Abstract
The invention discloses a one-key car washing system. The one-key car washing key is connected with a car body area controller, and the car body area controller is connected with a rearview mirror electric unit, a wiper unit, a skylight unit and a car window control unit through signal lines. The one-key car washing system can enable a vehicle to enter a one-key car washing mode through the one-key car washing switch under the working condition that the vehicle is subjected to brush contact type automatic car washing, so that the vehicle window, the skylight and the rearview mirror can be conveniently closed, the automatic windscreen wiper can be shielded, and the danger caused by distraction due to independent operation of the functions can be eliminated.

Therefore, the hardware equipment of the system comprises a central control display screen, a vehicle body area controller, a wiper switch, a skylight actuator, a four-door and window motor and a rearview mirror motor. The modules function as follows: the middle control display screen displays switch keys, sends out switch signals and displays a prompt, if the switch needs to be operated, a vehicle needs to be in a starting state, the vehicle speed is less than 10KM/h, the signals are sent to a vehicle body domain controller through a CAN, the vehicle body domain controller serves as a processing control unit, the CAN signals are analyzed on the premise of having a skylight and four-door and window anti-pinch function, the analyzed signals are converted into LIN signals through an internal circuit and sent to a skylight actuator, the skylight executes closing action, the analyzed signals are sent to a vehicle body domain controller MCU, electric signals are sent to a relay, the four-door and window are controlled to be closed, the signals are sent to the MCU, after the windscreen wiper switch gear is judged to be in an AUTO gear, the automatic windscreen wiper function is shielded, the signals are sent to the MCU, the electric signals are sent to the relay, the rearview mirror is controlled to execute, when the vehicle enters a one-key vehicle washing mode, the central control display screen forcibly pops the window to display risk prompt information, and the pops cannot exit before the user exits the one-key vehicle washing mode; the one-key car washing mode can be exited through three conditions or more, the one-key car washing function is turned OFF through the one-key car washing switch of the central control display screen, or the power supply gear of the vehicle is in an OFF gear or the vehicle speed is more than 10KM/h, and the whole vehicle exits the one-key car washing mode. The central control display screen and the vehicle body area controller are core technologies in the whole process, the central control display screen is equivalent to a switch, and the vehicle body area controller controls the folding execution actions of the skylight, the four doors and windows, the automatic windscreen wiper and the rearview mirror.
As shown in fig. 2, the software strategy of the present invention is mainly logic control and signal conversion and is responsible for signal transmission, so the software comprises two parts, one of which is signal transmission and conversion of the central control display screen, the software is responsible for transmitting a switching signal and converting the identified signal into a control signal and transmitting the signal to the body area controller, and the software of the body area controller is responsible for implementing the received signal for controlling opening and closing, controlling the closing of the skylight and the four doors and windows, and controlling the opening and closing of the rearview mirror and the automatic wiper.
After the 'one-key car washing' function is executed, the rearview mirrors, the skylight modules and the car windows do not influence the corresponding functions, the 'one-key car washing' switch priority is lower than the switch priority corresponding to each executed function, and the car does not exit the car washing mode if hard switches (the car window switch and the skylight switch) are triggered in the car washing mode. The sensing wiper is continuously disabled in the one-key mode and is only re-enabled after exiting the one-key car wash mode.
The method comprises the following steps of (1) center control display screen frame popping strategy:
