Description

Mouth bolt
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a spout plug which is attached to a container for storing liquid or powder and used for suction, and has a relatively simple structure, can be reopened and reclosed, has high sealing properties, and has a small amount of residual liquid remaining in the container.
Background
Conventionally, as a container for storing liquid or powder, a container called a bag with a plug, in which a plug is attached to a flexible bag-shaped container, is known. The pocket with the mouth bolt has the following advantages: even when the contents are used little by little instead of all at once, the container is contracted in accordance with the used amount, and therefore, the contents can be used to the end without contacting the air.
The structure of the spout and the nozzle described in patent document 2 are used for the spout of the bag with the spout, and are intended to solve the problem that the conventional spout (patent document 1) requires extremely high dimensional accuracy between the inner peripheral surface of the stopper and the head of the male member, and cannot be used for a disposable container or the like which cannot be cost-consuming; in the apparatus for filling the contents, the apparatus must be changed according to the change of the contents, and it is difficult to cope with this.
In a conventional bag with a spout, a bag is usually attached to a predetermined instrument (server), and the contents are taken out from the spout attached to the lower portion of the bag by natural falling. The mouth plug described in patent document 2 has the same structure.
However, if the container has a large internal capacity, it may be difficult to lift the container and invert the container because the container has a considerable weight. Therefore, for example, in a container or the like for supplying ink to a printing machine, there is a demand for suction using a suction pump, but the mouth plug described in patent document 2 cannot cope with this.

Disclosure of Invention
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a stopple which can discharge the contents by sucking from the upper part of a container and can be resealed.
One aspect of the present invention for solving the above problems is a mouth plug made of synthetic resin and used by being attached to an opening of a container, the mouth plug comprising a mouth plug body, a straw, and a cap, the mouth plug body being integrally formed by a cylindrical outer tube having an external thread for screwing the cap, a flange portion for holding the mouth plug body, and a welding portion for welding to the opening of the container, the straw comprising: a cylindrical tube portion fitted to an inner periphery of an outer tube of the plug body; and a flange portion for locking to the outer tube, the cover having: a threaded portion having an internal thread on an inner periphery thereof, the internal thread being screwed to an external thread provided on an outer cylinder of the plug body; and an inner tube which is fitted to the inner periphery of the straw and into which a suction plug for sucking the contents of the container can be inserted, wherein the inner tube has a movable valve which is slidable in the axial direction on the inner periphery of the inner tube, the movable valve closing an opening at the front end of the inner tube in a state where the suction plug is not inserted, and the movable valve elastically engages with the front end of the suction plug when the suction plug is inserted and slides on the inner periphery of the inner tube to open the front end of the inner tube.
The container may be flexible, and the suction pipe may extend from one end of the pipe portion to form a choke plug having a pituitary shape with a narrow tip, the choke plug having a cross-sectional shape that creates a gap with the container when the content in the container is sucked by the suction plug, and the pipe portion may be provided with an air hole capable of sucking air in the container.
The flange portion of the straw and the lid may be sealed by a contact ring provided inside the uppermost portion of the lid.
The brim portion of the straw and the lid may be sealed by an elastic seal member inserted into the uppermost portion of the lid.
Another aspect of the present invention is a container for discharging suctioned contents, which has the above-described spout plug.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The spout plug according to the present invention has a relatively simple structure including a small number of components such as a spout plug body, a straw, and a cap, but can be used for suction which has been impossible with the conventional spout plug, and can be opened and resealed by the operation of the movable valve.

Detailed Description
(embodiment 1)
The mouth plug according to embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a mouth plug 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where the cover 30 is removed from the state of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing the spout body 10, the straw 20, and the lid 30, which are 3 components constituting the spout 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, with the straw 20 removed from the state shown in fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional explanatory view schematically showing a state in which the mouth stopper 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is attached to the container 2 (the container is filled with the sucked contents). Next, as shown in fig. 4, the vertical direction in a state where the suctioned content discharge container is set upright will be described as vertical.
The spout 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is a synthetic resin spout used by being attached to an opening of a container 2, and is composed of a spout body 10, a straw 20, and a lid 30.
