Abstract
The invention relates to a self-locking type non-coupling casing hoop installation tool, which comprises a piston, an upper cylinder sleeve, a lower cylinder sleeve, a hydraulic cylinder and a base, wherein the piston is fixedly connected with the upper cylinder sleeve; the piston is of a tubular structure, and a raised piston block which is arranged annularly is integrally formed on the outer wall of the piston; the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve are both of tubular structures, and the outer walls of the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve are respectively provided with at least one pair of lugs; the hydraulic cylinder is of a tubular structure with a through middle part; the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve are hermetically sleeved on the outer wall of the piston and are distributed on two sides of the piston block, the hydraulic cylinder sleeve is sleeved on the outer wall of the upper cylinder sleeve and the outer wall of the lower cylinder sleeve and is fixedly connected with the upper cylinder sleeve and the outer wall of the lower cylinder sleeve and is hermetically contacted with the upper cylinder sleeve, the lower cylinder sleeve and the piston block, so that the piston, the piston block and the hydraulic cylinder respectively form an upper cavity chamber and a lower cavity chamber with the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve, at least two liquid passing holes are arranged on the side wall of the hydraulic cylinder, and the liquid passing holes can be respectively communicated with the upper cavity chamber and the lower cavity chamber; the invention has simple operation, convenient installation and large locking force.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of well cementing and completing tools, and particularly relates to a self-locking type installation tool for a collar clamp of a non-coupling casing.
Background
During the drilling, completion and well cementation operation, the centralizer is an effective means for keeping the centering degree of the casing and improving the well cementation quality, and the limiting clamp of the centralizer is a tool for fixing the centralizer, so that the centralizer without the casing can be effectively prevented from sliding and stacking together, the resistance increased due to the stacking of the centralizer in the casing setting process is reduced, and the smooth casing setting of the casing is ensured.
Currently, centralizers are anchored to the outer surface of the pipe by installing set screws to increase the friction with the casing. These methods have insufficient anchoring force and cannot meet the running requirement of the non-collar casing. There is therefore a need for a tool that is safe and simple to install and that can lock the centralizer in the desired position on the casing surface, and a non-collar casing centralizer limiting collar that can effectively and reliably secure the centralizer against axial movement relative to the casing. However, such a stop clip is relatively cumbersome to install.
Therefore, based on the problems, the self-locking type non-coupling casing clamp installation tool which has the technical characteristics of simplicity in operation, convenience in installation, large locking force and the like and has important practical significance is provided for extruding and engaging the centralizer limiting clamp, the centralizer and the casing together by controlling the piston to move hydraulically.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the mounting tool for the self-locking type non-coupling casing clamp, which realizes the extrusion and engagement of the limit clamp of the centralizer, the centralizer and the casing through the movement of the hydraulic control piston and has the technical characteristics of simple operation, convenient mounting, large locking force and the like.

a self-locking type non-coupling casing hoop installation tool comprises a piston, an upper cylinder sleeve, a lower cylinder sleeve, a hydraulic cylinder and a base; the piston is of a tubular structure, and an annular convex piston block is integrally formed on the outer wall of the piston; the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve are both of tubular structures, and the outer walls of the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve are respectively provided with at least one pair of lugs; the hydraulic cylinder is of a tubular structure with a through middle part; the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve are hermetically sleeved on the outer wall of the piston and are distributed on two sides of the piston block, the hydraulic cylinder is sleeved on the outer walls of the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve and is fixedly connected with the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve and is hermetically contacted with the upper cylinder sleeve, the lower cylinder sleeve and the piston block, so that the piston, the piston block and the hydraulic cylinder respectively form an upper cavity chamber and a lower cavity chamber with the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve, at least two liquid passing holes are arranged on the side wall of the hydraulic cylinder, and the liquid passing holes can be respectively communicated with the upper cavity chamber and the lower cavity chamber;
the support rod is characterized by further comprising a support rod, one end of the support rod is fixed on the base, and the other end of the support rod penetrates through the ear handles of the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve respectively and limits the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve to move towards two sides of the support rod.

The upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve are provided with sunken step structures on the surfaces contacting with the hydraulic cylinder, and the liquid passing hole on the side wall of the hydraulic cylinder is opposite to the step structures and is communicated with the upper cavity and the lower cavity through the step structures.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
the self-locking type non-coupling casing hoop installation tool can fix the non-coupling casing hoop and a casing together, keeps the non-coupling casing hoop not to axially move on the casing, and ensures that a casing centralizer is not accumulated together due to friction resistance to cause blockage accidents when the casing centralizer is placed down and lifted up.

