本发明公开了一种静音电源,包括底座、柴油发电机组,所述底座上端固定连接有安装框,所述安装框的内侧设有安装板,所述柴油发电机组安装在安装板上,所述柴油发电机组上连接有燃料进管、排放出管、接线管,且燃料进管、排放出管、接线管均穿至安装板下方,所述底座上设有与安装板连接的减震机构,所述安装板上端固定安装有内壳体、外壳体,所述内壳体罩设在柴油发电机组的外侧,所述外壳体罩设在内壳体外侧,所述内壳体上部外壁上固定连接有与外壳体固定连接的隔板。本发明通过设置减震机构,实现有效的减震、消声效果,同时大大降低了进、排风的噪音泄露,能够有效吸音、降噪,达到超静音工作效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及静音电源技术领域,尤其涉及一种静音电源。
背景技术
静音电源主要用于应急备用电力系统,在电力系统失去厂外电网电力供电后,向指定设备提供电力,以保证其正常运行,主要由柴油发电机组作为发电单元。
但是,普通静音型柴油发电机组运行时,通常会产生较大噪声,现在的静音电源都是采用设置普通静音箱罩设在柴油发电机组外侧,进行降噪、吸音,但是由于仅仅设置简单的进、排气扇,直接连通外部进行通风散热,导致进、排风口噪音泄露严重,且柴油发电机组工作时震动的直接传递出,也导致噪音震动较大,因此,现设计一种静音电源以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种静音电源。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种静音电源,包括底座、柴油发电机组,所述底座上端固定连接有安装框,所述安装框的内侧设有安装板,所述柴油发电机组安装在安装板上,所述柴油发电机组上连接有燃料进管、排放出管、接线管,且燃料进管、排放出管、接线管均穿至安装板下方,所述底座上设有与安装板连接的减震机构,所述安装板上端固定安装有内壳体、外壳体,所述内壳体罩设在柴油发电机组的外侧,所述外壳体罩设在内壳体外侧,所述内壳体上部外壁上固定连接有与外壳体固定连接的隔板,所述隔板将外壳体内侧分隔成上下设置的出风通道、进风通道,所述内壳体的两侧下部及顶部均开设有通风口,所述通风口内安装有通风扇,所述外壳体两侧上部均开设有与进风通道连通的进风口,所述外壳体顶部开设有与出风通道连通的出风口。
优选地,所述减震机构包括安装在底座上端的阻尼减震筒,所述阻尼减震筒的伸缩端安装在安装板下端,所述阻尼减震筒上套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别与底座、安装板相抵。
优选地,所述进风通道、出风通道内均间隔排列有吸音隔片。
优选地,所述吸音隔片为聚酯纤维吸音板。
优选地,所述安装框的内侧壁上固定连接有缓冲胶垫。
优选地,所述内壳体外壁与外壳体内壁均设有隔音层。
本发明的有益效果:
通过设置减震机构,柴油发电机组工作产生的震动传递至安装板,可对阻尼减震筒、弹簧进行压缩,进而对震动进行缓冲,避免震动直接传递,实现有效的减震、消声效果。
通过设置进风通道、出风通道、吸音隔片,使得进风、出风的路径有效延长,进而通过间隔设置的吸音隔片对噪音进行有效吸收、阻隔,避免噪音直接通过散热通风的气流传出,进而在保证通风散热不影响正常工作的同时,大大降低了进、排风的噪音泄露,实现有效吸音、降噪,达到超静音工作效果。
本发明通过设置减震机构,实现有效的减震、消声效果,同时大大降低了进、排风的噪音泄露,能够有效吸音、降噪,达到超静音工作效果。

