It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a height development evaluation method, including:
step S101: obtaining the expected height and the current height of a target individual;
step S102: evaluating the height of the target individual according to the expected height of the target individual and the current height of the target individual, and determining whether the height of the target individual reaches a target level;
step S103: if the height of the target individual reaches the target level, the evaluation result is that the expected height can be reached;
step S104: and if the height of the target individual does not reach the target level, determining the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height according to the expected height of the target individual, and evaluating the result that the expected height cannot be reached and the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the target individual reaches the target level or not is determined according to the expected height and the current height of the target individual, namely whether the height of the target individual can reach the expected height or not is determined. If the height of the target individual reaches the target level, the expected height can be reached according to the normal development condition of the child. If the height of the target individual does not reach the target level, the target individual cannot reach the expected height under the natural development condition, if growth promotion needs to be carried out to reach the expected height, the difficulty of reaching the expected height is determined according to the expected height, so that a doctor can conveniently take effective and reasonable measures to promote and manage the height development of the target individual, and a guidance basis is provided for the height management of children.
In some embodiments, step S102 may include;
step S1021: determining the expected height statistical level value of the target individual according to the expected height of the target individual;
step S1022: acquiring the actual age of a target individual, and determining a first target height value corresponding to the actual age when the actual age is at an expected height statistical level value;
step S1023: determining a first difference between the first target height value and a current height of the target individual;
step S1024: determining whether the height of the target individual reaches the target level according to the first difference.
The height statistical level value is a level of the individual height in the overall height distribution obtained according to statistics, for example, the height statistical level value may be a height percentile or a standard deviation unit (SDS for short). Wherein, the height percentile and the SDS can be mutually converted. For example, the expected height percentile statistical level value may be an expected height percentile, i.e., a percentile corresponding to the expected height in the height percentile value table. According to the rule of child height development, the height of an expected height percentile in a standard height percentile value table, which corresponds to the actual age of a target individual, is taken as a first target height value, whether the height of the target individual reaches a target level is determined according to a first difference value between the first target height value and the current height of the target individual, and whether the height of the target individual reaches the target level is judged under the guidance of the rule of child height development, namely whether the height of the target individual can reach the expected height.
In some embodiments, step S1024 may include:
step 10241: if the first difference is greater than zero, the height of the target individual does not reach the target level;
step S10242: if the first difference is equal to zero, determining the height of the target individual as a target level;
step S10243: if the first difference is less than zero, the height of the target individual exceeds the target level.
In some embodiments, step S102 may include;
step S1025: determining the expected height statistical level value of the target individual according to the expected height of the target individual;
step S1026: acquiring the bone age of a target individual, and determining a second target height value corresponding to the bone age when the bone age is at an expected height statistical level value;
step S1027: determining a second difference between the second target height value and the current height of the target individual;
step S1028: determining whether the height of the target individual reaches the target level based on the second difference.
The bone age can better reflect the current bone development condition of the child relative to the actual age, when the bone age data of the target individual can be obtained, the expected height percentile is corresponding to a second target height value of the bone age of the target individual when the bone age of the target individual is at the expected height percentile according to the growth rule of the height of the child, whether the height of the target individual reaches the target level or not is determined according to a second difference value between the second target height value and the current height of the target individual, and the calculation result is more accurate.
In the above embodiments, the statistical level of the expected height, for example, the expected height percentile and the SDS, can be obtained by looking up the table. For example, in the standard height percentile value table, the height percentile corresponding to the expected height at the age of 18 is the expected height statistical level value. The first target height value can also be obtained by looking up a table, and in the standard height percentile numerical table, the height value corresponding to the current age and the expected height percentile is the first target height value. The second target height can also be obtained by looking up a table, and in the bone age height percentile value table, the height value corresponding to the bone age of the target individual and the expected height statistical level value is the first target height value.
In some embodiments, step S1028 may include:
step S10281: if the second difference is greater than zero, the height of the target individual does not reach the target level;
step S10282: if the second difference is not greater than zero, the height of the target individual reaches the target level.
In some embodiments, step S10282 may include:
if the second difference is equal to zero, the height of the target individual reaches the target level;
if the second difference is less than zero, the height of the target individual exceeds the target level.
