Detailed Description
The present application is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments or technical features described below may be arbitrarily combined to form a new embodiment without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the application provides an express delivery scanning data return abnormity early warning method, which includes steps S101 to S103.
Step S101: and acquiring early warning item configuration information of the network points. The early warning item configuration information comprises an early warning level, an early warning item, an early warning rule, timing task information and an early warning receiver. The early warning level is a network node level or a salesman level, wherein the network node level of each network node can correspond to one or more network node responsible persons, and the salesman level can correspond to one or more salesmen. Each website may be provided with a website number, each attendant may be provided with an attendant number, and the website number and the attendant number may include at least one of letters, numbers, chinese characters, and special symbols.
The early warning item is arrival scanning, delivery scanning, departure scanning or sign-off scanning. In addition, the early warning item can also comprise other scanning items, such as loading scanning and unloading scanning, according to the requirements in practical application.
It should be noted that each website may be configured with one or more pre-alarm item configuration information. For example, a network point in the east of the hong Ganghong east of Qingpu district, Shanghai city can configure configuration information of 8 early warning items, including: the system comprises early warning item configuration information of website level to piece scanning, early warning item configuration information of website level sending piece scanning, early warning item configuration information of website level departure scanning, early warning item configuration information of website level sign-off scanning, early warning item configuration information of waiter level (waiter joker) sending piece scanning, early warning item configuration information of waiter level (waiter joker) sign-off scanning, early warning item configuration information of waiter level (waiter joker) sending piece scanning and early warning item configuration information of waiter level (waiter joker) sign-off scanning.
The alert recipient is determined by the alert hierarchy. In some optional embodiments, specifically, the determining, by the alert hierarchy, the manner of the alert recipient may include: when the early warning level is a website level, determining a website responsible person of the website as the early warning receiver; and when the early warning hierarchy is an operator hierarchy, determining the network node responsible person and an operator corresponding to the waybill data as the early warning receiver. Therefore, the early warning receiver is determined according to the early warning level, and the early warning event is issued to the corresponding early warning event responsible person, so that the responsible person can conveniently carry out emergency treatment.
Step S102: and generating an early warning event according to the timed task information at a fixed time, acquiring waybill data corresponding to the early warning item of the early warning hierarchy, and determining the early warning level of the early warning event according to the waybill data and the early warning rule.
Wherein the timing task is for example run once per hour or once every 30 minutes. The running time of the timed task may also be specified, for example, the timed task is specified to run once every hour, or once every 5 minutes. It is also possible to specify that the timing tasks are run every 30 minutes during periods of heavy traffic and every hour during periods of relatively light traffic.
In a practical application, waybill data corresponding to the early warning item of the early warning hierarchy can be obtained from a waybill table of a website. For example, for a network point of the east way of engorgement in Qingpu district of Shanghai city, the waybill data corresponding to the arrival scan of the whole network point can be obtained from the waybill table of the network point as the waybill data corresponding to the arrival scan of the network point level, and the waybill data corresponding to the dispatch scan of the salesman King can also be obtained from the waybill table as the waybill data corresponding to the dispatch scan of the salesman level.
In some optional embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the step of determining the early warning level of the early warning event according to the waybill data and the early warning rule in step S102 may include steps S201 to S204.
Step S201: and acquiring the freight note quantity x in the preset time period of the current day and the average freight note quantity y in the preset time period of the preset historical period according to the freight note data. The starting time of the preset time period is not earlier than 00:00:00, the ending time of the preset time period is not later than the current time, the preset history cycle is in units of days, and the number of days included in the preset history cycle is not less than one day. In one implementation, the starting time of the predetermined time period is, for example, 00:00:00 or 00:00:01, and the ending time of the predetermined time period is, for example, the current time or the last hour before the current time. The predetermined history period may be, for example, seven days before the current day or ten days before the current day, the predetermined history period may be the same date of the last year, and when the current day is a holiday, the predetermined history period may be a holiday of the last year, for example, when the current day is the first day of the festival of national celebration, the predetermined history period may be the first day of the festival of national celebration of the last year, or the seven days of the festival of national celebration of the last year. It should be noted that y is the average daily shipping amount over the predetermined period of the predetermined history cycle and is not the total shipping amount over the predetermined period of the predetermined history cycle.
Step S202: from the shipping bill quantity x and the daily shipping bill quantity y, p ═ x (x-y)/y × 100% is calculated. In specific implementations, x is generally greater than or equal to 0 and y is greater than 0, so that P is in the range of-100% to P < x/y.
Step S203: if P is greater than or equal to P0Then the early warning level is determined to be normal. Wherein, P0Is a predetermined value, for example, 0. When P is larger than or equal to 0, x is larger than or equal to y, namely the waybill amount x in the preset time period of the current day is not less than the daily average waybill amount y in the same preset time period of the preset historical period.
Step S204: if P < P0Then the early warning level is determined to be abnormal.
In some optional embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the step S203 may further include steps S301 to S304.
Step S301: if P1≤P<P0Then the early warning level is determined to be mild.
Step S302: if P2≤P<P1Then the warning level is determined to be medium.
Step S303: if P3≤P<P2Then the early warning level is determined to be severe.
Step S304: if P is more than or equal to-100 percent and less than P3Then the early warning level is determined to be very severe.
Therefore, the early warning level is further subdivided into four early warning levels when the early warning level is abnormal, and the severity of the scanning data which is not returned in time is intuitively reflected. According to the specific requirements in practical application, when the early warning level is abnormal, the early warning level can be further subdivided into three, five or more early warning levels, and the early warning level can be marked as slight, medium, serious and extremely serious as described above, and can also be marked as first-level, second-level, third-level, fourth-level and fifth-level.