参照图1-2,一种静音电源,包括底座1、柴油发电机组10,底座1上端固定连接有安装框2,安装框2的内侧设有安装板17,柴油发电机组10安装在安装板17上,柴油发电机组10上连接有燃料进管7、排放出管8、接线管9,且燃料进管7、排放出管8、接线管9均穿至安装板17下方,燃料进管7用于外接输入燃料,排放出管8用于废气排放,接线管9用于外接输电线路,底座1上设有与安装板17连接的减震机构,安装板17上端固定安装有内壳体6、外壳体5,内壳体6外壁与外壳体5内壁均设有隔音层15,有效吸音、降噪,内壳体6罩设在柴油发电机组10的外侧,外壳体5罩设在内壳体6外侧,内壳体6上部外壁上固定连接有与外壳体5固定连接的隔板19,隔板19将外壳体5内侧分隔成上下设置的出风通道、进风通道,内壳体6的两侧下部及顶部均开设有通风口11,通风口11内安装有通风扇12,外壳体5两侧上部均开设有与进风通道连通的进风口14,外壳体5顶部开设有与出风通道连通的出风口16。
本发明中,减震机构包括安装在底座1上端的阻尼减震筒3,阻尼减震筒3的伸缩端安装在安装板17下端,阻尼减震筒3上套设有弹簧4,弹簧4的两端分别与底座1、安装板17相抵。
具体的,进风通道、出风通道内均间隔排列有吸音隔片13,吸音隔片13为聚酯纤维吸音板,设置吸音隔片13,使得进风、出风的路径有效弯曲、延长,进而通过间隔设置的吸音隔片13对噪音进行有效吸收、阻隔,避免噪音直接通过散热通风的气流传出,进而在保证通风散热不影响正常工作的同时,大大降低了进、排风的噪音泄露。
进一步的,安装框2的内侧壁上固定连接有缓冲胶垫18,通过缓冲胶垫18与安装板17接触,降低安装板17震动直接传递,缓冲震动。
本发明使用时,柴油发电机组10工作产生的震动传递至安装板17,可对阻尼减震筒3、弹簧4进行压缩,进而对震动进行缓冲,避免震动直接传递,实现有效的减震、消声效果,同时启动通风扇12进行通风散热,外部空气通过进风口14进入进风通道,并流进内壳体6内侧对柴油发电机组10进行散热降温,热空气通过出风通道流出,并通过出风口16排出,通风空气通过在进风通道、出风通道内流动,使得进风、出风的路径有效弯曲、延长,进而通过间隔设置的吸音隔片13对噪音进行有效吸收、阻隔,避免噪音直接通过散热通风的气流传出,进而在保证通风散热不影响柴油发电机组10正常工作的同时,大大降低了进、排风的噪音泄露,实现有效吸音、降噪,达到超静音工作效果。

1.一种静音电源,包括底座(1)、柴油发电机组(10),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上端固定连接有安装框(2),所述安装框(2)的内侧设有安装板(17),所述柴油发电机组(10)安装在安装板(17)上,所述柴油发电机组(10)上连接有燃料进管(7)、排放出管(8)、接线管(9),且燃料进管(7)、排放出管(8)、接线管(9)均穿至安装板(17)下方,所述底座(1)上设有与安装板(17)连接的减震机构,所述安装板(17)上端固定安装有内壳体(6)、外壳体(5),所述内壳体(6)罩设在柴油发电机组(10)的外侧,所述外壳体(5)罩设在内壳体(6)外侧,所述内壳体(6)上部外壁上固定连接有与外壳体(5)固定连接的隔板(19),所述隔板(19)将外壳体(5)内侧分隔成上下设置的出风通道、进风通道,所述内壳体(6)的两侧下部及顶部均开设有通风口(11),所述通风口(11)内安装有通风扇(12),所述外壳体(5)两侧上部均开设有与进风通道连通的进风口(14),所述外壳体(5)顶部开设有与出风通道连通的出风口(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种静音电源,其特征在于,所述减震机构包括安装在底座(1)上端的阻尼减震筒(3),所述阻尼减震筒(3)的伸缩端安装在安装板(17)下端,所述阻尼减震筒(3)上套设有弹簧(4),所述弹簧(4)的两端分别与底座(1)、安装板(17)相抵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种静音电源,其特征在于,所述进风通道、出风通道内均间隔排列有吸音隔片(13)。