In some embodiments, before step S1026, step S102 may further include:
step S1029: acquiring hand skeleton image information of a target individual;
step S10210, inputting hand skeleton image information into a first bone age detection model to obtain a bone age stage with the highest probability;
step S10211: and inputting the bone age stage into a second bone age detection model to obtain the bone age with the highest probability, and taking the bone age as the bone age of the target individual.
In the embodiment of the present invention, hand bone image information of a target individual is input into a first bone age detection model, so as to obtain a bone age section of the target individual, for example:
the probability of a 1-3 year old bone segment is 0.16;
the probability of a 4-6 year old bone segment is 0.35;
the probability of a 7-9 year old bone segment is 0.96;
the probability of a 10-12 bone age segment is 0.75;
the probability of the 13-15 bone age section is 0.41;
the probability of the 16-18 bone age section is 0.21;
the probability of a 19-25 bone age segment is 0.11;
the probability of the 26-40 bone age section is 0.08;
and selecting the bone age zone with the highest probability as the bone age zone of the target individual, namely the bone age zone of the target individual is 7-9 years old. And inputting the bone age section of the target individual into a second bone age detection model to obtain the specific bone age of the target individual. In the embodiment of the invention, the bone age of the target individual is determined through the two bone age detection models, the first bone age detection model firstly carries out fuzzy detection, and the efficiency is high. The second bone age detection model carries out secondary detection in the range of the bone age zone on the basis of the first bone age detection model, so that the efficiency is high, the detection precision is high, and the bone age detection result is more accurate. The first bone age detection model and the second bone age detection model can be neural network models.
In some embodiments, step S104 may include:
step S1041: determining whether the target individual enters puberty;
step S1042: if the target individual does not enter adolescence, determining the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height according to the predicted height of the target individual and the expected height of the target individual;
step S1043: and if the target individual enters the adolescence stage, determining the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height according to the current height of the target individual, the expected height of the target individual and the bone age of the target individual, or according to the current height of the target individual, the expected height of the target individual and the actual age of the target individual.
In some embodiments, step S1042 may include:
step S10421: if the predicted height of the target individual is not smaller than the expected height of the target individual, determining the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height according to the weight of the target individual;
step S10422: and if the predicted height of the target individual is smaller than the expected height of the target individual, determining a third difference value between the expected height of the target individual and the predicted height of the target individual, and determining the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height according to the third difference value.
According to the characteristics of the height development of children, the representativeness of the actual height value of the children is not strong when the children do not enter adolescence, and the long-term actual development condition of the children cannot be reflected. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the target individual is judged only by predicting the height, the expected height and the weight when the target individual does not enter adolescence. The predicted height is the height after adult according to the current development condition of the child. The prediction methods include a B-P height prediction method, a TW3 height prediction method and a Chinese 05 height prediction method, and the specific methods are not described herein again.
In some embodiments, step S10421 may include:
if the predicted height of the target individual is greater than the expected height of the target individual and the weight of the target individual is overweight, the target individual is easy to reach the expected height;
if the predicted height of the target individual is greater than the expected height of the target individual and the weight of the target individual is not overweight, the target individual does not need to be growth-promoted;
if the predicted height of the target individual is equal to the expected height of the target individual and the weight of the target individual is overweight, the difficulty that the target individual reaches the expected height is medium;
the difficulty of the target individual reaching the desired height is a matter of chance if the predicted height of the target individual is equal to the desired height of the target individual and the weight of the target individual is not overweight.
In some embodiments, step S10422 may include:
if the third difference is smaller than the first preset value and the weight of the target individual is overweight, the difficulty that the target individual achieves the expected height is medium;
if the third difference is smaller than the first preset value and the weight of the target individual is not overweight, the target individual is easy to reach the expected height;
if the third difference is equal to the first preset value and the weight of the target individual is overweight, the difficulty that the target individual achieves the expected height is difficult;
if the third difference is equal to the first preset value and the weight of the target individual is not overweight, the difficulty that the target individual achieves the expected height is medium;
if the third difference is greater than the first preset value, the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height is extremely difficult.
In some embodiments, when the target individual is a boy, the first preset value may be 6; when the target individual is a girl, the first preset value may be 5.
The predicted height is an adult height predicted by the current development condition of the comprehensive target individual, the predicted height is higher than the expected height, the expected height is easy to reach, and otherwise, the expected height is not easy to reach. Meanwhile, the weight of the target individual has certain impression on the height, and the overweight affects the height development, so that the difficulty in achieving the expected height is comprehensively evaluated by combining the predicted height, the expected height and the weight.
