50 may determine a usable range of a predetermined area inside the moving body 300 based on the position of contamination or damage, for example, and calculate the degree of contamination in proportion to the determined usable range. As an example of the usable range of the predetermined region in the movable body 300, for example, a region within the predetermined range from the position of each of the contamination and the damage may be set as the unusable region, and a region other than the unusable region of the predetermined region may be set as the usable range.
The recognition processing executing unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage by combining the above calculations of the degree of contamination or damage.
The recognition processing execution unit 50 may calculate the degree of contamination or damage for each part inside the moving object 300, for example.
The recognition processing execution unit 50 may calculate contamination or a degree of contamination of the entire inside of the moving body 300, for example, in accordance with the degree of contamination or damage of each part inside the moving body 300. The recognition processing execution unit 50 may, for example, digitize the degrees of damage and contamination of each part inside the moving body 300, and calculate the total of these as the degree of contamination and damage of the entire inside of the moving body 300. The recognition processing execution unit 50 may calculate the maximum value of the degree of damage or contamination of each part inside the moving body 300 as the degree of contamination or damage of the entire inside of the moving body 300, for example. The recognition processing execution unit 50 may, for example, digitize the degree of damage or contamination of each part inside the moving body 300, and calculate the highest value among the values counted for each part inside the moving body 300 as the degree of contamination or damage of the entire inside of the moving body 300. Examples of such parts are seats, floors, windows, etc. The recognition processing execution unit 50 may, for example, digitize the degrees of damage and contamination of the respective portions inside the moving body 300 and calculate the average of the degrees as the degree of contamination and damage of the entire inside of the moving body 300.
The recognition processing execution unit 50 may detect contamination or damage of the external appearance of the mobile unit 300, for example, based on information obtained from a device external to the mobile unit 300. For example, the information is an image captured by a monitoring camera provided in a warehouse in which the mobile object 300 is stored, an image captured by an onboard camera of a mobile object other than the mobile object 300, or the like.
The recognition processing executing unit 50 further determines a timing to be managed for managing at least one of contamination and damage inside the moving body 300.
The recognition processing execution unit 50 may determine the timing to be coped with when it is calculated that the degree of contamination or damage inside the moving body 300 exceeds a predetermined threshold value in the recognition processing, for example. The identification processing execution unit 50 may determine the timing to be coped with when the mobile unit control server 100 receives a command to be coped with regarding contamination or damage to the inside of the mobile unit 300 from a user using the mobile unit control server 100, for example. For example, when there are a plurality of mobile units 300, the recognition processing execution unit 50 may determine the timing to be managed for one mobile unit 300, and determine the timing to be managed for the one mobile unit 300, in accordance with a comparison between the degree of contamination or damage of the one mobile unit 300 and the degree of contamination or damage of another mobile unit 300.
The payable determining unit 60 determines at least one payable for contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300 based on the result of the recognition processing executed by the recognition processing executing unit 50.
The payable determining unit 60 may determine, as the payable, for example, a candidate of the payable having a capability of coping with contamination or damage of the inside of the moving object 300 recognized as a result of the recognition processing by the recognition processing executing unit 50. In this case, the payable person determination unit 60 may determine the content to be paid based on, for example, a state of contamination or damage in the inside of the mobile unit 300 recognized as a result of the recognition processing by the recognition processing execution unit 50, and determine the candidate payable persons capable of responding to the determined content to be paid as the payable persons. In this case, the person-to-be-treated determining unit 60 may store a table (hereinafter, also referred to as "first table") that associates the type of contamination or damage in the interior of the mobile unit 300, the degree of contamination or damage in the interior of the mobile unit 300, and the content-to-be-treated corresponding to the contamination or damage in the interior of the mobile unit 300, for example, and may determine the content-to-be-treated by referring to the stored first table.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the first table stored by the payable determination unit 60.
When the payable determination unit 60 stores the first table shown in fig. 7, the payable determination unit 60 may refer to the first table and determine that the content to be dealt with is "using the vacuum cleaner" when the type of contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300 identified as a result of the identification process by the identification process execution unit 50 is "snack spills" and the degree of contamination or damage is "medium".
When determining the content to be dealt with, the payable person determination unit 60 may determine the payable person from the persons who can deal with the determined content to be dealt with, by referring to the payable person information stored in the payable person management DB 80. For example, in the case where the payable management DB80 stores the payable information shown in fig. 3, the payable determining unit 60 may determine the payable from the payable a, the payable C, and the payable D when the content to be payable is determined as "remove garbage".
The payable determining unit 60 may determine, when determining the content payable, a plurality of payable candidates that can correspond to the determined content payable, and determine, as the payable, a payable candidate satisfying a predetermined condition. In this case, for example, the payable determining unit 60 may generate comparison information that can compare the conditions of each of the plural payable candidates, and determine the payable candidate satisfying a predetermined condition as the payable by referring to the generated comparison information.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the comparison information generated by the payable determination unit 60.
When the payable determining unit 60 generates the comparison information shown in fig. 8, the payable a may be determined as the payable if the predetermined condition is a condition that "the time to be payable is shortest". When the predetermined condition is a condition of "the cheapest charged fee", the payable C may be determined as the payable. When the predetermined condition is a condition of "no waiting time", the right payable D may be determined as the right payable. When the predetermined condition is a condition of "shortest travel time", the person who is allowed to be paid a may be determined as the person who is allowed to be paid a. The predetermined condition is not limited to the above example, and may be any condition as long as it is a condition related to the coping.
The payable determining unit 60 does not necessarily have to be able to handle all the payable contents, and therefore, may determine the payable contents to be prioritized according to the type or degree of contamination or damage in the mobile unit 300, and determine the candidate payable contents that can be handled with the payable contents to be prioritized as the payable persons. The payable determining unit 60 may determine contamination or damage with a relatively high degree of contamination or damage as the content to be payable with priority, for example. Accordingly, the restriction of the service can be released relatively early for the mobile unit 300 whose service is restricted due to a relatively high degree of contamination or damage. Further, the payable person determination unit 60 may determine contamination or damage, for example, which is relatively short in the payable time, as the payable content to be prioritized. Accordingly, the restriction of the service can be released relatively early for the mobile unit 300 whose service is restricted due to the presence of a plurality of stains or damages of the same degree. The content to be prioritized may be set by a user using the information processing system 1. The content to be prioritized may be changed according to the situation. For example, the content to be dealt with may be changed with priority between the case where there are a plurality of stains or damages having different degrees of stains or damages from each other and the case where there are a plurality of stains or damages having the same degree of stains or damages from each other. The payable determining unit 60 may determine, for example, a content to be payable that can improve the degree of contamination or damage relatively greatly as a content to be payable that is to be prioritized.
The payable determination unit 60 may determine the content to be payable, which is the content to be payable, that is the content to be payable, which is the content to be payable, and which is the content to be payable, which is the content to be payable. This can improve the service operation rate of the mobile unit 300. In particular, it is useful in the busy season. The payable determining unit 60 may determine that the extent of contamination or damage below the predetermined threshold is not the content to be payable with priority. This can improve the service operation rate of the mobile unit 300. In particular, it is useful in the busy season.
The payable determining unit 60 does not necessarily have to be a payable that can handle all the payable contents, and thus may determine a plurality of payable persons who can handle different payable contents, for example.
The payee determining unit 60 may change the contamination or damage to be the corresponding target, for example, in the busy season or the slack season. The payable determining unit 60 may limit the contamination or damage to be the corresponding target to the contamination or damage having the "large degree of contamination or damage" and/or the "less than 10 minutes" payable time in the heavy season, for example, and may not limit the contamination or damage to be the corresponding target in the light season. For example, the peak season and the off season may be determined based on a preset time, event information, climate information, a history of past use requests of mobile units, and the like.
When there are a plurality of mobile units 300, the payable person determination unit 60 may change contamination or damage to be a corresponding target, for example, according to the empty status of the available mobile unit 300.
