Drawings
The invention will be described in more detail hereinafter on the basis of embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method for reminding an infant to cry according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
The invention discloses a method for reminding crying of an infant, which is shown in figure 1. Illustratively, the above method may be implemented in a smart terminal, for example, by a client program (APP) installed on the smart terminal. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: collecting crying audio data of the infants;
step 2: starting a wake-up mode according to crying audio data of the infant;
and step 3: in the wake-up mode, the intelligent terminal and/or the wake-up device execute corresponding wake-up actions until the wake-up mode is turned off.
The following step 1: the audio data of the infant crying is collected for detailed description.
In one embodiment, the intelligent terminal collects crying audio data of the infant through a microphone of the intelligent terminal, such as a microphone of a mobile phone.
In another embodiment, the intelligent terminal collects crying audio data of the infant through a crying collector.
Specifically, the cry collector is placed close to the infant, the intelligent terminal is placed near a specified user (such as a guardian) so as to facilitate operation, and the cry collector is connected with the intelligent terminal in a wifi communication mode, a Bluetooth communication mode and the like. In the embodiment, the independent cry collector is used for collecting cry, so that the situation that the intelligent terminal is close to the infant can be avoided, and the influence of radiation of an electronic product on the infant is reduced. In the two embodiments, the intelligent terminal or the cry collector can distinguish the cry of the infant from other environmental sounds through parameters such as the voiceprint and the decibel value, so that the identification and acquisition of the cry of the infant are realized.
It should be noted that various cry collectors in the prior art can be adopted in the cry collector of the present invention, and the present invention is not described herein again.
Step 2 is followed: the wake-up mode is explained in detail with reference to crying audio data of the infant.
In one embodiment, the wake-up mode includes one or more of a voice wake-up mode, an electrical stimulus wake-up mode, and a light wake-up mode. Wherein, the voice wake-up mode, the light wake-up mode and the physical stimulation wake-up mode are started in sequence or simultaneously according to a preset sequence.
For example, one possible wake-up pattern is: the voice wake-up mode, the light wake-up mode and the physical stimulation wake-up mode are started simultaneously.
Another possible wake-up pattern is for example: the voice wake-up mode is started firstly, then the light wake-up mode is started, and then the physical stimulation wake-up mode is started.
Specifically, if the wake-up action performed by the smart terminal or the wake-up device fails to wake up the specified user in the one wake-up mode (i.e., the wake-up mode is not turned off), the wake-up action in the mode is continuously performed, and another wake-up mode is started.
And after the intelligent terminal receives the crying audio data, automatically converting the crying signal into the opening signal of the waking mode.
Wherein, the above-mentioned wake-up mode can be preset in the client program (APP).
Step 3 is as follows: in the wake-up mode, the intelligent terminal and/or the wake-up device executes corresponding wake-up actions until the wake-up mode is closed for detailed description.
Wherein, in the voice wake-up mode, the appointed user is provided with auditory stimulation to wake up in time.
In one embodiment, in the wake-up mode, the intelligent terminal executes a corresponding wake-up action until the wake-up mode is turned off, and the method comprises the following sub-steps:
in the wake-up mode, the intelligent terminal plays a specified audio file and starts to calculate playing time;
if the playing time reaches the first preset time and the wake-up mode is not closed, playing the intelligent terminal after the playing volume of the intelligent terminal is increased once, and recalculating the playing time;
and repeating the previous step until the wake-up mode is turned off.
In this embodiment, an audio file is played through an intelligent terminal, and if the wake-up mode is not turned off after the current playing time reaches a first predetermined time, it is determined that the specified user is not woken up, the playing volume is increased once and then the specified user continues to play, the playing time is recalculated, and the intensity of auditory stimulation provided to the specified user is continuously increased by gradually increasing the playing volume, so that the specified user can wake up.