In some embodiments, step S1043 may include:
step S10431: if the bone age of the target individual or the age of the target individual meets the first preset condition, determining a fourth difference value between the expected height of the target individual and the current height of the target individual, and determining the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height according to the fourth difference value;
step S10432: if the bone age of the target individual or the age of the target individual meets a second preset condition, determining the residual growth potential value of the target individual according to the bone age of the target individual or the age of the target individual, and determining the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height according to the current height of the target individual, the expected height of the target individual, the residual growth potential value of the target individual and the weight of the target individual;
step S10433: if the bone age of the target individual or the age of the target individual meets a third preset condition, determining the residual growth potential value of the target individual according to the bone age of the target individual or the age of the target individual, and determining the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height according to the current height of the target individual, the expected height of the target individual and the residual growth potential value of the target individual.
In some embodiments, the first preset condition is: the bone age of the target individual or the age of the target individual is equal to a second preset value, a third preset value, a fourth preset value, a fifth preset value or a sixth preset value;
the second preset condition is as follows: the bone age of the target individual or the age of the target individual is greater than the second preset value and less than the third preset value, greater than the third preset value and less than the fourth preset value, greater than the fourth preset value and less than the fifth preset value or greater than the fifth preset value and less than the sixth preset value;
the third preset condition is as follows: the bone age of the target individual or the age of the target individual is greater than a sixth preset value;
in some embodiments, when the target individual is a boy, the second preset value may be 10.9, the third preset value may be 11.9, the fourth preset value may be 12.8, the fifth preset value may be 14.6, and the sixth preset value may be 15.7;
when the target individual is a girl, the second preset value may be 8.8, the third preset value may be 10, the fourth preset value may be 10.8, the fifth preset value may be 12.8, and the sixth preset value may be 14.3.
According to the growth and development characteristics, the puberty is subdivided into a plurality of small stages, for example, the boy enters the puberty from the age of 10.9, the first stage is 10.9-11.9, the second stage is 11.9-12.8, the third stage is 12.8-14.6, the fourth stage is 14.6-15.7, and the fifth stage is more than 15.7. The girl enters adolescence from the age of 8.8, the first stage is 8.8-10, the second stage is 10-10.8, the third stage is 10.8-12.8, the fourth stage is 12.8-14.3 and the fifth stage is more than 14.3. And further evaluating the difficulty of reaching the expected height according to the growth and development characteristics of each subdivision stage.
In some embodiments, step S10431 may include:
if the fourth difference is smaller than the seventh preset value and the weight of the target individual is not overweight, the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height is easy;
if the fourth difference is smaller than the seventh preset value and the weight of the target individual is overweight, the difficulty that the target individual achieves the expected height is medium;
if the fourth difference is equal to the seventh preset value and the weight of the target individual is not overweight, the difficulty that the target individual achieves the expected height is medium;
if the fourth difference is equal to the seventh preset value and the weight of the target individual is overweight, the difficulty that the target individual achieves the expected height is difficult;
if the fourth difference is greater than the seventh preset value and the weight of the target individual is not overweight, the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height is extremely difficult;
if the fourth difference is greater than the seventh preset value and the weight of the target individual is overweight, the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height is difficult.
In some embodiments, step S10432 may include:

step S104322: and determining the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height according to the fifth difference value, the residual growth potential value of the target individual and the weight of the target individual.
In some embodiments, step S104322 may comprise:
if the fifth difference value is smaller than the residual growth potential value and the weight of the target individual is overweight, the difficulty that the target individual reaches the expected height is medium;
if the fifth difference value is smaller than the residual growth potential value and the weight of the target individual is not overweight, the target individual is easy to reach the expected height;
if the fifth difference value is equal to the residual growth potential value and the weight of the target individual is overweight, the target individual is difficult to reach the expected height;
if the fifth difference value is equal to the residual growth potential value and the weight of the target individual is not overweight, the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height is medium;
if the fifth difference value is larger than the residual growth potential value and the weight of the target individual is overweight, the difficulty of the target individual reaching the expected height is extremely difficult;
if the fifth difference is greater than the remaining growth potential value and the weight of the target individual is not overweight, the target individual has difficulty in achieving the desired height.

if the fifth difference is greater than the residual growth potential value, the difficulty of the target individual reaching the desired height is extremely difficult.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