In one practical application, P may be0~P3The method comprises the following steps: p0=0,P1=-10%,P2=-30%,P3-80%. The inventor has found that P is a novel compound0~P3Respectively set to 0, -10%, -30%, -80%, can be moreAdding to the requirements of practical application.
In one practical application, the process of obtaining x and y can be as follows:
1. acquiring the freight volume in the time period of 00:00: 00-current time hh: mm: ss on the day, and recording as: x;
2. the dates n days before the current day are recorded as d in sequence1、d2、d3、……、dnD is mixing1、d2、d3、……、dnThe freight rate in the medium daily 00:00:00-hh: mm: ss is recorded as follows: m1、M2、M3、……、Mn(i.e. d1The waybill volume in the medium 00:00:00-hh: mm: ss is recorded as M1D is mixing2The waybill volume in the medium 00:00:00-hh: mm: ss is recorded as M2And so on) from which d can be calculated1、d2、d3、……、dnThe average daily freight unit quantity in the same preset time period as the current day is as follows:
Figure BDA0002761566690000081
3. early warning level calculation of early warning events
Figure BDA0002761566690000082
If P is more than or equal to 0, determining that the early warning grade is normal; if P is more than or equal to-10% and less than 0, determining that the early warning grade is slight; if P is more than or equal to-30% and less than-10%, determining that the early warning grade is medium; if P is more than or equal to-80% and less than-30%, determining that the early warning grade is serious; if P is more than or equal to-100% and less than-80%, determining that the early warning grade is serious.
Therefore, the corresponding data in the historical period is used as a reference object, whether the freight note quantity on the current day is reduced in amplitude in a larger proportion relative to the daily average freight note quantity in the historical period is judged, and whether the scanning data of the early warning item is not returned in time during returning is judged.
Step S103: and detecting whether the early warning event meets an issuing condition or not according to the early warning grade, and if so, sending the early warning event to the early warning receiver.
In some optional embodiments, the step of detecting whether the warning event meets the issue condition according to the warning level in step S103 may include: when the early warning level is normal, determining that the early warning event does not meet the issuing condition; and when the early warning level is abnormal, determining that the early warning event meets the issuing condition. Therefore, the severity of the scanning data which is not returned in time is reflected through the early warning grade, and whether the issuing condition is met or not is determined according to the severity, so that the early warning process is more scientific and reasonable.
In some optional embodiments, if the delivery condition is satisfied in step S103, the step of sending the warning event to the warning recipient may include: if the issuing condition is met, detecting whether the early warning receiver meets a receiver configuration condition, wherein the receiver configuration condition comprises at least one of the following conditions: the network node codes are correct and the employee codes are correct; and if the configuration condition of the receiver is met, sending the early warning event to the early warning receiver. Therefore, the configuration of the early warning receiver is detected, and the early warning event is prevented from being issued to a wrong website or a wrong responsible person. The website code is 010123, for example, and the employee code is 01012345, for example.
In some optional embodiments, the configuration information of the early warning item may further include an early warning manner, where the early warning manner includes at least one of: push in application, short message push and telephone notification; if the issuing condition is satisfied in step S103, the step of sending the warning event to the warning receiver may include: and if the issuing condition is met, sending the early warning event to the early warning receiver according to the early warning mode. Therefore, the modes of push in the application, short message push, telephone notification and the like can be flexibly selected according to the requirements in practical application, and the early warning event is issued to the responsible person. The application is, for example, nailing, wechat, enterprise wechat, or other applications.
In some optional embodiments, if the issuing condition is satisfied in step S103, the step of sending the warning event to the warning receiver according to the warning manner may include: if the issuing condition is met, detecting whether the early warning mode meets an early warning mode configuration condition, wherein the early warning mode configuration condition comprises at least one of the following conditions: downloaded applications, public numbers in the applications are concerned, applets in the applications are allowed to send notifications, telephone numbers are configured, and the telephone numbers are available; and if the early warning mode configuration condition is met, sending the early warning event to the early warning receiver according to the early warning mode. Therefore, the configuration of the early warning mode is detected, and the condition that the pre-warning of a responsible person is not timely realized due to the wrong configuration of the early warning mode is reduced.
According to the embodiment of the application, by setting a timing task, waybill data of early warning items such as arrival scanning, dispatch scanning, departure scanning and sign-off scanning of a website level and/or an attendant level of a certain website are monitored, whether the scanning data of the early warning items are not timely returned during returning is judged according to early warning rules, early warning can be timely performed, and relevant responsible persons can conveniently perform emergency treatment.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application further provides an express delivery scanning data return abnormality warning method, including steps S401 to S411.
Step S401: the method comprises the steps of obtaining early warning item configuration information of a network point, wherein the early warning item configuration information comprises an early warning level, an early warning item, an early warning rule, timing task information, an early warning receiver and an early warning mode. The early warning hierarchy is a website hierarchy or a salesperson hierarchy, the early warning item is an arrival scanning item, a delivery scanning item, a departure scanning item or a sign-on scanning item, and the early warning receiver is determined by the early warning hierarchy. Specifically, when the early warning hierarchy is a website hierarchy, a website principal of the website is determined as the early warning receiver, and when the early warning hierarchy is a salesman hierarchy, the website principal and a salesman corresponding to the waybill data are determined as the early warning receiver. The early warning mode comprises at least one of the following modes: push in application, short message push and phone notification.
