According to the cloth sterilizing device, the fixed box, the inlet and the outlet, the first supporting roller, the sterilizing box and the cleaning box are arranged, so that the cloth can be conveniently cleaned after being sterilized through the arrangement of the sterilizing box and the cleaning box in the using process, and the sterilizing material in the sterilizing process is prevented from falling on the surface of the cloth to influence the cloth sterilizing effect.

the inlet and outlet 2 is respectively arranged at the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the fixed box 1; the first supporting rollers 3 are respectively connected to the left side of the inner wall of the fixed box 1 in a shaft mode; the disinfection box 4 is connected to the middle position of the left side of the bottom end in the fixed box 1 through a bolt; the cleaning box 5 is connected to the right side of the bottom end in the fixing box 1 through a bolt; the cloth 6 penetrates through the inlet and the outlet 2;

the rotatable adjusting cleaning pipe structure 7 comprises a U-shaped frame 71, a fixed pipe 72, a metal hose 73, a rotating pipe 74, a hanging pipe 75 and a U-shaped cleaning pipe 76, wherein the lower end of the fixed pipe 72 penetrates through the middle position of the upper end of the U-shaped frame 71 and is in threaded connection with the middle position of the inner part of the upper side of the rotating pipe 74; the upper end of the fixed pipe 72 is in threaded connection with the middle position inside the lower side of the metal hose 73;
the upper end of the suspension pipe 75 penetrates through the middle position of the lower end of the U-shaped frame 71 and is in threaded connection with the middle position inside the lower side of the rotating pipe 74; the lower end of the suspension pipe 75 is welded at the middle position of the upper end of the U-shaped cleaning pipe 76 and is communicated with the upper end;

Principle of operation
In the invention, when in use, the fixed box 1 is fixed at a proper position, then an external power supply is connected by using an external lead, the cloth 6 is disinfected, a box door arranged on the fixed box 1 is opened, materials used for cleaning the cloth 6 are respectively injected into the disinfection box 4 and the cleaning box 5, then a cloth 6 roller is placed on a support frame, penetrates through the U-shaped cleaning pipe 76 and the fixed box 1 to be disinfected, and then the external power supply is opened to start the equipment to work;
through suction generated in the operation of the dust collector 11, after passing through the fixed pipe 72, the metal hose 73, the rotating pipe 74 and the hanging pipe 75, the through hole formed in the inner wall of the U-shaped cleaning pipe 76 performs dust collection operation, then the dust carried by the upper end and the lower end of the cloth 6 is cleaned, the cloth 6 is conveniently sterilized by auxiliary equipment, then the cloth 6 enters the sterilizing box 4 after passing through the first supporting roller 3, and the sterilizing material filled in the sterilizing box 4 contacts the cloth 6 to perform sterilization operation;
then, the cloth 6 is led to pass through the outer wall of the upper end of the guide and feed roller 14, and the cloth 6 is disinfected and dried through the disinfecting lamp tube 82 and the drying tube 83 while the cloth 6 enters the guide and feed roller 14, so that the disinfecting effect of the cloth 6 is conveniently improved in work, the dried cloth 6 enters the cleaning box 5, and the cloth 6 is cleaned through cleaning materials filled in the cleaning box 5;
make cloth 6 between squeeze roll 96 and second backing roll 16 after the washing, then promote through push spring 93 and hang and take over 94 and second peg graft pole 95, increase the pressure between squeeze roll 96 and the second backing roll 16, conveniently extrude the moisture in cloth 6 after the washing, accomplish cloth 6 disinfection work, after the disinfection, make cloth 6 run through between expansion cover 105 and the conveying roller 106, then the outer wall of winding coiling mechanism, conveniently shelter from the work through fixed cover 101 and expansion cover 105 after the disinfection, prevent to fall in the upper end of cloth 6 at the in-process dust of rolling cloth 6, and then accomplish cloth 6 disinfection work.

