Abstract

The invention discloses a method for docking data from an HIS system, which comprises the following steps: acquiring target information in a turn plan through an intermediate server, wherein the target information comprises student information and current turn department information corresponding to students; acquiring first data according to the student information and current cycle department information corresponding to the student, and acquiring a template corresponding to the first data according to the first data; acquiring second data in the HIS through the intermediate server according to the student information and current cycle department information corresponding to the student; and judging whether the first data and the second data are the same or not through the processing module, and if so, generating docking information according to the second data and the template. By butting the HIS system, the invention ensures that a discipline student only needs to fill information in the HIS system without filling information again in an electronic wheel handbook, thereby avoiding repeated labor, ensuring the specification and uniformity of data filling and ensuring the authenticity of data.

Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings used in the description of the embodiments or the prior art will be briefly described below, it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments described in the present invention, and for a student of ordinary skill in the art, other drawings can be obtained according to the drawings without creative efforts.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which several embodiments of the invention are shown, but which may be embodied in many different forms and are not limited to the embodiments described herein, but rather are provided for the purpose of providing a more thorough disclosure of the invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs; the terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention; as used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for docking data from an HIS system, for a docking system to interact with the HIS system, the docking system including a main server and an intermediate server, the main server including a storage module and a processing module, the method for docking data from the HIS system including the steps of:
s1 obtains target information in the turn plan, which includes trainee information and current turn department information corresponding to the trainee, through the intermediate server.
S2 obtains first data corresponding to the trainee information and the current department of the trainee information stored in the storage module based on the trainee information and the current department of the trainee information, and obtains a template corresponding to the first data stored in the storage module based on the first data.
S3 obtains second data corresponding to the trainee information and the current rotation department information of the trainee in the HIS system through the intermediate server based on the trainee information and the current rotation department information corresponding to the trainee.
And S4, judging whether the first data and the second data are the same through the processing module, and if so, generating docking information according to the second data and the template. And if not, outputting a template corresponding to the first data, and prompting manual filling.
Wherein, judging whether the first data and the second data are the same through the processing module comprises: and outputting third data through the processing module according to the second data, and judging whether the third data exists in a mapping relation between the first data and the third data which are stored in advance, wherein if the third data exists, the first data is the same as the second data, and if the third data does not exist, the first data is not the same as the second data.
The student information comprises a student mark and base information corresponding to the student, and the student mark is at least one of a student name, an identity card number and a serial number. The base information is information in the art such as surgical base, medical base, etc.
The first data comprises disease names and/or operation names in a clinical rotational handbook, the second data comprises disease names and/or operation names in an HIS system, the third data comprises ICD codes and/or operation codes, mapping relations are respectively established between the two disease names and the ICD codes, and mapping relations are respectively established between the two operation names and the operation codes. Taking the name of the disease as an example, in the field, the name of "acute myocardial infarction" in a clinical rotational manual is called as "myocardial infarction" in an HIS system, namely, the names of two systems for the same disease are different, and the same problem exists in the operation, namely, the data interaction of the two systems is difficult. ICD codes and operation codes are international general classification codes for diseases and operation, so that the two codes are adopted to enable the disease types and the operation in the two systems to correspond to each other and complete the data correspondence.
Wherein outputting the third data according to the second data comprises: and the second data outputs third data according to the mapping relation between the prestored second data and the third data.
Wherein, according to student's information and the current cycle department information that corresponds to the student, acquire the first data that store in the memory module and correspond to student's current cycle department information, include: first data corresponding to the trainees is acquired according to the base information of the trainees and current cycle department information corresponding to the trainees. For example, a student cycling to a surgical base for gastroenterology may be required to complete leukemia and nail removal, while a student cycling to a medical base for gastroenterology may be required to complete leukemia and pericardiocentesis.
Wherein, according to the student information and the current cycle department information corresponding to the student, acquiring second data corresponding to the student information and the current cycle department information of the student in the HIS system through the intermediate server, comprises: and acquiring the department information of the home according to the current rotation department information, and acquiring corresponding second data in the HIS according to the student mark and the department information of the home. The department names of the rounds in the round-robin manual may be different from the department names of the home department in the HIS system, such as "general surgery" in the round-robin manual, which is called "general surgery" in the HIS system, and therefore, the names need to be converted so that the HIS system can recognize. The rotary department and the department of the home department can be associated by a program or manually by teachers at each base.
In conclusion, the electronic turn-to-turn manual and the HIS system are in butt joint, so that a discipline student only needs to fill the medical record information in the HIS system, the medical record information is automatically generated in the electronic turn-to-turn manual, repeated labor is avoided, the specification and the unification of data filling in the electronic turn-to-turn manual are guaranteed, and the authenticity of data is guaranteed.