The payable determining unit 60 may determine, for example, a candidate payable for contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300 at the payable point as a payable person, or may determine a candidate payable for contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300 while riding the mobile unit 300 as a payable person. For example, when the candidate due to contamination or damage inside the mobile object 300 while riding the mobile object 300 is determined as the due person, the candidate due person that can be dealt with during the movement from the end position of one service of the mobile object 300 to the start position of the next service may be determined as the due person by the due person determination unit 60. In this case, the payable determination unit 60 may obtain, for example, the movement route or position of the mobile unit 300 and the position of the payable candidate, and determine the payable candidate located in a predetermined range from the movement route or position of the mobile unit 300 as the payable. In this case, the candidate due person determining unit 60 may determine the candidate due person that is the farthest from the next service start location as the due person. This makes it possible to lengthen the period of time that the person who is to be dealt with can deal with.
The payable determining unit 60 may determine, as the payable, for example, a candidate payable having a time for coping with contamination or damage of the inside of the moving object 300 recognized as a result of the recognition processing by the recognition processing executing unit 50. In this case, for example, when the due time can be predicted in advance or when the due time is determined in advance, the due person determination unit 60 may determine a candidate of a due person who can be due at the predicted or determined due time as a due person.
The payable determining unit 60 may determine the payable, for example, based on the degree of contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit 300 recognized as a result of the recognition process by the recognition process executing unit 50.
The payable determining unit 60 may determine the payable, for example, based on the type of contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300 recognized as a result of the recognition process by the recognition process executing unit 50.
The payable determining unit 60, when determining the payable, outputs a notification for the determined payable to the inside of the mobile unit 300. The payable person determination unit 60 may obtain, for example, a position of a payable place corresponding to a payable person, and the notification is a movement request to the payable place for the mobile body 300. The notification may be a request due to the mobile unit 300 for the person who is due. In this case, the payable determination unit 60 may obtain the position of the mobile unit 300, and the notification may include the position of the mobile unit 300. The payable determining unit 60 may obtain the position of the payable person and the position of the mobile body 300, and determine the payable place based on the obtained position of the payable person and the position of the mobile body. The notification may also include, for example, the determined location of the place due, a request due for the person due, and a movement request for the mobile body 300.
The control unit 10 controls the display unit 11, the operation unit 12, the communication unit 13, the moving object management unit 14, the obtaining unit 40, the recognition processing execution unit 50, the payable determination unit 60, and the payable management unit 70.
[1-2. operation of information processing System ]
The operation performed by the information processing system 1 having the above-described configuration will be described below.
The information processing system 1 performs the first matching process, for example.
The first matching process is a process in which the mobile unit control server 100 determines a person who deals with at least one of contamination and damage inside the mobile unit 300, based on the result of sensing inside the mobile unit 300.
The first matching process will be described below with reference to fig. 9 and 10.
Fig. 9 is a sequence diagram of the first matching process.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart of processing performed by the mobile body control server 100 in the first matching processing (hereinafter, this processing is also referred to as "first mobile body control server processing").
In the mobile body 300, the sensing unit 31 senses the inside of the mobile body 300 and outputs sensing information indicating the sensing result. Then, the communication unit 33 transmits the sensing information output from the sensing unit 31 to the moving object control server 100 (step S10).
When the sensing information is transmitted, the communication unit 13 receives the sensing information in the mobile body control server 100. Upon receiving the sensing information, the obtaining unit 40 obtains the sensing information received by the communication unit 13 as a sensing result for the inside of the mobile body 300 (step S15). When the sensing result is obtained, the recognition processing execution unit 50 executes recognition processing for recognizing at least one of contamination and damage inside the moving object 300 based on the obtained sensing result (step S20). Then, the recognition processing executing unit 50 determines a timing to be coped with.
On the other hand, the payable terminal 400 transmits the payable information to the payable management server 200 (step S25).
When the information on the payable person is transmitted, the communication unit 23 receives the information on the payable person in the payable person management server 200. When the information on the payable person is received, the payable person managing unit 70 registers the information on the payable person received by the communication unit 23 in the payable person managing DB80 (step S30).
When the due time arrives at the mobile body control server 100 (step S33: after repeating NO, step S33: YES) (refer to FIG. 10)), the communication unit 13 transmits a request for the due person information to the due person management server 200 (step S35).