A disinfection mechanism for cloth processing comprises a fixed box (1), an inlet and an outlet (2), a first supporting roller (3), a disinfection box (4), a cleaning box (5), cloth (6), a rotatable adjusting and cleaning pipe structure (7), a pluggable disinfection and drying frame structure (8), a pluggable extrusion roller structure (9), a telescopic shielding conveying cover structure (10), a dust collector (11), a connecting pipe (12), a first pressing roller (13), a guide roller (14), a second pressing roller (15), a second supporting roller (16) and a slide hole (17);
the inlet and the outlet (2) are respectively arranged at the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the fixed box (1); the first supporting rollers (3) are respectively connected to the left side of the inner wall of the fixed box (1) in a shaft mode; the disinfection box (4) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the bottom end in the fixed box (1) through a bolt; the cleaning box (5) is connected to the right side of the bottom end in the fixing box (1) through a bolt; the cloth (6) penetrates through the inlet and the outlet (2);
the dust collector (11) is connected to the middle position of the left side of the upper end of the fixed box (1) through a bolt; the right side of the connecting pipe (12) is in threaded connection with the upper part of the left side of the dust collector (11); the first pressing roller (13) is coupled in the middle of the inside of the sterilizing box (4); the guide roller (14) is coupled to the lower part of the middle position of the inner wall of the fixed box (1) in a shaft manner;
the second pressing roller (15) is coupled to the middle position of the left side of the inner wall of the cleaning box (5) in a shaft mode; the second supporting roller (16) is coupled to the lower part of the middle position of the right side of the inner wall of the fixed box (1) in a shaft mode; the sliding holes (17) are respectively arranged at the upper right corner of the front surface and the upper right corner of the rear surface of the fixed box (1); it is characterized in that the rotatable adjusting cleaning pipe structure (7) in the cloth processing disinfection mechanism is arranged at the upper part of the left side of the fixed box (1);
the pluggable sterilizing drying rack structure (8) is arranged in the middle of the inside of the fixed box (1); the pluggable squeeze roller structure (9) is arranged inside the sliding hole (17); the telescopic shielding conveying cover structure (10) is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the fixed box (1);
the rotatable adjusting cleaning pipe structure (7) comprises a U-shaped frame (71), a fixed pipe (72), a metal hose (73), a rotating pipe (74), a hanging pipe (75) and a U-shaped cleaning pipe (76); the lower end of the fixed pipe (72) penetrates through the middle position of the upper end of the U-shaped frame (71) and is in threaded connection with the middle position of the inner part of the upper side of the rotating pipe (74); the upper end of the fixed pipe (72) is in threaded connection with the middle position inside the lower side of the metal hose (73); the upper end of the suspension pipe (75) penetrates through the middle position of the lower end of the U-shaped frame (71) and is in threaded connection with the middle position inside the lower side of the rotating pipe (74); the lower end of the suspension pipe (75) is welded in the middle of the upper end of the U-shaped cleaning pipe (76) and is communicated with the upper end of the U-shaped cleaning pipe.
2. The cloth processing sterilization mechanism of claim 1, wherein the pluggable sterilization drying rack structure (8) comprises an arc-shaped rack (81), a sterilization lamp (82), a drying tube (83), a connecting block (84), a first plugging rod (85) and a fixed connecting seat (86);
the disinfection lamp tubes (82) are respectively inserted at the left side of the inside of the arc-shaped frame (81); the drying pipes (83) are respectively inserted at the right side in the arc-shaped frame (81); two ends of the arc-shaped frame (81) are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the upper end of the connecting block (84) through bolts; the connecting blocks (84) are respectively connected to the upper parts of the left side and the right side of the first inserting rod (85) through bolts; the lower ends of the first inserting rods (85) are respectively inserted in the middle of the upper inner part of the fixed connecting seat (86).

the adsorption block (92) is connected to the upper end of the T-shaped fixed seat (91) through a bolt; the lower end of the T-shaped fixed seat (91) is inserted in the middle of the upper inner part of the push spring (93); the lower end of the pushing spring (93) is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the hanging pipe (94) through a bolt; the hanging connecting pipe (94) is respectively sleeved on the outer wall of the front surface and the outer wall of the rear surface of the second inserting rod (95); the extrusion roller (96) is connected to the middle position of the outer wall of the second insertion rod (95) in a shaft mode.
4. The cloth processing disinfection mechanism of claim 1, wherein the retractable shielding conveying cover structure (10) comprises a fixed cover (101), a fixed plate (102), a U-shaped slide rail (103), a puller bolt (104), a retractable cover (105) and a conveying roller (106);
the fixing plate (102) is connected to the left side of the upper end of the fixing cover (101) through bolts; the U-shaped sliding rail (103) is respectively connected to the bottom of the inner wall of the front surface and the bottom of the inner wall of the rear surface of the fixed cover (101) through bolts; the tightening bolt (104) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the right side of the upper end of the fixed cover (101); the lower bottom end of the telescopic cover (105) is inserted in the middle of the upper inside of the U-shaped slide rail (103) in a sliding manner; the conveying roller (106) is coupled at the middle position of the lower part of the right side of the inner wall of the telescopic cover (105) in a shaft mode.

The cloth processing sterilizing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the sterilizing chamber (4) is provided on the left side of the cleaning chamber (5); the guide roller (14) is arranged in the middle position of the upper part between the sterilizing box (4) and the cleaning box (5); the cloth (6) penetrates through the space between the first supporting rollers (3); the fixed box (1) adopts a stainless steel box with a box door arranged on the front surface; an iron sheet is arranged at the top end inside the sliding hole (17); the cloth (6) sequentially bypasses the outer walls of the lower ends of the first pressing roller (13) and the second pressing roller (15) and the outer walls of the upper ends of the guide roller (14) and the second supporting roller (16).

The cloth processing sterilizing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein said rotary tube (74) is disposed at a central position inside the left side of the U-shaped frame (71); the rear end of the U-shaped cleaning pipe (76) is provided with a stainless steel pipe which is sealed and the inner wall of which is sequentially provided with through holes from front to back.

The cloth processing sterilizing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the U-shaped frame (71) is bolted to the middle of the upper left side of the fixed box (1); the upper end of the metal hose (73) is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the lower end of the connecting pipe (12) and is communicated with the outer wall; the cloth (6) penetrates through the middle position inside the U-shaped cleaning pipe (76); the U-shaped cleaning pipe (76) is arranged on the left side of the inlet and outlet (2).

The cloth processing sterilizing mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the sterilizing lamp (82) is disposed at the left side of the drying duct (83); the arc-shaped frame (81) adopts an arc-shaped stainless steel frame, and the outer wall of the arc-shaped frame is glued with an insulating pad; the fixed connecting seat (86) adopts a PVC seat with the upper end provided with a plug hole.