The plug body 10 is integrally formed by a cylindrical outer cylinder 11, a flange portion 12 and a welded portion 13, the outer cylinder 11 having a male screw 14 to which the cap 30 is screwed, the flange portion 12 holding the entire plug, and the welded portion 13 being welded to the opening of the container 2.
The straw 20 has a cylindrical tube portion fitted to the inner periphery of the outer tube 11 of the spout body 10, and in a state where the straw 20 is attached to the container, the lowest portion (one end) reaches the bottom surface of the container 2, and the uppermost portion (the other end) has a flange portion 21 for locking to the uppermost portion of the outer tube 11. That is, the tube portion of the suction tube 20 extends from the lowermost portion to the uppermost portion. The length of the straw 20 can be adjusted according to the size of the container, and thus the straw can be applied to containers of various sizes. The lowermost portion of the straw 20 may be provided with projections and depressions so as not to be adsorbed to the bottom surface of the container 2. In the state where the straw 20 is attached to the container, the lowermost portion may not reach the bottom surface of the container 2, or may reach the bottom surface of the container 2.
The cover 30 has: a screw portion 31 having an internal thread on an inner periphery thereof to be screwed with the external thread 14 provided on the outer cylinder 11 of the plug body 10; and an inner tube 32 fitted to the inner periphery of the straw 20 and into which a suction plug 40 for sucking the content can be inserted, and the inner tube 32 has a movable valve 33 that is slidable in the axial direction on the inner periphery of the inner tube 32.
The movable valve 33 closes the opening at the front end of the inner tube 32 in a state where the suction plug 40 is not inserted as shown in fig. 5, and elastically engages with the front end of the suction plug to slide on the inner circumference of the inner tube 32 to open the front end of the inner tube 32 when the suction plug 40 is inserted as shown in fig. 6.
When the suction plug 40 is removed from the port plug 1, the movable valve 33 engages with the tip of the suction plug 40, and therefore moves to the original position together with the suction plug 40, and closes the opening at the tip of the inner tube 32 again. That is, the container 2 can be resealed and reopened.
In the example shown in fig. 4, the brim 21 of the straw 20 and the lid 30 are sealed by a contact ring 34 provided inside the uppermost part of the lid.
On the other hand, in another embodiment of the spout 1 shown in fig. 7, the brim portion 21 of the straw 20 and the lid 30 are sealed by an elastic seal 35a in the shape of a perforated disc inserted inside the uppermost portion of the lid 30, and the brim portion of the straw 20 and the spout body 10 are sealed by an elastic seal 35b in the shape of a perforated disc disposed on the uppermost portion of the spout body. As the elastic seals 35a and 35b, various rubber materials can be used.
On the other hand, since the suction plug 40 and the inner cylinder 32 of the cap 30 are sealed by the annular seal 41 attached to the suction plug shown in fig. 5, air and contents do not leak out during the suction operation.
Although not particularly shown, in order to fill the contents in the container 2 to which the mouth stopper 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is attached, a filling nozzle having the same shape as the suction plug 40 is inserted into the mouth stopper, and filling can be performed in a state where the movable valve 33 is opened, as shown in fig. 6.
As a material used for the mouth plug 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, various synthetic resins can be used. Specifically, the resin composition includes a low density polyethylene resin (LDPE), a high density polyethylene resin (HDPE), a linear low density polyethylene resin (LLDPE), a polypropylene resin (PP), a polyolefin resin such as a polyolefin elastomer, a polyester resin such as a polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET), a polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT), or a polyethylene naphthalate resin (PEN), a polymethyl methacrylate resin (PMMA), a polyacrylonitrile resin, an ABS resin, a polyamide resin such as nylon-6 or nylon-66, a polystyrene resin (PS), a polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), a polyvinylidene chloride resin (PVDC), a polycarbonate resin (PC), a polyacetal resin, a polysulfone resin, and a fluororesin.
For example, a specific combination of the spout body 10, the straw 20, and the movable valve 33 may be made of Polyethylene (PE) resin, and the cap 30 may be made of PP resin harder than the Polyethylene (PE) resin.
When the brim portion 21 of the straw 20 and the lid 30 are sealed by the contact ring 34 provided inside the uppermost portion of the lid, the straw 20 is preferably made of a material having a sealing property, such as a soft LDPE resin, an LLDPE resin, or a copolymer thereof, and having a flexural modulus of elasticity of less than 200 MPa.
