Referring to fig. 1 to 16, embodiments of an ultrasonic probe wheel calibration apparatus, system and method according to the present invention are shown, and the present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 4, fig. 7 and fig. 8, an embodiment of an ultrasonic probe wheel calibration apparatus 100 of the present invention specifically includes:
a base 1;
a back plate 2 vertically arranged on the base 1;
a lifting mechanism 3 arranged on the back plate 2;
a probe wheel mounting rack 4 arranged on the lifting mechanism 3 and used for fixing the probe wheel 20, wherein the probe wheel mounting rack 4 can move on the lifting mechanism 3 along a vertical direction (such as the direction H shown in the attached drawings 1-3, 7 and 8); as a typical embodiment of the present invention, the probe wheel 20 may be further mounted in a dovetail groove of the probe wheel mounting rack 4;
a transverse sliding block 6 and a transverse guide rail 8 which are arranged on the base 1, wherein the transverse sliding block 6 can slide on the transverse guide rail 8 along the transverse direction (the direction shown as W in the attached drawings 1, 4, 7 and 8);
the longitudinal sliding block 5 and the longitudinal guide rail 7 are arranged on the transverse sliding block 6, the longitudinal guide rail 7 and the transverse guide rail 8 are perpendicular to each other, and the longitudinal sliding block 5 can slide on the longitudinal guide rail 7 along the longitudinal direction (such as the direction L shown in the attached figures 2 to 4, 7 and 8).
The bottom of the longitudinal sliding block 5 is further provided with a longitudinal guide sleeve 9, the longitudinal guide sleeve 9 is movably sleeved on the longitudinal guide rail 7, and the longitudinal guide rail 7 is arranged on the transverse sliding block 6. The bottom of the transverse sliding block 6 is further provided with a transverse guide sleeve 10, the transverse guide sleeve 10 is movably sleeved on the transverse guide rail 8, and the transverse guide rail 8 is arranged on the base 1.
Vertical guide pillar 16 is further provided with along the vertical on elevating system 3, and spy wheel mounting bracket 4 sets up on vertical guide pillar 16, and spy wheel mounting bracket 4 can slide from top to bottom along vertical guide pillar 16.
Elevating system 3 sets up in the top of backplate 2, still is further provided with altitude mixture control handle 11 on elevating system 3, can adjust the height of spy wheel mounting bracket 4 on vertical guide pillar 16 through altitude mixture control handle 11. The height adjusting handle 11 further adopts a height adjusting screw structure, the height adjusting handle 11 is arranged in the probe wheel mounting rack 4 in a penetrating way, and the probe wheel mounting rack 4 is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread of the height adjusting handle 11.
Example 2
Another embodiment of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration apparatus 100 of the present invention specifically includes:
a base 1;
a back plate 2 vertically arranged on the base 1;
a lifting mechanism 3 arranged on the back plate 2;
the detection wheel mounting rack 4 is arranged on the lifting mechanism 3 and used for fixing the detection wheel 20, and the detection wheel mounting rack 4 can move on the lifting mechanism 3 along the vertical direction; as a typical embodiment of the present invention, the probe wheel 20 may be further mounted in a dovetail groove of the probe wheel mounting rack 4;
the longitudinal sliding block 5 and the longitudinal guide rail 7 are arranged on the base 1, and the longitudinal sliding block 5 can slide along the longitudinal guide rail 7;
the transverse sliding block 6 and the transverse guide rail 8 are arranged on the longitudinal sliding block 5, the transverse guide rail 8 is perpendicular to the longitudinal guide rail 7, and the transverse sliding block 6 can slide along the transverse guide rail 8.
The bottom of the longitudinal sliding block 5 is further provided with a longitudinal guide sleeve 9, the longitudinal guide sleeve 9 is movably sleeved on the longitudinal guide rail 7, and the longitudinal guide rail 7 is arranged on the base 1. The bottom of the transverse sliding block 6 is further provided with a transverse guide sleeve 10, the transverse guide sleeve 10 is movably sleeved on the transverse guide rail 8, and the transverse guide rail 8 is arranged on the longitudinal sliding block 5.
Vertical guide pillar 16 is further provided with along the vertical on elevating system 3, and spy wheel mounting bracket 4 sets up on vertical guide pillar 16, and spy wheel mounting bracket 4 can slide from top to bottom along vertical guide pillar 16.
