Abstract
缓冲阀涉及管道控制利用工程领域,具体涉及一种能够缓释回流的管道阀。缓冲阀,由阀体和阀芯组成,其特征是:阀体呈直筒状,一端预留进水口,另一端预留出水口,中间预留拍门口,拍门口一侧预留阀芯装配轴;阀芯呈圆形,中间预留缓释孔,一侧预留装配孔,阀芯利用装配孔装配在阀体的装配轴上。该发明能够有效缓解管路回流强大的冲击力,预防回流冲击造成大的损害。

技术领域
该发明涉及管道控制利用工程领域,具体涉及一种能够缓释回流的管道阀。
背景技术
现今,汲取地下水的方式,一般是钻造机井,然后利用潜水泵把水送上来,用于灌溉或日常用水。譬如水源热泵机组,汲取地下水就是利用这种方式,现行使用的机井一般是水泥管制成,潜水泵取水时,有时要停机,此时管道中的水会急速回流,强大的冲击力冲击潜水泵的叶轮,会使潜水泵泵体剧烈摇摆并不规则碰撞井壁,长此以往水泥井壁会被撞坏造成机井坍塌,特别是地下水源热泵在控制器的支配下,会频繁启动,最易毁坏机井,再者,农村机井灌溉,也会出现类似情况。因此,设计减少冲击力的回流缓冲阀很有必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于:针对以上所需,特设计这种缓冲阀,在止回阀的基础上附加回流缓释孔,用于减缓冲击,缓慢回流。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:缓冲阀,由阀体和阀芯组成,其特征是:阀体呈直筒状,一端预留进水口,另一端预留出水口,中间预留拍门口,拍门口一侧预留阀芯装配轴;阀芯呈圆形,中间预留缓释孔,一侧预留装配孔,阀芯利用装配孔装配在阀体的装配轴上。
如上所述,阀芯能够在装配轴上自由转动,阀芯常态下能够压覆拍门口。
如上所述,缓释孔一侧能够匹配调节拨片,通过调节拨片调节缓释孔的大小。
如上所述,调节拨片完全压覆缓释孔,缓冲阀能够作为止回阀使用。
该发明的有益效果是:该发明能够有效缓解管路回流强大的冲击力,预防回流冲击造成大的损害。

现结合附图,对本发明的较佳实施例做详细说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的缓冲阀,阀体1呈直筒状,一端预留进水口13,另一端预留出水口14,中间预留拍门口11,拍门口11一侧预留阀芯装配轴12;阀芯2呈圆形,中间预留缓释孔21,一侧预留装配孔22,阀芯2利用装配孔22装配在阀体1的装配轴12上,阀芯2能够在装配轴12上自由转动,阀芯2常态下能够压覆拍门口11。
把缓冲阀装配在潜水泵出水口,潜水泵启动,泵压水流由进水口13进入阀体1,阀芯2在水流作用下自动打开,水流自由穿过;潜水泵停机,水流自动回流,受回流作用力影响,阀芯2回位与拍门口11闭合,回流水只能在缓释孔21缓慢泻出,减小了回流水的强大冲击力,规避了潜水泵剧烈无规则抖动。
如图2所示,本实施例的缓冲阀,缓释孔21一侧能够匹配调节拨片23,通过调节拨片23调节缓释孔21的大小。调节拨片23完全压覆缓释孔21,缓冲阀能够作为止回阀使用。
在阀芯2上敷设调节拨片23,目的是调节缓冲阀的缓释速度;调节拨片23如果完全避开缓释孔21,缓冲阀缓释回流最快,反之,调节拨片23完全遮掩缓释孔21,缓冲阀就变成了止回阀,回流水不能有一丝回流。
应当理解的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制,对本领域技术人员来说,可以对上述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而所有这些修改和替换,都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲阀,其特征是:阀芯能够在装配轴上自由转动,阀芯常态下能够压覆拍门口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲阀,其特征是:缓释孔一侧能够匹配调节拨片,通过调节拨片调节缓释孔的大小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲阀,其特征是:调节拨片完全压覆缓释孔,缓冲阀能够作为止回阀使用。