When the request of the information of the person who is allowed to be dealt with is transmitted, the communication unit 23 receives the request of the information of the person who is allowed to be dealt with in the person who is allowed to be dealt with management server 200. When the request of the payable information is received, the payable manager 70 obtains the payable information corresponding to the request of the payable information received by the communication unit 23 from the payable management DB80 (step S40). Then, the communication unit 23 transmits the payable information acquired by the payable management unit 70 to the mobile body control server 100 (step S45).
When the information on the payable person is transmitted, the communication unit 13 in the mobile body control server 100 receives the information on the payable person (step S46). The payable determination unit 60 pairs the payer with the mobile object 300 using the payable information received by the communication unit 13 and the result of the recognition processing performed by the recognition processing execution unit 50 (step S50).
More specifically, the process of step S50 is a process of determining at least one of contamination and damage to be coped with in the interior of the mobile unit 300, and is configured including the processes of step S510 to step S540 shown in fig. 10.
When the process of step S50 is started, the determination unit 60 checks whether or not a specific contamination or damage is recognized as a result of the recognition process performed by the recognition process execution unit 50 (step S510).
When the specific contamination or damage is identified in the processing of step S510 (step S510: yes), the payable determination unit 60 selects a candidate of the payable which can be associated with the identified specific contamination or damage from among the candidates of the payable indicated by the payable information (step S520). Further, the payable determination unit 60 screens the payable candidates for the payable time corresponding to the degree of contamination or breakage identified as a result of the identification process executed by the identification process execution unit 50 (step S530).
If the specific stain or damage is not recognized in the processing of step S510 (no in step S510), the determination unit 60 for the person to be determined who is to be paid skips the processing of step S520, and performs the processing of step S530.
When the candidates for the payable are screened in the processing of step S530, the payable determination unit 60 determines the payable from the screened candidates for the payable (step S540). The payable determining unit 60 outputs a request to be paid for the determined payable person with respect to the mobile body 300 and a request to move the mobile body 300 to the place to be paid, as a notification of the inside of the mobile body 300 to be paid for the determined payable person.
When the request to be due is output, the mobile body control server 100 transmits the request to be due to the communication unit 13 to the manager managing server 200 (step S55).
When the due request is transmitted, the communication unit 23 receives the due request in the due person management server 200. Then, the payable manager 70 updates the payable manager DB80 with the content of the payable request received by the communication unit 23 (step S60). The communication unit 23 transmits the due request to the due party terminal 400 of the due party to which the request of the due request is addressed (step S65). Then, the payable terminal 400 receives the transmitted payable request, and presents the received payable request to the user who uses the payable terminal 400 (step S70).
On the other hand, when the movement request to the place to be dealt with is output with respect to the mobile body 300, in the mobile body control server 100, the communication unit 13 transmits the movement request to the mobile body 300 (step S75).
When the movement request is transmitted, the communication unit 33 of the mobile unit 300 receives the movement request. Then, the manipulator 32 moves the movable body 300 to the place to be dealt with in response to the movement request (step S80).
[1-3. examination ]
As described above, according to the information processing system 1, the person who can be dealt with of at least one of contamination and damage of the inside of the movable body 300 is determined based on the sensing result of the inside of the movable body 300, and a notification for the determined person who can be dealt with of the inside of the movable body 300 is output. Therefore, it is possible to make an appropriate person to be coped with contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300.
(embodiment mode 2)
An information processing system according to embodiment 2 in which a part of the configuration is modified from that of the information processing system 1 according to embodiment 1 will be described below.
[2-1. Structure of information processing System ]
Fig. 11 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the information processing system 1A according to embodiment 2. In the following, the information processing system 1A is described mainly with respect to differences from the information processing system 1, by referring to the same components as those of the information processing device 1 according to embodiment 1, and the same reference numerals are given to the same components, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 11, the information processing system 1A is configured such that the mobile body control server 100 is changed to the mobile body control server 100A and the payable terminal 400 is changed to the payable terminal 400A, in contrast to the information processing system 1 according to embodiment 1. The mobile-object control server 100A is configured by changing the determination unit 60 for the payable person to the determination unit 60A for the payable person with respect to the mobile-object control server 100.