In another embodiment, in the wake-up mode, the intelligent terminal performs a corresponding wake-up action until the wake-up mode is turned off, and the method comprises the following sub-steps:
in the wake-up mode, a first intelligent terminal plays a specified audio file and starts to calculate playing time;
if the playing time reaches the first preset time and the wake-up mode is not closed, playing the first intelligent terminal after the playing volume of the first intelligent terminal is increased once, and recalculating the playing time;
repeating the previous operation until the playing volume of the first intelligent terminal reaches the maximum playing volume;
if the playing time of the first intelligent terminal at the maximum playing volume reaches a first preset time and the wake-up mode is not closed, the first intelligent terminal executes playing correlation operation;
the playing association operation comprises the following steps:
enabling the ith intelligent terminal associated with the first intelligent terminal to play the specified audio file, and starting to calculate the playing time of the ith intelligent terminal;
if the playing time of the ith intelligent terminal reaches a first preset time and the wake-up mode is not closed, playing the ith intelligent terminal after the playing volume of the ith intelligent terminal is increased once, and recalculating the playing time;
repeating the previous step until the playing volume of the ith intelligent terminal reaches the maximum playing volume;
if the time played by the ith intelligent terminal at the maximum playing volume reaches the first preset time and the wake-up mode is not closed, repeating the playing association operation after i +1 until i +1 is equal to M or until the wake-up mode is closed;
and the I is a natural number, and the M is the preset number of intelligent terminals associated with the first intelligent terminal.
In this embodiment, when the maximum play volume of a single intelligent terminal cannot wake up the designated user, the intelligent terminal may start an associated intelligent terminal to play an audio file, or start other intelligent terminals to play the audio file in sequence, and play the audio file through multiple devices at the same time, so as to achieve an effect of increasing the play volume continuously.
For example, in addition to the first intelligent terminal, the number of preset intelligent terminals associated with the first intelligent terminal is 2, one of the intelligent terminals is a smart phone, and the other intelligent terminal is a smart sound box.
And when the maximum playing volume of the first intelligent terminal cannot wake up the designated user, the first intelligent terminal starts the intelligent mobile phone to play the audio file. When the smart phone is played, the smart phone is played in a mode similar to the playing mode of the first smart terminal. And if the maximum playing volume of the smart phone cannot wake up the specified user, the first intelligent terminal starts the intelligent sound box. When the intelligent sound box is played, the intelligent sound box is played in a mode similar to the playing mode of the first intelligent terminal until a user is awakened to close the awakening mode.
In one embodiment, the first intelligent terminal or the ith intelligent terminal is operated, so that the wake-up mode is turned off. Because the first intelligent terminal and the other intelligent terminals are mutually associated, a user can close the wake-up mode only by operating one intelligent terminal, and the operation is simple.
Specifically, the first preset time may be 5 seconds, or a longer or shorter time.
The physical stimulus wake-up pattern will be explained below.
Wherein, in the physical stimulation wake-up mode, the physical stimulation, especially the tactile stimulation, is provided for the appointed user to wake up in time.
In one embodiment, the waking device comprises a physical stimulation device;
in the wake-up mode, the wake-up device executes corresponding wake-up action until the wake-up mode is closed, and the method comprises the following sub-steps:
in the wake-up mode, the intelligent terminal sends a wake-up operation instruction to the physical stimulation device;
the physical stimulation device executes corresponding physical stimulation to the appointed user according to the waking operation instruction, and starts to calculate the time for executing the physical stimulation;
if the time for executing the physical stimulation reaches the second preset time and the wake-up mode is not closed, stimulating the appointed user after the intensity of the physical stimulation device is increased once, and recalculating the time for executing the physical stimulation;
and repeating the previous step until the wake-up mode is turned off.
In this embodiment, the physical stimulation is provided to the designated user by the physical stimulation device, and if the wake-up mode is not turned off after the time for performing the physical stimulation reaches the second predetermined time, it is determined that the designated user is not awake, the intensity of the physical stimulation is increased, the stimulation time is recalculated, and the intensity of the physical stimulation is sequentially increased to enable the designated user to wake up.
Specifically, the second predetermined time may be set to 5 seconds, or a longer or shorter time.