Elevating system 3 sets up in the top of backplate 2, still is further provided with altitude mixture control handle 11 on elevating system 3, can adjust the height of spy wheel mounting bracket 4 on vertical guide pillar 16 through altitude mixture control handle 11. The height adjusting handle 11 further adopts a height adjusting screw structure, the height adjusting handle 11 is arranged in the probe wheel mounting rack 4 in a penetrating way, and the probe wheel mounting rack 4 is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread of the height adjusting handle 11.
Embodiments 1 and 2 described above specifically provide an ultrasonic probe wheel calibration apparatus 100 that can calibrate both a complete probe wheel 20 and a probe wheel 20 without a wheel film 22. Under the calibration mode of the wheel-free film 22, the probe 25 can be quickly replaced without disassembling and assembling the wheel film 22 after the probe wheel 20 is calibrated, and the multiple probes 25 can be efficiently and accurately calibrated.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 9 and fig. 10, an embodiment of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration system of the present invention specifically includes:
the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100 as described in embodiment 1;
a liquid storage tank 12 arranged on the longitudinal slide block 5 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100, wherein probe wheel liquid 13 is filled in the liquid storage tank 12;
the calibration test block 15 is arranged in the liquid storage tank 12, and manual damage is arranged in the calibration test block 15 and used for testing the performance of the probe wheel 20; the liquid storage tank 12 and the calibration test block 15 can be detached;
the sheet wheel film 14 is arranged at the top of the calibration test block 15, the sheet wheel film 14 is used for simulating amplitude attenuation generated when ultrasonic waves pass through the wheel film 22 of the probe wheel 20, and the upper surface of the probe wheel liquid 13 does not pass through the sheet wheel film 14;
the probe wheel 20 is arranged on the probe wheel mounting rack 4 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100, and the probe wheel 20 is a wheel-free film probe wheel.
A schematic view of the tank 12 with both side walls removed is shown in figure 14.
If a plurality of probes 25 need to be tested at one time, the probe wheel 20 is taken down from the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100, the next test can be carried out after the probes 25 are replaced, and the time for disassembling and assembling the wheel film can be greatly saved. In the specific embodiment of the invention, the probe 25 of the wheel-free film probe wheel 20 is soaked in the probe wheel liquid 13 of the liquid storage tank 12, and the ultrasonic wave generated in the probe 25 can enter the calibration test block 15 by taking the probe wheel liquid 13 as a medium. The sheet-like wheel film 14 arranged on top of the calibration block 15 can simulate the amplitude attenuation generated when ultrasonic waves pass through the wheel film 22.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, another embodiment of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration system according to the present invention specifically includes:
the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100 as described in embodiment 1;
the calibration test block 15 is arranged on the longitudinal slide block 5 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100, and manual damage is arranged in the calibration test block 15 and used for testing the performance of the probe wheel 20;
the probe wheel 20 is arranged on the probe wheel mounting frame 4 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100, and the probe wheel 20 is a wheel film probe wheel and is pressed down on the calibration test block 15.
The calibrated complete probe wheel 20 is shown in fig. 5 and 6. Wherein, the wheel film 22 of the probe wheel 20 is used for storing the probe wheel liquid 13, and both the wheel film 22 and the probe wheel liquid 13 are propagation media of ultrasonic waves. The center of the probe wheel 20 is provided with an axle 23, and the probe wheel 20 is mounted on the probe wheel mounting frame 4 through a probe wheel frame 21. The probe wheel 20 is provided with a mounting bracket 24 inside, and a probe 25 is arranged on the mounting bracket 24. If the wheel film 22 is removed, the ultrasonic waves generated in the probe 25 cannot enter the object to be measured, and the measurement cannot be performed.
Example 5
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a system for calibrating an ultrasonic probe wheel, including:
the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100 as described in embodiment 2;
a liquid storage tank 12 arranged on the transverse sliding block 6 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100, wherein probe wheel liquid 13 is filled in the liquid storage tank 12;
the calibration test block 15 is arranged in the liquid storage tank 12, and manual damage is arranged in the calibration test block 15 and used for testing the performance of the probe wheel 20; the liquid storage tank 12 and the calibration test block 15 can be detached;
the sheet wheel film 14 is arranged at the top of the calibration test block 15, the sheet wheel film 14 is used for simulating amplitude attenuation generated when ultrasonic waves pass through the wheel film 22 of the probe wheel 20, and the upper surface of the probe wheel liquid 13 does not pass through the sheet wheel film 14;
the probe wheel 20 is arranged on the probe wheel mounting rack 4 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100, and the probe wheel 20 is a wheel-free film probe wheel.