The payable determining unit 60A determines at least one payable for contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit 300 based on the result of the recognition processing executed by the recognition processing executing unit 50. More specifically, the payable determination unit 60A presents to the payable candidates recruitment including the state of contamination or damage of the interior of the mobile unit 300 recognized as a result of the recognition processing and the predetermined time period payable for the contamination or damage of the interior of the mobile unit 300, and determines the candidate payable candidates to be recruited as payable candidates. Here, when the candidate list determining unit 60A generates the candidate list, the communication unit 13 transmits the generated candidate list to the candidate list terminal 400 of the candidate to be registered via the candidate list management server 200. When the receivable including the receivable information transmitted from the receivable terminal 400 in response to the transmission is received via the receivable management server 200, the communication unit 13 determines the receivable from the receivable candidates based on the receivable information included in the received receivable.
Here, the state of contamination or damage may be, for example, the type of contamination or damage, the location of contamination or damage, the material of the location of contamination or damage, or the degree of contamination or damage, which is recognized as a result of the recognition process. The stain is, for example, a spill of a snack, a spill of a beverage, a plastic bottle, or the like, and the damage is, for example, a fiber of a seat bursting or a hole of a seat. The place where the stain or damage occurs is, for example, the appearance of a seat, a floor, a window, the moving body 300, or the like. The material of the stained or damaged place is, for example, leather, cloth, wood, plastic, or the like. The degree of fouling or breakage is, for example, small, medium, large, etc. The degree of insult or breakage can also include, for example, rules that determine the degree of insult or breakage. The rule is, for example, an elapsed time after the stain or damage, or the like. In the case where there are a plurality of rules that determine the degree of soiling or damage, the degree of soiling or damage may also include those of a plurality of rules. The degree of contamination or damage may include the type of sensor that senses the inside of the moving body 300, information about the sensing, and the like. Here, the information on sensing may be, for example, a sensing value, information on a time or a place of sensing, or the like. The information on the sensed time or place is, for example, shooting time or position information at the time of shooting included in shooting information at the time of shooting an image.
The payable determining unit 60A may determine the scheduled payable time based on, for example, the next service start time predetermined by the operation schedule of the mobile unit 300. In this case, the payable person determination unit 60A may determine the scheduled payable time to 16 points, for example, when the next service start time is determined to be 16 points. In this case, the predetermined time to be coped with is not determined according to the time to be coped with for the stain or the breakage, and therefore, it is not always necessary that all the copes with be completed within the predetermined time to be coped with. Therefore, the payable person determination unit 60A may select the payable content or give priority to the payable content. In the case of selecting the content due or giving priority to the content due, it is necessary to include information showing the selected content due or information showing the priority given to the content due in the predetermined time due. For example, the larger degree of fouling or damage may be selected. For example, the content to be dealt with may be selected such that the degree of contamination or damage exceeds a threshold value or is closer to the threshold value. For example, the priority may be set to be higher for the larger degree of contamination or damage. For example, the priority of the content to be dealt with which it is desired to deal with as soon as possible may be set higher.
The payable determining unit 60A may determine the predetermined time to be payable, for example, based on the contamination or damage identified as a result of the identification process. For example, when contamination or damage requiring two hours for coping is recognized as a result of the recognition processing, the payable person determination unit 60A may determine the scheduled payable time two hours after the start of coping. In this case, the payable person determination unit 60A may select the payable content or may give priority to the payable content.
The payable determining unit 60A may determine the scheduled payable time based on a predetermined period allocated in advance to cope with contamination or damage, for example. For example, when the predetermined period allocated in advance to cope with contamination or damage is two hours including the movement period for coping with, the payable person determination unit 60A may determine the payable time two hours after the start of movement for coping with. In this case, the payable person determination unit 60A may select the payable content or may give priority to the payable content.
