Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a stamp identification method, including the following steps:
s101, obtaining first image information of the stamp to be identified, and obtaining first description information of the stamp to be identified according to the first image information;
specifically, the first image information is a stamp pattern of the stamp, and can be obtained by means of shooting, scanning and the like, and the first description information includes stamp number, edition number, sheet number, color code, designer, printing factory name and other information of the stamp, and is generally displayed on the stamp face. The method and the device for identifying the stamp information acquire the first image information of the stamp to be identified, and then perform character recognition on the first image information to acquire the first description information. Step S101 specifically includes the following steps:
s1011, obtaining an overall image of the stamp to be identified through shooting or scanning, and preprocessing the overall image to obtain first image information;
s1012, carrying out character region detection on the first image information, and determining a plurality of character regions;
s1013, cutting the character area to obtain a plurality of characters, and determining the arrangement sequence of the characters;
s1014, inputting the characters into a pre-trained character recognition model, and determining first description information of the stamp to be identified according to the recognition result of the character recognition model and the arrangement sequence of the characters.
Specifically, the embodiment of the invention firstly obtains the whole image of the stamp to be identified, obtains the first image information through preprocessing, then utilizes the image recognition technology to detect the character area, determines a plurality of character areas containing description information, cuts the character areas to obtain the arrangement sequence of the characters and the characters, and then identifies the characters through the character recognition model so as to combine to obtain the first description information of the stamp to be identified.
According to the stamp identification method and device, the first description information is determined through character cutting and character identification, manual acquisition is not needed, accuracy of the first description information and acquisition efficiency are improved, and therefore efficiency and accuracy of stamp identification are improved.
As a further optional implementation manner, the step of preprocessing the whole image to obtain the first image information specifically includes the following steps:
a1, performing contour recognition on the whole image by adopting an image recognition technology, and cutting the whole image according to the result of the contour recognition;
and A2, performing angle correction on the clipped whole image by using Hough transform to obtain first image information.
Specifically, since the entire image obtained by shooting and scanning may contain unnecessary borders and other noise information, it is necessary to obtain the first image information through processes such as contour recognition and angle correction. According to the embodiment of the invention, the first image information is obtained through the contour recognition and the angle correction, so that the first description information can be conveniently obtained through the first image information subsequently, and the subsequent comparison can be conveniently carried out.
S102, determining preset image information in a pre-established stamp image library according to the first description information;
specifically, the stamp image library is a collection of image information shot before the stamp is issued, the image information shot before each stamp is issued is stored in the stamp image library, and the description information of the stamp is determined during production printing and is not acquired through image recognition.
As a further optional implementation manner, the stamp identification method further includes a step of creating a stamp image library, which specifically includes:
b1, acquiring second description information and second image information of the stamps to be saved;
b2, determining a key value pair according to the second description information and the second image information, and establishing a stamp image library according to the key value pair;
and the Key of the Key-value pair is the second description information, and the Va l ue of the Key-value pair is the second image information.
Specifically, the stamp to be stored is the stamp to be stored in the stamp image library before being issued, in the embodiment of the invention, the second description information of the stamp to be stored is used as Key, the second image information of the stamp to be stored is used as Va l ue, the Key value pair to be stored is obtained, and the description information and the image information of the stamp to be stored are stored in the stamp image library in the form of the Key value pair, so that the corresponding image information can be matched and compared quickly according to the description information of the stamp to be identified.
As a further optional implementation manner, the step of determining preset image information in a pre-established stamp image library according to the first description information specifically includes:
and performing matching query on the first description information serving as a Key in the stamp image library, and determining that the corresponding Value is preset image information.
Specifically, the stamp image library of the embodiment of the invention stores the description information and the image information of the issued stamps, and the image information corresponding to the stamps to be identified can be quickly found out through the matching query of the key value pairs.
S103, carrying out brightness contrast, contrast and structure contrast on the first image information and the preset image information to obtain the similarity of the first image information and the preset image information;
specifically, the conventional comparison method judges whether the image information of the stamp to be identified is consistent with the image information of the reserved stamp through manual comparison. Step S103 specifically includes the following steps:
s1031, respectively calculating a first mean value, a first variance and a first covariance of the first image information and a second mean value, a second variance and a second covariance of the preset image information by adopting a Gaussian function;
s1032, comparing the brightness according to the first average value and the second average value to obtain a brightness comparison result;
s1033, carrying out contrast comparison according to the first variance and the second variance to obtain a contrast comparison result;
s1034, performing structure comparison according to the first covariance and the second covariance to obtain a structure comparison result;
and S1035, determining the similarity between the first image information and the preset image information according to the brightness contrast result, the contrast result and the structure contrast result.
Specifically, the brightness contrast result can be expressed as
Figure BDA0002789248690000061
The contrast ratio result can be expressed as
Figure BDA0002789248690000062
The structural comparison result can be expressed as
Figure BDA0002789248690000063
Where l (a, C) denotes a luminance contrast result, C (a, C) denotes a contrast result, s (a, C) denotes a structural contrast result, μ a denotes a first mean value of the first image information, μ C denotes a second mean value of the preset image information, σ a denotes a first variance of the first image information, σ C denotes a second variance of the preset image information, σ a denotes a first covariance of the first image information, σ C denotes a second covariance of the preset image information, and K1, K2, and K3 are constants.
The degree of similarity may be expressed as F (a, C) ═ l (a, C)]α[c(A,C)]β[s(A,C)]γ
Where F (a, C) represents the similarity, and α, β, and γ represent the importance parameters of brightness, contrast, and structure, respectively.
And S104, determining the authenticity of the stamp to be identified according to the similarity.
Specifically, a similarity threshold may be preset, and when the similarity obtained in step S103 is greater than the preset similarity threshold, it may be determined that the stamp to be authenticated is true. It can be understood that different similarity threshold values can be set for stamps with different circulation years because the stamps are more or less worn in the collection process, and then the distribution year of the stamps to be identified can be obtained according to the first description information so as to calculate the circulation year of the stamps, and then the corresponding similarity threshold value is selected as the judgment basis. Step S104 specifically includes the following steps:
s1041, when the similarity is larger than or equal to a preset similarity threshold, determining that the stamp to be identified is true;
or the like, or, alternatively,
s1042, when the similarity is smaller than a preset similarity threshold, obtaining the characteristic image information of the stamp to be identified by using a microscopic imaging technology, further performing characteristic comparison on the characteristic image information and the preset image information to obtain a plurality of difference areas, and outputting the difference areas.
Specifically, when the similarity is smaller than a preset similarity threshold, a high-definition image of each characteristic area of the stamp to be identified can be further acquired through a microscopic camera shooting technology, and then characteristic comparison is performed between the high-definition image and preset image information to obtain a plurality of difference areas. After the difference area is output, a manual judgment method can be further adopted for comparison judgment, and an identification result can also be output to a user.
The method and the device for identifying the stamp obtain first image information and first description information of the stamp to be identified, match and determine preset image information in a pre-established stamp image library, determine similarity of the first image information and the preset image information through brightness contrast, contrast and structure contrast, and further determine authenticity of the stamp to be identified. On one hand, the stamp identification efficiency is improved by matching the preset image information without manual searching, on the other hand, the authenticity of the stamp to be identified is determined by triple comparison of brightness, contrast and structure, and compared with the traditional manual comparison, the stamp identification accuracy is improved; the embodiment of the invention adopts a key value pair storage mode to construct the stamp image library, thereby further improving the efficiency and the accuracy of stamp identification.
