Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of humidification, and particularly relates to a humidification mixer.
Background
Humidity is a physical quantity representing the degree of dryness of the atmosphere, and is one of the six most basic meteorological elements reflecting the natural climate. The humidity environment has great influence on people and objects in the environment, and has great significance on the comfort and health of human bodies, the quality of products and the service life of the products. Therefore, the climate environment assessment for the product generally performs a single or comprehensive assessment including humidity, and an environment with certain humidity needs to be constructed. For example, in the performance examination of an engine, the temperature, humidity and salt fog environment of the engine during working needs to be simulated really, a high humidity environment needs to be provided, the air with the flow rate of 3.6kg/s needs to be humidified to the lowest humidity of 73 percent and the highest humidity of 90 percent (namely, the humidification quantity is at least 570kg/h), and the air channel area needs to be less than 0.4mm and limited by a field2The humidifying and absorbing distance is less than 3.5 m and the occupied area of the humidifier is as small as possible. In order to meet the requirements, the humidifying equipment of the humidifier needs to meet the requirements of large humidifying quantity, short humidifying and mixing distance and small occupied area of the humidifier. The existing industrial humidifier has the advantages that the volume meets the requirement and the humidification quantity is small, or the humidification quantity meets the requirement and is large in volume, and the humidification distance is long. Therefore, a humidifying mixer needs to be designed, has strong humidifying capacity, short humidifying distance, small equipment floor area and good humidifying and mixing effect, and can avoid water mist condensation generated by incomplete absorption of water vapor by air from impacting downstream equipment to cause flow detection,Subsequent environmental simulation and the like cannot be performed.