On the other hand, when the brim 21 of the straw 20 and the lid 30 are sealed by the elastic seal 35a inserted into the uppermost inner side of the lid, a hard material such as PP resin or ABS resin can be used as the material of the straw 20 in addition to PE resin. In this case, in order to seal the straw 20 and the spout body 10, it is preferable to insert an elastic seal member 35b therebetween.
As described above, the port plug 1 has a relatively simple structure composed of a small number of parts, can be used by suction, and can be opened and resealed by the operation of the movable valve 33.
Further, since there are few components and any component can be molded by a general-purpose synthetic resin, it can be manufactured at low cost.
In addition, conventionally, since it was necessary to supply the contents from the lower portion of the container by gravity, the entire container was inverted and placed on a dedicated instrument or the like for use, but since the container 2 having the spout 1 can be used by suction, it was not necessary to lift or invert the container even for a large-sized container, and convenience of use was improved.
In the case of the structure in which the flange portion 21 of the straw 20 and the cap 30 are sealed by tightening the cap 30, it is not necessary to precisely adjust the accuracy of the outer tube 11 of the spout body 10, the straw 20, the inner tube 32 of the cap 30, and the like, and therefore the manufacturing cost can be kept low.
The sucked content pouring container having the cap 1 is preferably used as a container for supplying ink to a printer or a copier.
The spout 1' can be easily adapted to containers of various sizes because only the length of the straw 20 is adjusted according to the size of the container 2 and other components can be commonly used.
(embodiment 2)
The mouth plug according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 8 (1) is a perspective view showing a mouth plug 1' according to embodiment 2 of the present invention. Fig. 8 (2) is a schematic sectional view showing a section B-B' of fig. 8 (1), that is, a section of the anti-clogging plug 24. Fig. 9 is a perspective view showing a state where the cover 30 is removed from the state of fig. 8. Fig. 10 is a perspective view showing the spout body 10, the straw 20 ', and the lid 30, which are 3 components constituting the spout 1 ' according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, with the straw 20 ' removed from the state shown in fig. 9. Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional explanatory view schematically showing a state in which the mouth stopper 1' according to embodiment 2 of the present invention is attached to the container 2 (the container is filled with the sucked contents). Next, as shown in fig. 11, the vertical direction in a state where the suctioned content discharge container is set upright will be described as vertical.
A spout 1 'according to embodiment 2 of the present invention is a synthetic resin spout used by being attached to an opening of a flexible container 2, and is composed of a spout body 10, a straw 20', and a lid 30.
The plug body 10 is integrally formed of a cylindrical outer cylinder 11, a flange portion 12 and a welded portion 13, the outer cylinder 11 having a male screw 14 to which the cap 30 is screwed, the flange portion 12 holding the entire plug, and the welded portion 13 being welded to the opening of the container 2.
The straw 20' has a lower end 23 that is a cylindrical tube portion fitted to the inner periphery of the outer tube 11 of the plug body 10, and has a flange portion 21 at the uppermost portion for locking to the uppermost portion of the outer tube 11. The suction pipe 20 'extends from one end of the lower end portion 23 to an anti-clogging plug 24 having a small-diameter pituitary shape, and the lowest portion (distal end) of the anti-clogging plug 24 reaches the vicinity of the bottom surface of the container in a state where the suction pipe 20' is attached to the container, and the anti-clogging plug 24 has a cross-sectional shape (a non-circular cross-section) in which a gap is formed between the anti-clogging plug 24 and the container 2 when the content in the container 2 is sucked by a suction plug 40 described later. Further, an air hole 22 for sucking air in the container is provided at a lower end portion 23 of the suction pipe 20'. The length of the anti-clogging plug 24 is adjusted according to the size of the container, so that the anti-clogging plug can be applied to containers of various sizes. In the state where the straw 20' is attached to the container, the lowermost portion of the anti-clogging plug 24 may not reach the vicinity of the bottom surface of the container, or may reach the vicinity of the bottom surface of the container.
Since the clogging preventing column 24 has a special-shaped cross section, a gap through which the content liquid can pass is formed between the clogging preventing column and the lower end portion 23 of the straw 20'. Therefore, the content liquid can be sucked from the gap. Further, as shown in fig. 15 (1), since the clogging preventive cylinder 24 also forms a gap with the container 2, the content liquid can be sucked without clogging.
