Description

Device and method for detecting anti-tilting stability of line concrete pole
Technical field:
the invention relates to a device and a method for detecting the anti-tilting stability of a line concrete pole.
The background technology is as follows:
in recent years, the power grid industry has several accidents of collapse of the line concrete pole, causing casualties and property loss, and besides economic loss, the accidents have great negative effects on the operation hearts of workers and the image of enterprises.
Apart from the line pole-reversing accidents caused by severe weather disasters and geological disasters, a considerable part of pole-reversing accidents are caused by human factors: unreasonable cultivation process flow, unreasonable foundation pit condition, unsatisfactory design requirement, missing accessory installation, unsatisfactory basic geological condition, incomplete investigation and the like. All these errors make the tower that stands up have insufficient moment of resistance to tipping, poor stability, and once the load is allowed to work, the tower tips over, causing accidents.
And (3) carrying out anti-tilting stability detection on the concrete pole of the new line, accurately measuring the stable working moment within the allowable range, and checking and measuring the action time and the offset residual value of the moment exceeding a certain allowable limit.
1. The stability requirement of the concrete pole of the new line is that the concrete pole of the new line is equivalent to a cantilever beam in the vertical direction, the ground entering end is a fixed end, and the pole tip is a free end. The concrete pole that completes planting because of meteorological factor and follow-up technology requirement, except bearing the axial gravity effect of self weight loading, operation and operation process still receive following exogenic action: the gravity and eccentric moment of the pole climbing workers, the gravity and eccentric moment of circuit equipment such as iron accessories, hardware fittings and the like, the wind load moment of the pole climbing workers and the external hanging matters, and the load caused by other physical impacts. Therefore, the line concrete pole is required to bear the axial pressure effect, the rod piece has a certain bending moment resistance effect, and the ground entering end has better specific pressure performance and bending moment resistance capability.
1.1, the mechanical property of the concrete pole, and the qualified pole piece produced by the concrete pole manufacturer ensures the bending resistance and the axial compression load resistance of the pole piece, and the pole piece can be delivered for use.
The transportation and loading and unloading scheme of the concrete pole is designed based on the characteristic that the concrete pole is an elongated rod piece, so that the transportation and the carrying of the concrete pole can be guaranteed.
The concrete pole hoisting operation generally adopts a two-point or three-point system hoisting mode to decompose the weight of the rod piece, so as to ensure that the bending moment value of the maximum bending moment point is within an allowable range.
1.2, the mechanical requirement of the concrete pole is that the concrete pole after being planted is a rod piece in the vertical direction, and the concrete pole is acted by gravity and bending moment.
The gravity born by the concrete rod is transferred to a ground foundation pit by the rod body, and the concrete rod can be directly planted when the bearing specific pressure of the foundation pit is good; when the bearing specific pressure of the foundation pit is insufficient, the contact area between the foundation pit and the stratum is increased by arranging the chassis and the chuck, and the bearing requirement of the bearing specific pressure of the foundation pit is met.
The bending moment borne by the planted concrete pole is also transferred to the foundation pit through the pole body, and is balanced through the soil blocking layer formed by backfilling and tamping of the foundation pit. Say, the staff on the rod is two people, the weight is 75kg, the gravity center and the rod shaft are 500mm, and the moment of loading the rod piece by the two people is: 75 kg.m. The front and back earth retaining of the foundation pit backfill also simultaneously generates a bending moment of 75 kg.m to balance the foundation pit backfill. If the maximum bearing bending moment of the soil guard is less than 75 kg.m, the soil guard balance is destroyed, the planted rod member is deflected and deformed under the action of the moment generated by the personnel until the rod member falls down, and the accident also occurs.
1.3, setting up the stable moment parameter of the concrete pole, in the actual working process, the bending moment born by the concrete pole is a variable, and the bending moment sources are as follows: the working condition, weather and geological disaster condition, design and construction process quality. The mechanism, vector direction, superposition and impact factors, synchronism and the like generated by the method cannot be calculated in detail by establishing a mathematical model.
The specific parameter requirements of the anti-tilting stabilization moment of the concrete pole cannot be found through a large amount of searching and reference data, and the balancing modes are different due to the fact that different pole types with different purposes such as straight lines, corners and terminals exist, and the concrete pole anti-tilting stabilization moment is selected through a fuzzy estimation mode.
Setting: the accessory of the new concrete carrying pole is installed as a double pole climbing cooperation operation, the maximum bending moment of the accessory is coaxial at the same side of an operator, and meanwhile, the accessory also has the bending moment effect and also is installed with a cross arm, a top frame and other objects.
Weight 75 kg/person, accessory 30kg;
the distance between the person and the accessory and the axis of the rod is 0.8m;
generating a bending moment M:
M=F*L=180*0.8=144kg·m
margin correction coefficient k=1.2
Safe and stable bending moment value M Stability and stability
M Stability and stability =k*M=172.8kg·m≈175kg·m
So choose M Stability and stability =175 kg·m as a reference parameter for the design of the present project.
