The invention aims to provide a circulation jig which can accurately position a circulated product, is beneficial to realizing quick taking and placing and accurate positioning of the circulated product and is beneficial to improving the production efficiency.

a circulation jig, comprising: the base comprises a base body, wherein a placing groove is formed in the base body and used for placing a circulating product; the clamping jaw assembly comprises a clamping jaw body and an elastic piece, the clamping jaw body is connected to the base body in a sliding mode, and the elastic piece is used for driving the clamping jaw body to clamp the circulating product; the clamping jaw comprises a base, a positioning assembly and a clamping jaw body, wherein the positioning assembly comprises a marble which is connected to the base, and the clamping jaw body can be clamped on the marble so as to keep the clamping jaw body open; and the driving assembly is used for driving the clamping jaw body to be clamped in or separated from the marble.
As a preferred scheme of the flow-turning jig, the clamping jaw assembly comprises a sliding block, a sliding groove is formed in the base body, the sliding block is connected in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, and the clamping jaw body is connected to the sliding block.
As a preferred scheme of the flow-to-flow jig, a positioning groove is formed in the sliding block, and the marble can be clamped in the positioning groove.
As a preferred scheme of the flow-turning jig, the elastic member includes a spring, and the spring is disposed in the sliding groove and abuts between the sliding block and the base body.

Through the structure, the circulation jig can accurately clamp and position the circulation products in the conveying process, is favorable for realizing quick taking and placing and accurate positioning of the circulation products, and is favorable for improving the production efficiency.

The embodiment provides a circulation tool, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, this circulation tool includes base 1, clamping jaw assembly 2, locating component 3 and drive assembly 4, standing groove 111 has been seted up on base 1, standing groove 111 is used for placing the circulation product, clamping jaw assembly 2 sliding connection can press from both sides tightly or loosen the circulation product on base 1, locating component 3 can be with clamping jaw assembly 2 location in the position of keeping away from the circulation product, so that clamping jaw assembly 2 loosens the circulation product, thereby be convenient for the circulation product to place in standing groove 111. Through the structure, the circulation jig can accurately clamp and position the circulation products in the conveying process, is favorable for realizing quick taking and placing and accurate positioning of the circulation products, and is favorable for improving the production efficiency.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the base 1 includes a seat body 11, and the placing groove 111 is opened on the seat body 11, so that the circulating product can be placed on the seat body 11. Preferably, the base 1 further comprises a circulation plate 12, the base body 11 is connected to the circulation plate 12, and the circulation jig can circulate among the stations through the circulation plate 12, so that the circulation jig can convey circulated products among the stations. Preferably, the circulation plate 12 is provided with a circulation positioning hole 121, the station is provided with a positioning pin, and the positioning pin can be inserted into the circulation positioning hole 121, so that the circulation plate 12 drives the circulation jig to accurately stop at the designated station.
Preferably, the base 11 is provided with a sliding slot 112, and the clamping jaw assembly 2 is slidably connected in the sliding slot 112. Specifically, the jaw assembly 2 includes a slider 23 and a jaw body 21, the jaw body 21 is connected to the slider 23, and the slider 23 is slidably connected in the chute 112, so that the jaw body 21 can slide smoothly relative to the chute 112. Specifically, the jaw body 21 is connected to the sliding block 23 through a screw, so that the jaw body 21 is detachably connected to the sliding block 23, and the jaw assembly 2 is convenient to detach and maintain.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the clamping jaw assembly 2 further includes an elastic member 22, the elastic member 22 is used for driving the sliding block 23 to drive the clamping jaw body 21 to clamp the circulating product, and the circulating product can be clamped by the clamping jaw body 21 in the carrying process, so that the displacement of the circulating product is prevented, and the accurate positioning of the circulating product is guaranteed. Specifically, the elastic element 22 includes a spring, and the spring is disposed in the sliding groove 112 and abutted between the sliding block 23 and the seat body 11, and can provide sufficient acting force for the sliding block 23, so that the sliding block drives the clamping jaw body 21 to clamp the circulating product. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a spring positioning hole 232 is formed in the slider 23, and a part of the spring is located in the spring positioning hole 232, so that the spring is positioned, and the spring is conveniently mounted.
It is worth to say that, the clamping jaw assembly 2 is provided with at least three groups, so that the circulation jig comprises at least three clamping jaw bodies 21, and the circulation jig can clamp a circulation product. At least three clamping jaw assemblies 2 use standing groove 111 as center along circumference evenly distributed for this circulation tool is firm to the centre gripping of circulation product.
In this embodiment, the positioning assembly 3 includes a marble 31, the marble 31 is connected to the base 1, and the clamping jaw body 21 can be clamped on the marble 31 so that the clamping jaw body 21 releases the circulated product and keeps the opened state. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, a positioning groove 231 is formed in the slider 23, and the marble 31 can be clamped in the positioning groove 231, so that the marble 31 can position the slider 23, prevent the slider from sliding, and keep the clamping jaw body 21 in the open state. Specifically, the positioning assembly 3 further comprises a mounting column 32, the mounting column 32 is connected to the base 1, and the marble 31 is connected to the mounting column 32, so that the installation of the marble 31 is firm.
In this embodiment, drive assembly 4 is including opening kicking block 41 and pressing from both sides tight kicking block, opens kicking block 41 and can promote slider 23 and keep away from circulation product with the joint on marble 31, presss from both sides tight kicking block and can promote slider 23 and break away from marble 31 for the clamping jaw body 21 on the slider 23 can press from both sides tight circulation product under the effect of spring. Preferably, the flared top block 41 is provided with a driving inclined surface 411, and the driving inclined surface 411 can be slidably abutted against the slider 23 to drive the slider 23 to move. Specifically, the base 1 further includes a cover plate 13, the cover plate 13 is covered on the base body 11 to cover part of the slider 23 in the sliding slot 112, a top block slot 131 is opened on the cover plate 13, and the open top block 41 can be inserted from the top block slot 131 and drive the slider 23 to move.