As shown in fig. 1-3, the self-locking type tool for installing a collar clamp of a non-coupling casing according to the present embodiment includes a piston 1, an upper cylinder sleeve 4, a lower cylinder sleeve 10, a hydraulic cylinder 9, and a base 12; the piston 1 is of a tubular structure, and an annular convex piston block 101 is integrally formed on the outer wall of the piston; the upper cylinder sleeve 4 and the lower cylinder sleeve 10 are both tubular structures, and the outer walls of the upper cylinder sleeve and the lower cylinder sleeve are respectively provided with at least one pair of lugs; the hydraulic cylinder 9 is of a tubular structure with a through middle part; the upper cylinder sleeve 4 and the lower cylinder sleeve 10 are hermetically sleeved on the outer wall of the piston 1 and are distributed on two sides of the piston block, the hydraulic cylinder 9 is sleeved on the outer walls of the upper cylinder sleeve 4 and the lower cylinder sleeve 10 and is fixedly connected with the upper cylinder sleeve 4 and the lower cylinder sleeve 10, and is hermetically contacted with the upper cylinder sleeve 4, the lower cylinder sleeve 10 and the piston block 101, so that the piston 1, the piston block 101 and the hydraulic cylinder 9 respectively form an upper chamber 17 and a lower chamber 18 with the upper cylinder sleeve 4 and the lower cylinder sleeve 10, at least two liquid passing holes are arranged on the side wall of the hydraulic cylinder 9, and the liquid passing holes can be respectively communicated with the upper chamber 17 and the lower chamber 18, as shown in fig. 1, an upper liquid passing hole 13 and a lower liquid passing hole 14 are arranged on the side wall of the hydraulic cylinder 9 and are used for connecting a hydraulic pipeline, and the inflow and outflow of liquid can be realized;
the support rod is characterized by further comprising a support rod 3, one end of the support rod 3 is fixed on the base 12, and the other end of the support rod 3 penetrates through lugs of the upper cylinder sleeve 4 and the lower cylinder sleeve 10 respectively and limits the upper cylinder sleeve 4 and the lower cylinder sleeve 10 to move towards two sides of the support rod 3.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the hydraulic cylinder 9 is sleeved on the outer walls of the upper cylinder sleeve 4 and the lower cylinder sleeve 10 and is fixedly connected with the outer walls through a first set screw 6 and a second set screw 11, and two ends of the hydraulic cylinder are axially limited by the ear handle; the contact part of the support rod 3 and the second lug 10-1 of the lower cylinder sleeve 10 limits the lower cylinder sleeve 10 by forming a step structure; and a pressure cap 2 is fixedly arranged at one end of the support rod 3 extending out of the upper cylinder sleeve 4, and the pressure cap 2 realizes the limitation of the upper cylinder sleeve 4 through a first lug 4-1 axially limiting the upper cylinder sleeve 4.
It should be noted that the surfaces of the upper cylinder sleeve 4 and the lower cylinder sleeve 10, which are in contact with the hydraulic cylinder 9, are provided with recessed step structures 19, and the liquid passing holes in the side wall of the hydraulic cylinder 9 are opposite to the step structures 19 and are communicated with the upper chamber 17 and the lower chamber 18 through the step structures, so that the design is not only convenient for subsequent processing production, but also can prevent the liquid passing holes from being blocked by the piston block 101 when the piston 1 moves.
In the tool, a sealing system is formed by a plurality of axially symmetrical sets of the first sealing element 5, the second sealing element 7 and the third sealing element 8.
By way of example, in this embodiment, the base 12 is mounted on the drill floor, the collar-less collar band 15 is placed over the casing 16, hydraulic oil is pumped through the upper fluid port 13, into the upper chamber 17, forcing the piston 1 downward, and compressing the collar-less collar band 15, thereby securing the collar-less collar band 15 to the casing 16. After locking, the hydraulic pipeline valve is switched, hydraulic oil is pumped from the lower liquid passing hole 14, enters the lower chamber 18, returns to the upper chamber 17, and the piston 1 moves upwards to reset. The hydraulic pump and hydraulic line are conventional devices, the collar-free casing clamp 15 is a wedge-shaped clamp, the specific structure of which has been elucidated in the patent "a collar-free casing centralizer limiting clamp" filed on the same day.
