本发明涉及变电站运维系统,包括摄像装置;所述摄像装置包括轨道;轨道上设有可在驱动装置驱动下沿轨道行走的行走架;行走架上设有用于拍摄变电站室内设备情况和开关柜上显示屏幕信息的摄像头;变电站室内还设有充电仓;轨道的一端延伸至充电仓;行走架上固定设有控制器、蓄电池以及与用于给蓄电池充电的充电插针;所述充电仓内设有与充电插针充电配合的插孔;行走架行走至轨道位于充电仓的一端时充电插针插入插孔内;控制器包括可与后台控制中心通信的无线通信模块;蓄电池与控制器、充电插针电连接,控制器与摄像头、驱动装置电连接。本发明通过蓄电池和充电仓的设计,使得运维系统能够在停电状态继续工作,对变电站的情况更好的进行监控。

技术领域
本发明涉及变电站运维领域,特别涉及变电站运维系统。
背景技术
变电站是电力系统中变换电压、接受和分配电能、控制电力的流向和调整电压的电力设施,它通过其变压器将各级电压的电网联系起来。为了把发电厂发出来的电能输送到较远的地方,必须把电压升高,变为高压电,到用户附近再按需要把电压降低,这种升降电压的工作靠变电站来完成。因此变电站在电网中起到至关重要的作用。为了保证变电站的正常运行,需要进行日常运维工作。这些运维工作通常依靠运维人员来完成。但是随着电网的不断发展,变电站越来越多,运维成本也越来越高。为了提高运维效率,降低运维成本,因此无人巡视运维装置一直是人们研究的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够实现远程运维,降低运维成本的变电站运维系统,并且该变电站运维系统能够在变电站发生停电时依然可以正常工作。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:本发明包括设置在变电站室内的摄像装置;所述摄像装置包括设置在变电站室内的轨道;所述轨道上设有可在驱动装置驱动下沿轨道行走的行走架;所述行走架上设有用于拍摄变电站室内设备情况和开关柜上显示屏幕信息的摄像头;所述变电站室内还设有充电仓;轨道的一端延伸至充电仓;所述行走架上固定设有控制器、蓄电池以及与用于给蓄电池充电的充电插针;所述充电仓内设有与充电插针充电配合的插孔;所述行走架行走至轨道位于充电仓的一端时充电插针插入插孔内;所述控制器包括可与后台控制中心通信的无线通信模块;所述蓄电池与控制器、充电插针电连接,控制器与摄像头、驱动装置电连接。
上述轨道设置在变电站室内的顶部。
摄像头通过调节组件连接在行走架上;所述调节组件包括安装架、吊杆、从动齿圈、驱动齿轮和步进电机;所述安装架固定连接在行走架上,吊杆的一端转动设置在安装架上;吊杆的另一端设有摄像头;吊杆上固定设有与其同轴的从动齿圈;所述步进电机固定设置在安装架上;步进电机的输出轴与驱动齿轮传动连接,驱动齿轮与从动齿圈传动配合;所述步进电机与控制器电连接。
上述吊杆为电动伸缩杆,其与控制器电连接。
上述行走架上固定设有遮盖板;当充电插针插入插孔内进行充电时,摄像头和行走架均位于充电仓内,且遮盖板将充电仓封闭。
上述行走架上设有行走轮组;所述行走架上固定设有行走电机;所述行走电机的输出轴与行走轮组中的驱动轮传动连接。行走电机可使用步进电机。
本发明具有积极的效果:(1)本发明通过无线通信模块能够实现远程运维的目的,从而减少运维成本,减轻运维人员的工作量。
(2)本发明通过蓄电池,能够在变电站发生停电故障时依然可以继续进行运维工作,同时也够在变电站发生停电故障的时候对变电站内的情况进行观察。
(3)本发明将摄像装置的运行轨迹设计在变电站室内的顶部,从而不影响运维人员在变电站室内的走动。
(4)本发明通过调节组件能够实现摄像头的转动,从而增大监控范围。
(5)本发明中吊杆采用电动伸缩杆能够进一步增加摄像头的监控范围。
(6)本发明通过遮盖板与充电仓的配合,能够对摄像头的有效保护;同时也让变电站室内更加整洁、完整。

摄像头3通过调节组件连接在行走架2上;所述调节组件包括安装架21、吊杆22、从动齿圈23、驱动齿轮24和步进电机25;所述安装架21固定连接在行走架2上;所述吊杆22为电动伸缩杆,其与控制器5电连接。电动伸缩杆的机体通过轴承转动设置在安装架21上;电动伸缩杆的伸缩端设有摄像头3;电动伸缩杆的机体上固定设有的从动齿圈23,从动齿轮23的轴线与电动伸缩杆的转动轴线共线;所述步进电机25固定设置在安装架21上;步进电机25的输出轴与驱动齿轮24传动连接,驱动齿轮24与从动齿圈23传动配合;所述步进电机25与控制器5电连接。
所述行走架2上固定设有遮盖板26;当充电插针7插入插孔内进行充电时,摄像头3和行走架2均位于充电仓4内,且遮盖板26将充电仓4封闭。
所述驱动装置为行走电机;所述行走架2上设有行走轮组;所述行走电机固定设置在行走架2上;行走电机的输出轴与行走轮组中的驱动轮传动连接;所述行走电机与控制器5电连接。
本发明的工作过程如下:
无线通信模块9将来自后天控制中心8的运维命令传输给控制器5,控制器5根据运维命令控制行走架2的移动,根据运维命令控制摄像头3进行拍摄,并将拍摄的内容通过无线通信模块9传输给后台控制中心8。
同时,控制器5还可以根据运维命令控制步进电机25和电动伸缩杆的运动行程,从而实现摄像头3的拍摄角度调整。
当行走架2发生移动并使得充电插针7与插孔脱离时,则停止充电;蓄电池6进行供电。
当行走架2发生移动并使得充电插针7与插孔充电配合时,则开始给蓄电池6充电。
