if the current state of the player is the preset playing stop state, controlling the preset player to play a message based on the target control command;
if the current state of the player is not the preset playing stopping state, judging whether the target control command is consistent with a preset control command or not;
if the preset control command is consistent with the preset control command, calling a playing interface in the preset player to play the message;
and if not, controlling the preset player to exit the equipment thread corresponding to the preset control command, and reestablishing the equipment thread for playing the message.