The anti-clogging plug 24 has a cross-sectional shape in the example of fig. 8, but as shown in fig. 15 (2) and 15 (3), the cross-sectional shape is not particularly limited if it has a shape that creates a gap with the container.
In the example shown in fig. 11, the anti-clogging plug 24 is fitted into the lower end portion 23 of the straw 20 'as a separate member, but may be integrally formed with the straw 20'.
Since the air hole 22 is present at the lower end 23 of the straw 20', air in the container 2 is preferentially sucked at the start of suction, and thus stable liquid supply can be performed in a state where air in the container 2 is not present. The diameter of the air hole 22 is preferably about 1mm to 5 mm.
The cover 30 has: a screw portion 31 having an internal thread on an inner periphery thereof to be screwed with the external thread 14 provided on the outer cylinder 11 of the plug body 10; and an inner tube 32 fitted to the inner periphery of the straw 20' and into which a suction plug 40 for sucking the content can be inserted, and the inner tube 32 has a movable valve 33 that is slidable in the axial direction on the inner periphery of the inner tube 32.
The movable valve 33 closes the opening at the front end of the inner tube 32 in a state where the suction plug 40 is not inserted as shown in fig. 12, and elastically engages with the front end of the suction plug to slide on the inner circumference of the inner tube 32 to open the front end of the inner tube 32 when the suction plug 40 is inserted as shown in fig. 13.
When the suction plug 40 is pulled out from the port plug 1', the movable valve 33 is engaged with the distal end portion of the suction plug 40, and therefore, moves to the original position together with the suction plug 40, and closes the opening portion at the distal end of the inner tube 32 again. That is, the container can be resealed and reopened.
In the example shown in fig. 11, the brim 21 of the straw 20' and the lid 30 are sealed by a contact ring 34 provided inside the uppermost part of the lid.
On the other hand, in another embodiment of the spout 1 ' shown in fig. 14, the brim portion 21 of the straw 20 ' and the lid 30 are sealed by an elastic seal 35a in the shape of a disk with a hole inserted inside the uppermost portion of the lid 30, and the brim portion of the straw 20 ' and the spout body 10 are sealed by an elastic seal 35b in the shape of a disk with a hole arranged on the uppermost portion of the spout body. As the elastic seals 35a and 35b, various rubber materials can be used.
On the other hand, since the suction plug 40 and the inner cylinder 32 of the cap 30 are sealed by the annular seal 41 attached to the suction plug shown in fig. 12 and 13, air and contents do not leak out during the suction operation.
Although not particularly shown, in order to fill the contents in the container 2 to which the port plug 1' according to embodiment 2 of the present invention is attached, a filling nozzle having the same shape as the suction plug 40 is inserted into the port plug, and filling can be performed in a state where the movable valve 33 is opened, as shown in fig. 13.
In the spout plug 1 'according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, the lower end portion 23 of the straw 20' has an opening for sucking the content, and the content liquid is sucked through the opening, so that not only a large amount of content liquid can be supplied, but also when air is present in the container, the air is preferentially sucked, and therefore, the same effect as that of the air hole 22 is exhibited.
As a material used for the mouth plug 1' according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, various synthetic resins can be used. Specifically, the sealing material is a low density polyethylene resin (LDPE), a high density polyethylene resin (HDPE), a linear low density polyethylene resin (LLDPE), a polypropylene resin (PP), a polyolefin resin such as a polyolefin elastomer, a polyester resin such as a polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET), a polybutylene terephthalate resin (PBT), or a polyethylene naphthalate resin (PEN), a polymethyl methacrylate resin (PMMA), a polyacrylonitrile resin, an ABS resin, a polyamide resin such as nylon-6 or nylon-66, a polystyrene resin (PS), a polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), a polyvinylidene chloride resin (PVDC), a polycarbonate resin (PC), a polyacetal resin, a polysulfone resin, a fluorine rubber, a silicone rubber, a polytetrafluoroethylene (registered trademark) sealing material, or the like.