Example 6
Another embodiment of the present invention relates to a system for calibrating an ultrasonic probe wheel, which specifically includes:
the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100 as described in embodiment 2;
the calibration test block 15 is arranged on the transverse sliding block 6 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100, and manual damage is arranged in the calibration test block 15 and used for testing the performance of the probe wheel 20;
the probe wheel 20 is arranged on the probe wheel mounting frame 4 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100, and the probe wheel 20 is a wheel film probe wheel and is pressed down on the calibration test block 15.
Example 7
As shown in fig. 13 and fig. 14, an embodiment of the method for calibrating an ultrasonic probe wheel according to the present invention based on the system described in embodiment 3 specifically includes the following steps:
s11), when the calibrated probe wheel 20 is a wheel-free film probe wheel, installing a liquid storage box 12 on the longitudinal slide block 5 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100;
s12) installing a calibration test block 15 in the liquid storage tank 12 and filling the probe wheel liquid 13, wherein the calibration test block 15 is provided with artificial damage for testing the performance of the probe wheel 20;
s13) placing a sheet wheel film 14 on the top of the calibration test block 15, wherein the upper surface of the probe wheel liquid 13 does not pass through the sheet wheel film 14, and the sheet wheel film 14 is used for simulating amplitude attenuation generated when ultrasonic waves pass through a wheel film 22 of a probe wheel 20;
s14), when the probe wheel 20 is calibrated, the probe wheel 20 is installed on the dovetail groove of the probe wheel installation frame 4, and the lifting mechanism 3 is adjusted to enable the probe wheel 20 to be at a proper height position, so that the probe wheel liquid 13 can submerge the probe 25 of the probe wheel 20; meanwhile, the longitudinal slide block 5 and the transverse slide block 6 are adjusted to enable the calibration test block 15 to move to a position aligned with the probe 25, so that ultrasonic waves generated by the probe 25 can enter the calibration test block 15 by taking the probe wheel liquid 13 as a medium;
s15) and then connecting the test equipment to perform calibration of the probe wheel 20.
Example 8
As shown in fig. 15 and fig. 16, an embodiment of the method for calibrating an ultrasonic probe wheel according to the present invention based on the system described in embodiment 4 specifically includes the following steps:
s21) when the calibrated probe wheel 20 is a wheel film probe wheel, installing a calibration test block 15 on the longitudinal slide block 5 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100, wherein manual damage is arranged in the calibration test block 15 and used for testing the performance of the probe wheel 20;
s22), when the probe wheel 20 is calibrated, the probe wheel 20 is installed on the dovetail groove of the probe wheel installation frame 4, and the longitudinal slide block 5 and the transverse slide block 6 are adjusted, so that the calibration test block 15 moves to the position aligned with the probe 25; meanwhile, the lifting mechanism 3 is adjusted to enable the probe wheel 20 to be at a proper height position, so that the probe wheel 20 is pressed down onto the calibration test block 15, and ultrasonic waves generated by the probe 25 can enter the calibration test block 15 by taking the probe wheel liquid 13 as a medium;
s23) and then connecting the test equipment to perform calibration of the probe wheel 20.