Optionally, the physical stimulation performed by the physical stimulation device includes one or more of current stimulation, acupuncture stimulation, vibration stimulation, and thermal stimulation.
Specifically, the physical stimulation device may be a micro-stimulator, which provides micro-current to stimulate the muscles of the designated user; or an electric puncture needle, which stimulates the skin of the appointed user through acupuncture; it may also be a semiconductor refrigerator that provides stimulation of the skin of a designated user by cryogenic temperatures; or may be a vibrator by which the wrist of the intended user is stimulated. Preferably, the physical stimulation device can be a hand-wearing electronic device, and is convenient to use. In addition, several of the micro-electric shock device, the electric puncture needle, the vibrator and the semiconductor refrigerator can be integrated on the same device, such as an intelligent bracelet.
The light wake-up mode is explained below.
Wherein, in the light wake-up mode, visual stimulation is provided for the appointed user to wake up the appointed user in time.
In one embodiment, the wake-up device includes a lighting device;
in the wake-up mode, the wake-up device executes corresponding wake-up action until the wake-up mode is closed, and the method comprises the following sub-steps:
in the wake-up mode, the intelligent terminal sends a wake-up operation instruction to the lighting device;
the lighting device starts lighting according to the wake-up operation instruction and starts to calculate lighting time;
if the illumination time reaches the third preset time and the wake-up mode is not closed, the illumination is performed after the brightness of the illumination device is enhanced once, and the illumination time is recalculated;
and repeating the previous step until the wake-up mode is turned off.
In this embodiment, the retina of the designated user is stimulated by the brightness of the light of the lighting device in the room to provide a visual stimulus, and if the wake-up mode is not turned off after the lighting time reaches the third predetermined time, it is determined that the designated user is not wakened up, the brightness of the lighting device is increased to increase the intensity of the visual stimulus, and the lighting time is recalculated to gradually increase the intensity of the visual stimulus, so that the designated user can wake up.
Specifically, the third predetermined time may be set to 5 seconds, or a longer or shorter time.
In one embodiment, the wake-up device includes a lighting device;
in the wake-up mode, the wake-up device executes corresponding wake-up action until the wake-up mode is closed, and the method comprises the following sub-steps:
in the wake-up mode, the intelligent terminal sends a wake-up operation instruction to the first lighting device;
the first lighting device starts lighting according to the waking operation instruction and starts to calculate lighting time;
if the illumination time reaches a third preset time and the wake-up mode is not closed, the first illumination device is illuminated after the brightness of the first illumination device is enhanced once, and the illumination time is recalculated,
repeating the previous step until the brightness of the first lighting device reaches the maximum brightness;
if the time that the first lighting device conducts lighting at the maximum brightness reaches a third preset time and the wake-up mode is not closed, the intelligent terminal executes lighting correlation operation;
the lighting association operation includes:
enabling a jth lighting device associated with the intelligent terminal to start lighting, and starting to calculate lighting time of the jth lighting device;
if the lighting time of the jth lighting device reaches the third preset time and the wake-up mode is not closed, lighting the jth lighting device after the brightness of the jth lighting device is increased once, and recalculating the lighting time;
repeating the previous step until the brightness of the jth lighting device reaches the maximum brightness;
if the lighting time of the jth lighting device with the maximum brightness reaches the third preset time and the wake-up mode is not turned off, repeating the lighting association operation after j +1 until j +1 is equal to N or until the wake-up mode is turned off;
wherein j is a natural number, and N is the number of the preset lighting devices.
In this embodiment, the intelligent terminal realizes the luminance in the whole room of crescent through the intensity degree of the lighting device of different positions in the control room and light thereof, makes the adjustable range increase of the light luminance in the whole room to guarantee to provide enough strong visual stimulus and appoint the user can wake up.
It should be noted that the lighting device has a function of communicating with the intelligent terminal, for example, a function of bluetooth or wifi communication, so that the lighting device can receive a wake-up operation instruction sent by the intelligent terminal. After the appointed user wakes up, the lighting device can be turned off by operating the intelligent terminal, or the lighting device can be directly turned off by manual operation.