For example, a specific combination of the spout body 10, the straw 20', and the movable valve 33 may be made of Polyethylene (PE) resin, and the cap 30 may be made of PP resin harder than the Polyethylene (PE) resin.
When the brim portion 21 of the straw 20 'and the lid 30 are sealed by the contact ring 34 provided inside the uppermost portion of the lid, it is preferable to use a material of the straw 20' which is a soft LDPE resin, LLDPE resin, or copolymer thereof having sealing properties and has a flexural modulus of elasticity of less than 200 MPa.
On the other hand, when the brim 21 of the straw 20 'and the lid 30 are sealed by the elastic seal 35a inserted into the uppermost inner side of the lid, a hard material such as PP resin or ABS resin can be used as the material of the straw 20' in addition to PE resin. In this case, in order to seal the straw 20' with the spout body 10, it is preferable to insert an elastic seal member 35b therebetween.
The same material as that of the straw 20' can be used as the material of the clogging preventing column 24. The straw 20' and the anti-clogging plug 24 may be integrally formed or may be separate components.
The port plug 1' has a relatively simple structure composed of a small number of parts, but can be used by suction, and can be opened and resealed by the operation of the movable valve 33. Further, by having the anti-clogging plug 24 which generates a gap with the container 2, the suction pipe 20' is not clogged even at a point of time when the residual liquid becomes small. Therefore, the amount of the residual liquid remaining in the container 2 without being sucked can be minimized.
In addition, the plug 1' can be easily adapted to containers of various sizes because only the length of the plug 24 is adjusted according to the size of the container 2 and other components can be commonly used.
Further, since the air hole 22 for sucking air in the container is provided at the lower end portion of the suction pipe 20', air existing in the upper portion of the container 2 is preferentially sucked at the start of suction, and the supply of the content liquid is started at the time point when the air disappears, so that stable liquid supply without entrained air can be performed.
In the case of the structure in which the flange portion 21 of the straw 20 'and the lid 30 are sealed by screwing the lid 30, it is not necessary to precisely adjust the accuracy of the outer tube 11 of the spout body 10, the straw 20', the inner tube 32 of the lid 30, and the like, and therefore the manufacturing cost can be kept low.
Further, since the lower end portion of the straw 20' is open to the inside of the container, the suction amount can be increased, and the same effect as the air hole 22 provided at the lower end portion can be exhibited, so that stable liquid supply without air entrainment can be performed.
The container for discharging the sucked contents having the cap 1' is preferably used as a container for supplying ink to a printer or a copier. In particular, in the case of expensive contents, the demand for using the last drop without waste can be satisfied.
Examples
< example 1>
A mouth plug having the structure shown in fig. 8 to 11 was produced. The mouth plug body, the suction pipe and the anti-blocking column are made of polyethylene resin, and the cover is made of polypropylene resin. The inner diameter of the suction pipe is 12mm, the total length is the length under the movable valve, the short pipe part is 10mm, and the anti-clogging column part is 100 mm. The spout plug was welded to the opening of a soft bag having a top-bottom dimension of 225mm, a width dimension of 200mm and a capacity of 1 liter, and the container was discharged as a sucked content. This container was filled with 1 liter of water as a content liquid. The amount of the residual liquid was measured by sucking water from the suction plug inserted into the stopcock.
< example 2>
As example 2, a vessel for sucking and pouring out contents was prepared by using a stopcock shown in fig. 1 without using an anti-clogging plug, and the evaluation was similarly performed. The length of the straw is 110mm below the movable valve.
< comparative example 1>
A container for sucking contents and pouring out was prepared and evaluated in the same manner as in example 1, except that the length of the straw under the movable valve was set to 50mm as comparative example 1. The results are summarized in Table 1.
[ Table 1]
Figure BDA0002863558930000111
The volume of residual liquid in the container using the stopple according to embodiment 1, i.e., the stopple of example 2, was 30ml, whereas the volume of residual liquid in the container using the stopple according to embodiment 2, i.e., the stopple of example 1, was 8 ml. From this, it was confirmed that the residual liquid could be reduced by providing the anti-clogging column. On the other hand, in the container using the stopper of comparative example 1 having no anti-clogging column with absolutely insufficient length of the pipette, the amount of residual liquid reached 50ml because the stopper portion was clogged.
Industrial applicability
The invention can be used for packaging containers.