As a specific example of the predetermined time to be coped with, for example, the start time to be coped with may be used. In this case, the predetermined time allowed to be charged may be, for example, information indicating that the time allowed to be charged is 14 o ' clock or information indicating that the time allowed to be charged is from 14 o ' clock to 14 o ' clock by 30 minutes. As a specific example of the predetermined time to be coped with, for example, the end time to be coped with may be used. In this case, the predetermined time allowed to be charged may be, for example, information indicating that the time allowed to charge is 15 o ' clock or information indicating that the time allowed to charge is from 14 o ' clock 30 to 15 o ' clock. As a specific example of the predetermined time to be coped with, for example, a period to be coped with may be used. In this case, the predetermined time to be charged may be, for example, information indicating that the period from the start of charging to the end of charging is from 14 o 'clock to 15 o' clock. As a specific example of the predetermined time to be coped with, for example, arrival time to reach a destination of movement intended to be moved after the completion of the copending may be used. In this case, the predetermined time to be managed may be, for example, information indicating that the time to reach the destination after completion of the management is 16 o' clock. Here, the arrival time is, for example, a start time of the next service or a wait start time. In the case where the predetermined time to be coped is set to the arrival time at which the movement destination intended to be moved is reached after the completion of the copending, it is necessary to include information showing the location or area of the movement destination in the predetermined time to be coped. Accordingly, the candidate to be recruited can be recruited in consideration of the moving time of the destination. As a specific example of the predetermined time to be coped with, for example, information showing an immediate result may be used. In this case, the candidate may also include information showing the time due to the candidate.
The recruitment may also include, for example, a cost related to coping with contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300 identified as a result of the identification processing. As a specific example of the cost, for example, information showing a range of the amount due, information showing a lower limit of the amount due, information showing an upper limit of the amount due, and the like may be used. Accordingly, the payment can be made within a predetermined fee range.
The recruitment may also include, for example, information about the region that is desired to be managed. This makes it possible to request the payers in a predetermined area to pay for the payers.
The recruitment may also include, for example, information about the desired insult or breakage to be dealt with. The information on the stain or damage desired to be dealt with may be, for example, information showing a stain or damage desired to be dealt with or information showing a stain or damage not desired to be dealt with. Accordingly, it is possible to cope with a case where the degree of contamination or damage is relatively large, or it is possible to cope with a case where the degree of contamination or damage is relatively small. Further, for example, in a heavy season, it is desirable to cope with a case where the degree of contamination or damage is relatively large, or it is undesirable to cope with a case where the degree of contamination or damage is relatively small, and the operation rate of the service of the mobile unit 300 can be improved.
The recruitment may also include, for example, information about the insult or insult that must be addressed, or information about the insult or insult that does not have to be addressed. Accordingly, when the available time cannot be extracted much according to the operation plan of the mobile unit 300, it is possible to preferentially provide the available time for the stain or the damage that needs to be provided, and provide the available time for the stain or the damage that does not need to be provided. The insult or damage that must be dealt with may be, for example, an insult or damage that has a "large" degree of insult or damage, or an insult or damage that has a degree of insult or damage that exceeds a specified threshold.
The recruitment may also include, for example, information about the category of the mobile. Accordingly, the candidate can be candidate in consideration of the characteristics of the moving object.
The recruitment may also include, for example, information about the current position of the mobile body. Accordingly, the recruiter can calculate when the mobile body reaches the location to be dealt with, and the time taken by the recruiter itself to deal with. In this case, the recruitment may include, for example, a departure scheduled time to a place to be dealt with and a position of the mobile body at that time.
When the communication unit 13 receives the receivable including the receivable information, the payable determining unit 60A pairs the mobile unit 300 with the candidate payable to be received based on the receivable information included in the received receivable information. Then, the payable determining unit 60A determines a payable from the candidates of payable to be recruited based on the matching result.
The propriety coping information may also include, for example, information showing propriety coping, information showing a place due, information showing a time due, information showing content due, or information showing a fee due. The time due is, for example, a time due start scheduled, a time due end scheduled, a time due period, or the like. The content which can be dealt with is content which can be dealt with, content which cannot be dealt with, or the like.
The payable determining unit 60A can store, for example, predetermined conditions and determine the payable based on the availability information using the stored predetermined conditions.
The predetermined condition may be, for example, a condition that the lowest cost is to be paid, a condition that the shortest time is to be paid, a condition that the total time taken to pay the traveling time is shortest, or a condition that can cope with more stains or damages.
The payable determining unit 60A may further obtain a degree of satisfaction of the user of the mobile unit 300 that the payable candidate has dealt with in the past for each of the payable candidates, calculate a score of the payable candidate for each of the payable candidates based on the obtained degree of satisfaction, and determine the payable based on the score of each of the payable candidates.