The intelligent terminal can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a smart band or a smart sound box. Wherein, the smart speaker can be a bluetooth speaker.
The method for reminding the crying of the infant of the invention is specifically explained by taking a smart phone as an example.
Be equipped with the infant and cry in the smart mobile phone of this embodiment and wake up the APP, set up three kinds of modes of waking up such as pronunciation wake-up mode, physical stimulation wake-up mode, light wake-up mode in this APP, after receiving the infant and cry signal, start corresponding wake-up mode to carry out corresponding action of waking up.
Under the voice wake-up mode, the physical stimulation wake-up mode and the light wake-up mode, auditory stimulation, physical stimulation and visual stimulation can be respectively provided, so that a specified user can wake up from sleep.
In the voice wake-up mode, the effect of reminding parents to get up is achieved by setting the crying times of the infants and the vibration of the mobile phone.
For example, the mobile phone plays a crying sound record, judges whether the mode is closed every 5 seconds, if not, increases the playing volume once until the maximum playing volume, if the playing volume of the mobile phone reaches the maximum and the mode is not closed after playing for 5 seconds, starts another mobile phone to play simultaneously, judges whether the mode is closed every 5 seconds, if not, increases the playing volume once, if the maximum playing volume is reached and the mode is not closed after playing for 5 seconds, connects to a bluetooth sound box to play, judges whether the mode is closed every 5 seconds, if not, increases the playing volume once, and closes the mode until a designated user is awakened.
In the physical stimulation wake-up mode, a micro-vibrator and/or a vibrator is started to stimulate muscles through crying so as to achieve the effect of reminding parents to get up.
For example, a hand-worn micro-shocker is activated, which initially has a current level of 5V, and determines whether the mode is off every 5 seconds, and if not, increases the current level (no more than 12V) until the designated user wakes up to turn off the mode.
In the light wake-up mode, the effect of reminding parents to get up is achieved by controlling different light brightness to stimulate retina reaction.
For example, in general, the lighting devices in a room include different lamps with different positions and brightness, such as a bedside lamp and a ceiling lamp, wherein the brightness of the bedside lamp is generally smaller than that of the ceiling lamp. The intelligent terminal can start the bedside lamp to execute lighting action first, the brightness of the bedside lamp can be a first gear during starting, when the lighting time reaches a third preset time, the wake-up mode is not closed, the brightness of the bedside lamp is adjusted to a second gear, after the third preset time is spaced every time, whether the wake-up mode is closed or not is judged, if the wake-up mode is not closed, the brightness of the bedside lamp is continuously increased until the brightness of the bedside lamp reaches the maximum, such as the third gear, if the wake-up mode is not closed, the ceiling lamp is started, the brightness of the ceiling lamp can be the first gear during starting, and the brightness of the ceiling lamp can be gradually increased from the first gear, such as the maximum of the third gear.
After the user opens the APP for waking up the infant by crying in the smart phone, three wake-up modes can be set in advance according to the self condition or habit.
For example, the user may select one or more of the wake-up modes based on his or her sensitivity to sound, light, or muscle stimulation.
After the user opens the infant crying wake APP in the smart phone, the starting sequence of the three wake modes can be selected. For example, a voice wake-up mode is started first, then a light wake-up mode is started, and then a physical stimulation wake-up mode is started; or three wake-up modes may be initiated simultaneously.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the intelligent terminal receives the infant crying signal to start the wake-up mode, in the wake-up mode, the intelligent terminal or/and the wake-up device can continuously execute the wake-up action until the wake-up mode is turned off by the designated user (such as the guardian of the infant), and therefore when the crying of the infant is monitored, the intelligent terminal or/and the wake-up device can continuously remind the guardian who is sleeping or performing other operations until the guardian transfers attention to the infant, so that the requirement of crying the infant is met, and the irreparable consequence is avoided.