Example 9
An embodiment of the method for calibrating an ultrasonic probe wheel according to the present invention based on the system described in embodiment 5 specifically includes the following steps:
s31), when the calibrated probe wheel 20 is a wheel-free film probe wheel, installing a liquid storage box 12 on the transverse slide block 6 of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device 100;
s32) installing a calibration test block 15 in the liquid storage tank 12 and filling the probe wheel liquid 13, wherein the calibration test block 15 is provided with artificial damage for testing the performance of the probe wheel 20;
s33) placing a sheet wheel film 14 on the top of the calibration test block 15, wherein the upper surface of the probe wheel liquid 13 does not pass through the sheet wheel film 14, and the sheet wheel film 14 is used for simulating amplitude attenuation generated when ultrasonic waves pass through a wheel film 22 of a probe wheel 20;
s34), when the probe wheel 20 is calibrated, the probe wheel 20 is installed on the dovetail groove of the probe wheel installation frame 4, and the lifting mechanism 3 is adjusted to enable the probe wheel 20 to be at a proper height position, so that the probe wheel liquid 13 can submerge the probe 25 of the probe wheel 20; meanwhile, the longitudinal slide block 5 and the transverse slide block 6 are adjusted to enable the calibration test block 15 to move to a position aligned with the probe 25, so that ultrasonic waves generated by the probe 25 can enter the calibration test block 15 by taking the probe wheel liquid 13 as a medium;

s42), when the probe wheel 20 is calibrated, the probe wheel 20 is installed on the dovetail groove of the probe wheel installation frame 4, and the longitudinal slide block 5 and the transverse slide block 6 are adjusted, so that the calibration test block 15 moves to the position aligned with the probe 25; meanwhile, the lifting mechanism 3 is adjusted to enable the probe wheel 20 to be at a proper height position, so that the probe wheel 20 is pressed down onto the calibration test block 15, and ultrasonic waves generated by the probe 25 can enter the calibration test block 15 by taking the probe wheel liquid 13 as a medium;
s43) and then connecting the test equipment to perform calibration of the probe wheel 20.
In the above embodiments 1-10, the combination of the slider and the guide rail (the transverse slider 6 and the transverse guide rail 8, and the longitudinal slider 5 and the longitudinal guide rail 7) may further adopt alternative structures such as a guide sleeve and a guide post combination, a gear and rack combination, and the like to realize the function of a sliding pair. The combination of the probe wheel mounting frame 4 and the vertical guide post 16 can further adopt alternative structures such as guide rail and slider combination, gear and rack combination and the like to realize the function of a sliding pair. The longitudinal, transverse and vertical driving mechanisms can be driven by hand, oil cylinders, air cylinders, electric cylinders or motors.
By implementing the technical scheme of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the following technical effects can be achieved:
(1) the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device, the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration system and the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration method described in the specific embodiment of the invention are compatible with two probe wheel calibration modes of a mounted wheel film and a non-mounted wheel film, and a complete probe wheel can be calibrated in the calibration mode of the mounted wheel film; the liquid immersion type is adopted in the calibration mode without installing the wheel film, the probes can be replaced without disassembling and assembling the wheel film, the multiple probes can be quickly calibrated, a large amount of time for replacing the probes is saved, and the calibration operation efficiency is greatly improved;
(2) according to the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device, system and method disclosed by the specific embodiment of the invention, a liquid immersion mode is adopted in a calibration mode without a wheel film, the sheet-shaped plane wheel film is arranged on the top of the calibration test block, the amplitude attenuation generated when ultrasonic waves pass through the wheel film is simulated, and the probe wheel can be accurately calibrated.

the lifting mechanism (3) is arranged on the back plate (2);
the detection wheel mounting rack (4) is arranged on the lifting mechanism (3) and used for fixing the detection wheel (20), and the detection wheel mounting rack (4) can move on the lifting mechanism (3) along the vertical direction;
the transverse sliding block (6) and the transverse guide rail (8) are arranged on the base (1), and the transverse sliding block (6) can slide along the transverse guide rail (8);
the longitudinal sliding block (5) and the longitudinal guide rail (7) are arranged on the transverse sliding block (6), the longitudinal guide rail (7) and the transverse guide rail (8) are perpendicular to each other, and the longitudinal sliding block (5) can slide along the longitudinal guide rail (7).

the calibration test block (15) is arranged in the liquid storage tank (12), and manual damage is arranged in the calibration test block (15) and used for testing the performance of the probe wheel (20);
the sheet wheel film (14) is arranged on the top of the calibration test block (15), the sheet wheel film (14) is used for simulating amplitude attenuation generated when ultrasonic waves pass through the wheel film (22) of the probe wheel (20), and the upper surface of the probe wheel liquid (13) does not pass through the sheet wheel film (14);
the probe wheel (20) is arranged on a probe wheel mounting frame (4) of the ultrasonic probe wheel calibration device (100), and the probe wheel (20) is a wheel-free film probe wheel.

s13) placing a sheet wheel film (14) on the top of the calibration test block (15), wherein the upper surface of the probe wheel liquid (13) is not covered by the sheet wheel film (14), and the sheet wheel film (14) is used for simulating amplitude attenuation generated when ultrasonic waves pass through a wheel film (22) of a probe wheel (20);