The paymate terminal 400A is a terminal that the paymate has. The payable terminal 400A includes an input device for receiving an operation from the payable, and an output device for outputting information to the payable, and communicates with another device capable of communication. The input device is, for example, a touch screen, a microphone. The output device is, for example, a device such as a liquid crystal display or a speaker that outputs an image, sound, or the like. Other devices capable of communication include the paymate management server 200. The payor terminal 400A may also be, for example, a smartphone.
Upon receiving the recruitment from the payable management server 200, the payable terminal 400A generates an invitation including information on whether the receivable is in response to the received recruitment, and transmits the generated invitation to the payable management server 200.
For example, when the candidate terminal 400A receives the recruitment from the candidate management server 200, the candidate terminal may present the content of the recruitment to the user using the candidate terminal 400A, receive an input operation of the availability information from the user in response to the presentation, and generate the candidate including the availability information based on the received input operation.
For example, when receiving the recruitment from the payable management server 200, the payable terminal 400A determines whether or not to be able to deal with the contamination or damage state of the inside of the mobile unit 300 and the predetermined time period to be coped with the contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit 300, which are included in the recruitment. The payable terminal 400A may generate an invitation including the availability information based on the determination result. In this case, the payable terminal 400A may store a table (hereinafter, also referred to as "second table") that associates the degree of contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit 300 with the time allowed to be paid for contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit 300, for example, and determine whether or not to allow the payable by referring to the stored second table.
Fig. 12 is a diagram showing an example of the second table stored by the paymate terminal 400A.
When storing the second table shown in fig. 12, the payable terminal 400A receives the recruitment, refers to the second table, and calculates the time to be paid for the contamination or damage on the basis of the degree of contamination or damage in the mobile unit 300 included in the recruitment. The payable terminal 400A determines whether or not the calculated time period to be charged is within a predetermined time period to be charged for contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit 300 included in the recruitment. The payable terminal 400A may determine that the payable is possible if it is determined that the payable is within the predetermined time, and may determine that the payable is impossible if it is determined that the payable is not within the predetermined time.
The payable terminal 400A may store a table associating the type of contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300 and the time payable for contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300, for example, and determine whether to pay by referring to the stored table. For example, the payable terminal 400A may store a table associating a place where the inside of the mobile unit 300 is contaminated or damaged and a payable time for coping with the contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300, and determine whether or not to cope with the stored table by referring to the table. For example, the payable terminal 400A may store a table associating a place where the inside of the mobile unit 300 is contaminated or damaged and a payable time for coping with the contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300, and determine whether or not to cope with the stored table by referring to the table. For example, the terminal 400A of the person to be dealt with may store a table in which the material of the place where the contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300 is caused and the time period to be dealt with for the contamination or damage inside the mobile unit 300 are associated with each other, and determine whether or not to deal with the contamination or damage by referring to the stored table.
[2-2. operation of information processing System ]
The operation performed by the information processing system 1A having the above-described configuration will be described below.
The information processing system 1A performs the second matching process, for example.
The second matching process is a process in which the mobile unit control server 100A collects at least one payable person of contamination and damage inside the mobile unit 300 based on the sensing result inside the mobile unit 300, and determines the payable person from the receivable persons to be collected.
The second matching process will be described below with reference to fig. 13 and 14.
Fig. 13 is a sequence diagram of the second matching process.
Fig. 14 is a flowchart of processing performed by the mobile body control server 100A in the second matching processing (hereinafter, this processing is also referred to as "second mobile body control server processing").
In the second matching process, the processes from step S110 to step S130 (see fig. 13 and 14) and the process from step S133 (see fig. 14) are similar to the processes from step S10 to step S30 (see fig. 9 and 10) and step S33 (see fig. 10) in the first matching process according to embodiment 1, respectively, in which the mobile body control server 100 is replaced with the mobile body control server 100A, the payable determination unit 60 is replaced with the payable determination unit 60A, and the payable terminal 400 is replaced with the payable terminal 400A. Therefore, the processing from step S110 to step S130 and the processing from step S133 are already described, and the processing from step S135 to step S175 (see fig. 13 and 14) will be described with details omitted.
