本发明公开了一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门,包括外壳、螺杆、外磁转子、密封罩、内磁转子、阀杆、阀盖、阀瓣和阀体,螺杆与外壳通过螺纹连接,螺杆处于外壳内部的一端与外磁转子同心固定连接;外磁转子与内磁转子同心套设并通过密封罩隔开;内磁转子与阀杆的一端同心固定连接;阀杆的另一端穿过阀盖伸进阀体内并与阀瓣连接;需要打开阀门时,转动螺杆,螺杆通过外壳上的螺纹上升,并带动外磁转子上升,外磁转子通过磁力作用带动内磁转子上升,内磁转子通过阀杆带动阀瓣上升,从而完成阀门的开启;需要关闭时,则反向转动螺杆;本发明利用磁力实现不接触传动,解决动密封存在的泄露问题,适宜推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及移动式阀门技术领域,特别是一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门。
背景技术
移动式阀门通过驱动机构驱动阀杆动作,带动阀芯上下移动达到关闭或开启阀门的目的。普通的移动式阀门结构中,阀杆位置采用填料密封,但是由于阀杆存在相对运动,这种动密封方式在长时间使用后,由于磨损、腐蚀等原因,导致阀杆与填料之间的间隙越来越大,导致密封失效,阀体内具有一定压力的流体很容易沿着阀杆伸出部位的间隙泄露出来。这种泄露不仅会影响现场环境,特别是在有腐蚀性或有毒等不允许有泄露的应用场合,其安全性难以保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门,其目的在于:使驱动机构与阀杆完全隔离,移动式阀门能够完全封闭。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案解决的:
一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门,包括外壳、螺杆、外磁转子、密封罩、内磁转子、阀杆、阀盖、阀瓣和阀体,其特征在于:所述螺杆与外壳通过螺纹连接,螺杆处于外壳内部的一端与外磁转子同心固定连接;所述外磁转子与内磁转子同心套设并通过密封罩隔开;所述内磁转子与阀杆的一端同心固定连接;所述阀杆的另一端穿过阀盖伸进阀体内并与阀瓣连接;需要打开阀门时,转动螺杆,螺杆通过外壳上的螺纹上升,并带动外磁转子上升,外磁转子通过磁力作用带动内磁转子上升,内磁转子通过阀杆带动阀瓣上升,从而完成阀门的开启;需要关闭时,则反向转动螺杆。
所述的外磁转子和内磁转子均为筒状结构,外磁转子和内磁转子上沿轴向均匀分布永磁体,永磁体磁场方向均为径向,外磁转子和内磁转子上相对的永磁体磁场方向相同。
所述的外磁转子和内磁转子上的永磁体形状包括但不限于环形、瓦形和方形。
所述的密封罩为不导磁材料。
所述的密封罩固定在阀盖上,密封罩与阀盖的接触面上设置有密封圈,通过密封圈实现静密封,密封罩将阀杆与螺杆隔离,阀杆处的泄露维持在密封罩内。
所述的阀盖与阀杆的接触面上设置有耐磨环。
所述的螺杆连接的驱动机构包括但不限于手轮、电动执行机构和气动执行机构。
本发明相比现有技术有如下优点:
本发明涉及的防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门通过磁力实现动力的传递,利用磁力传动无需接触的特性,通过密封罩将阀杆与驱动结构完全隔离,使得流体完全封闭在密封罩和阀体内,由于密封罩的密封是静密封,不存在密封圈磨损失效的问题,彻底解决了动密封存在的泄露问题,极大幅度地提高了密封的可靠性,适宜推广使用。

下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-2所示,一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门,包括外壳(1)、螺杆(2)、外磁转子(3)、密封罩(4)、内磁转子(5)、阀杆(6)、阀盖(7)、阀瓣(8)和阀体(9)。螺杆(2)与外壳(1)通过螺纹连接,螺杆(2)处于外壳(1)内部的一端与外磁转子(3)同心固定连接;外磁转子(3)与内磁转子(5)同心套设并通过密封罩(4)隔开;内磁转子(5)与阀杆(6)的一端同心固定连接;阀杆(6)的另一端穿过阀盖(7)伸进阀体(9)内并与阀瓣(8)连接。外磁转子(3)和内磁转子(5)均为筒状结构,外磁转子(3)和内磁转子(5)上沿轴向均匀分布永磁体(10),永磁体(10)磁场方向均为径向,外磁转子(3)和内磁转子(5)上相对的永磁体(10)磁场方向相同。外磁转子(3)和内磁转子(5)上的永磁体(10)形状可以采用径向充磁的环形永磁体,或是由多块径向充磁的瓦形永磁体或方形永磁体拼接构成环形。密封罩(4)采用的是不导磁材料。密封罩(4)固定在阀盖(7)上,密封罩(4)与阀盖(7)的接触面上设置有密封圈(11),通过密封圈(11)实现静密封,密封罩(4)将阀杆(6)与螺杆(2)隔离,阀杆(6)处的泄露维持在密封罩(4)内。阀盖(7)与阀杆(6)的接触面上设置有耐磨环(12)。
需要打开阀门时,驱动机构(13)转动螺杆(2),螺杆(2)通过外壳(1)上的螺纹上升,并带动外磁转子(3)上升,外磁转子(3)通过磁力作用带动内磁转子(5)上升,内磁转子(5)通过阀杆(6)带动阀瓣(8)上升,从而完成阀门的开启;需要关闭时,则反向转动螺杆(2)。

1.一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门,包括外壳(1)、螺杆(2)、外磁转子(3)、密封罩(4)、内磁转子(5)、阀杆(6)、阀盖(7)、阀瓣(8)和阀体(9),其特征在于:所述螺杆(2)与外壳(1)通过螺纹连接,螺杆(2)处于外壳(1)内部的一端与外磁转子(3)同心固定连接;所述外磁转子(3)与内磁转子(5)同心套设并通过密封罩(4)隔开;所述内磁转子(5)与阀杆(6)的一端同心固定连接;所述阀杆(6)的另一端穿过阀盖(7)伸进阀体(9)内并与阀瓣(8)连接;需要打开阀门时,转动螺杆(2),螺杆(2)通过外壳(1)上的螺纹上升,并带动外磁转子(3)上升,外磁转子(3)通过磁力作用带动内磁转子(5)上升,内磁转子(5)通过阀杆(6)带动阀瓣(8)上升,从而完成阀门的开启;需要关闭时,则反向转动螺杆(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门,其特征在于:所述的外磁转子(3)和内磁转子(5)均为筒状结构,外磁转子(3)和内磁转子(5)上沿轴向均匀分布永磁体(10),永磁体(10)磁场方向均为径向,外磁转子(3)和内磁转子(5)上相对的永磁体(10)磁场方向相同。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门,其特征在于:所述的外磁转子(3)和内磁转子(5)上的永磁体(10)形状包括但不限于环形、瓦形和方形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门,其特征在于:所述的密封罩(4)为不导磁材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门,其特征在于:所述的密封罩(4)固定在阀盖(7)上,密封罩(4)与阀盖(7)的接触面上设置有密封圈(11),通过密封圈(11)实现静密封,密封罩(4)将阀杆(6)与螺杆(2)隔离,阀杆(6)处的泄露维持在密封罩(4)内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防泄漏的磁力传动移动式阀门,其特征在于:所述的阀盖(7)与阀杆(6)的接触面上设置有耐磨环(12)。
