judging the real-time working state of the target equipment according to the real-time working parameters;
and when the real-time working state of the target equipment is a non-fault state, controlling the door lock to be opened.
2. The device monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein determining the real-time operating state of the target device according to the real-time operating parameter comprises:
and judging whether the real-time working parameter is within a working parameter preset threshold range, and judging that the target equipment is in a non-fault state when the real-time working parameter is within the working parameter preset threshold range.
3. The device monitoring method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the real-time working state of the target equipment is a fault state, keeping the door lock closed.
4. The device monitoring method according to claim 3, wherein determining the real-time operating state of the target device according to the real-time operating parameter comprises:
and judging whether the real-time working parameter is within a working parameter preset threshold range, and judging that the target equipment is in a fault state when the real-time working parameter is not within the working parameter preset threshold range.
5. The device monitoring method according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when the real-time working state of the target equipment is a fault state, the door lock is kept closed, and meanwhile fault information of the target equipment is output;
and carrying out alarm reminding and providing a solution according to the fault information of the target equipment.
6. The equipment monitoring method of claim 5, wherein the solution comprises contacting a service person for on-door service;
the method further comprises the following steps:
when a solution for contacting the on-door maintenance of the maintainers is selected, acquiring the information of the maintainers passing the verification for selection;
after the operation information that the verified maintainer is selected is obtained, a temporary secret key for unlocking the door lock is generated and sent to the terminal equipment of the maintainer; wherein the temporary key is different from the specified key;
and when the operation information that the door lock is opened through the temporary secret key is acquired, sending the fault information of the target equipment to the terminal equipment of the maintenance personnel.
7. The device monitoring method according to claim 5, wherein the solution comprises remotely controlling a target device self-test;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and when the solution of the remote control target equipment self-checking is selected, generating and sending a corresponding self-checking control instruction to the target equipment.
8. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program executable by one or more processors to implement a device monitoring method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by the processor, implements a device monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A door lock device is characterized by comprising a door lock body, an acquisition module, a storage module and a control module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring real-time working parameters of the target equipment;
the storage module is used for storing a computer program;
the control module is used for executing the computer program of the storage module to realize the equipment monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 so as to control the door lock body to be unlocked.