When the due time arrives at the mobile body control server 100 (step S133: no is repeated and then step S133: yes (see fig. 14)), the due person determination unit 60A calculates the due time based on the operation schedule of the mobile body 300 and the state of contamination or damage inside the mobile body 300 recognized as a result of the recognition processing performed by the recognition processing execution unit 50 (step S135). The candidate determination unit 60A generates a recruitment including a state of contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit 300 and a predetermined time period to be charged for the contamination or damage of the inside of the mobile unit 300.
When the recruit is generated, the communication unit 13 transmits the generated recruit to the payable management server 200 (step S140).
When the recruitment is transmitted from the mobile body control server 100A, the communication unit 23 in the candidate management server 200 receives the recruitment, and transmits the received recruitment to the candidate terminal 400A. In addition, in the processing of step S140, the communication unit 13 may directly transmit the generated recruit to the payable terminal 400A, and in this case, the communication unit 23 does not need to transmit the recruit to the payable terminal 400A.
When the recruitment is transmitted from the payable management server 200, the payable terminal 400A receives the recruitment. The payable terminal 400A presents the received contents of the recruitment to the user using the payable terminal 400A, and accepts an input operation of the availability information payable from the user in response to the presentation (step S145).
When the input operation of the receivable or not receivable information is accepted, the receivable terminal 400A generates a call including the receivable or not receivable information based on the accepted input operation, and transmits the generated call to the receivable management server 200 (step S150).
When the receivable is transmitted from the receivable terminal 400A, the communication unit 23 in the receivable management server 200 receives the receivable and transmits the received receivable to the mobile body control server 100A. In addition, in the processing of step S150, the candidate terminal 400A may directly transmit the generated recruits to the mobile unit management server 100A, and in this case, the communication unit 23 does not need to transmit the recruits to the mobile unit management server 100A.
When the mobile body control server 100A transmits the call, the communication unit 13 in the mobile body control server 100A receives the call. When the receivable is received, the candidate due person determination unit 60A pairs the candidate due person to be received with the mobile unit 300 on the basis of the receivable or not-receivable information included in the received receivable. (step S156 of fig. 14, which is a part of the processing of step S155) the payable determination unit 60A determines at least one payable which is one of the contamination and the damage in the mobile unit 300 from the candidates for payable (step S157 of fig. 14, which is a part of the processing of step S155). The payable person determination unit 60A outputs a request to be paid to the mobile body 300 for the determined payable person and a request to move the mobile body 300 to the place to be paid as an internal notification of the mobile body 300 to be paid for the determined payable person.
When the request to be made is output, the mobile body control server 100A transmits the request to be made and the matching result to the person to be made management server 200 via the communication unit 13 (step S160).
When the request to be processed and the matching result are transmitted, the communication unit 23 receives the request to be processed and the matching result in the manager management server 200. The communication unit 23 transmits the received request to the determined terminal 400A of the person who is allowed to be charged, and transmits the received matching result to the terminal 400A of the person who is allowed to be charged. The payable terminal 400A receives the transmitted payable request and the matching result or the transmitted matching result. The payable terminal 400A presents the received payable request and the matching result or the received matching result to the user using the payable terminal 400A (step S165). In the process of step S160, the communication unit 13 may directly transmit the generated due request to the determined due terminal 400A owned by the due person, and may directly transmit the matching result to the due terminal 400A to which the due is sent. In this case, the communication unit 23 does not need to transmit the due request and the matching result to the due party terminal 400A.
On the other hand, when a movement request to the place to be dealt with is output for the mobile body 300, the communication unit 13 transmits the movement request to the mobile body 300 in the mobile body control server 100A (step S170).
When the movement request is transmitted, the communication unit 33 of the mobile unit 300 receives the movement request. Then, the manipulator 32 moves the mobile body 300 to the place to be dealt with in response to the movement request (step S175).
[2-3. examination ]
As described above, according to the information processing system 1A, the person who can be dealt with of at least one of contamination and damage of the inside of the movable body 300 is determined based on the sensing result of the inside of the movable body 300, and a notification for the determined person who can be dealt with of the inside of the movable body 300 is output. Therefore, it is possible to make an appropriate person to be coped with contamination or damage of the inside of the moving body 300.
