An industrial water treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the industrial water treatment device is characterized in that the anaerobic reactor (3), the aerobic reactor (4), the sedimentation tank (5), the stirring reaction barrel (6), the heavy metal filtering reaction cylinder (8), the microorganism adsorption filter cylinder (9) and the ultrafiltration membrane filter cylinder (10) are sequentially used for carrying out reaction treatment on the industrial water.
7. The industrial water treatment process according to claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following process steps:
s1, connecting the raw liquid tank through a recovery water pump (2) by adopting a pipeline, pumping the industrial water precipitated in the raw liquid tank, conveying the industrial water to an anaerobic reactor (3) and an aerobic reactor (4) for internal circulation to denitrify, nitrify, absorb phosphorus and remove BOD from the industrial water, and then discharging the industrial water into a precipitation tank (5) for secondary precipitation;
s2, carrying out pH adjustment on industrial water in the stirring reaction barrel (6) through a medicine adding port (15) of the stirring reaction barrel (6) to obtain a pH adjustment solution and a heavy metal trapping agent, driving a stirring rod to carry out pH adjustment on the industrial water in the stirring reaction barrel (6) through a stirring motor (14), and simultaneously reacting the heavy metal trapping agent with the industrial water to form stable insoluble substances and precipitate heavy metals;
s3, conveying the water subjected to pH adjustment and heavy metal precipitation treatment to a heavy metal filtering reaction cylinder (8) through a water suction pump (7) to treat residual heavy metal, and removing heavy metal pollution in the water through adsorption of an activated carbon filter element and filtration of an RO reverse osmosis membrane;
s4, adsorbing and filtering the microorganisms in the industrial water through a microorganism adsorption filter cylinder (9), taking the pressure difference between two sides of the membrane as a driving force through an ultrafiltration membrane filter cylinder (10), taking an ultrafiltration membrane as a filter medium, and under a certain pressure, when a stock solution flows across the surface of the membrane, a plurality of fine micropores densely distributed on the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane only allow water and small molecular substances to pass through to form permeate liquid, and substances with the volume larger than the micropore diameter of the surface of the membrane in the stock solution are intercepted on the liquid inlet side of the membrane to form concentrated solution, so that the purposes of purifying, separating and concentrating the stock solution are realized;
and S5, conveying the purified, separated and concentrated water to a water storage tank (12) for storage through a drainage pump (11).
8. The industrial water treatment process according to claim 7, wherein: and the pH value in the S2 is adjusted to be kept between 4.5 and 9.
9. The industrial water treatment process according to claim 7, wherein: and the stirring time of S2 is 10-15 min.
10. The industrial water treatment process according to claim 7, wherein: the S2 heavy metal catching agent adopts a grafting synthesis process, and the stroke of chelated heavy metal on a branch chain of the S2 heavy metal catching agent is stable and insoluble so as to precipitate.
