The following description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

The base resin is any one of acrylic resin, epoxy resin and phenolic resin, the film forming agent is any one of a polyurethane film forming agent and a nitrocellulose film forming agent, the inorganic filler proppant is any one or a mixture of more of nano silicon dioxide, nano titanium dioxide, nano aluminum oxide and nano talcum powder, the coupling agent is any one of a silane coupling agent and a titanate coupling agent, and the dispersing agent is any one of magnesium stearate and barium stearate.
The thickness of the adhesive layer 12 is 0.2-0.5mm, and the thickness of the fingerprint and oil stain resistant film 13 is 0.3-1.0 mm.
In this embodiment, the base resin, the film-forming agent, the inorganic filler proppant, the coupling agent, and the dispersant are uniformly coated to form a film, and finally bonded to the binder layer 12, which can ensure two points: firstly, the fingerprint-resistant and oil stain-resistant film 13 has high structural strength and is not easy to damage after being collided and scraped in a small range; secondly, the fingerprint-resistant and oil stain-resistant film 13 is not easy to fall off from the adhesive layer 12, so that the firm bonding degree between the fingerprint-resistant and oil stain-resistant film 13 and the stainless steel bottom plate 11 is ensured.
In addition, the manufacturing method of the stainless steel panel in the embodiment is not mentioned, and all the manufacturing methods are performed in the prior art, so that the three-layer stainless steel panel can be used efficiently.

The movable limiting rod unit 3 comprises an opening 301 arranged on the sliding positioning block 2 for adjustment, a movable rod part 302 arranged on the lower surface of the sliding positioning block 2 and inserted into the limiting opening 1 and used for clamping the lower surface of the positioning platform plate 14, an adjustable spring part 303 arranged in the opening 301 for adjustment and used for tensioning the movable rod part 302, and a connecting rope part 304 arranged in the sliding positioning block 2 and used for connecting the movable rod part 302 with the adjustable spring part 303.
In this embodiment, the adjustable spring portion 303 is used to provide a force for driving to tension the connecting rope portion 304, the connecting rope portion 304 is a structure for transmitting the force, and finally the movable rod portion 302 is a direct execution structure for clamping the positioning platform board 14 by the movable limiting rod unit 3, so as to finally ensure that the sliding positioning block 2 can maintain a clamping action with sufficient fastening force on the positioning platform board 14, and also make the clamping action very convenient to establish and release.
The connecting rope portion 304 includes an inverted L-shaped passage 304a provided between the inner side surface of the adjustment opening 301 and the lower surface of the slide positioning block 2, a fixed pulley 304b provided in the inverted L-shaped passage 304a and located at a right-angled corner, and an inverted L-shaped connecting rope body 304c provided in the inverted L-shaped passage 304a and wound around the fixed pulley 304 b.
In this embodiment, the connecting rope 304c is a nylon rope with low elasticity, and the fixed pulley 304b is of an existing structure, and the axle is fixed in the inverted L-shaped hole 304a according to the prior art.
The movable rod portion 302 includes a fixed tube 302a disposed on the lower surface of the sliding positioning block 2 and used for passing through the connecting rope 304c, an insertion column 302b disposed in the limiting opening 1, a cylindrical circular groove 302c disposed on the upper end surface of the insertion column 302b and used for inserting the fixed tube 302a and fixing one end of the connecting rope 304c, an end plate 302d disposed on the lower end surface of the insertion column 302b, and an elastic ring 302e disposed on the upper surface of the end plate 302d and sleeved with the insertion column 302b and used for clamping the lower surface of the positioning platform plate 14.
In this embodiment, the elastic ring 302e is made of existing high-strength rubber, the diameter of the insertion column 302b, the diameter of the fixed limiting rod 4 and the width of the limiting opening 1 are equal, the connecting rope 304c is tensioned until the elastic ring 302e is compressed and deformed, that is, the fixed state of the slide positioning block 2 is achieved, and the larger the compression degree is, the larger the fixed strength of the slide positioning block 2 is, so that different clamping and positioning strength requirements on the stainless steel panel can be met within a certain range.
The adjustable spring portion 303 includes a transverse tube 303a aligned with an upper transverse section of the inverted L-shaped orifice 304a, a releasing grip ring 303b fitted over the transverse tube 303a, a jacking spring 303c fitted over the transverse tube 303a and serving to tension the connecting cord 304c by jacking up the releasing grip ring 303b on a side close to the inverted L-shaped orifice 304a, and a cord fixing ring 303d provided on a side of the releasing grip ring 303b remote from the inverted L-shaped orifice 304a and serving to fix the other end of the connecting cord 304 c. The adjustable spring portion 303 further includes an axial opening 303e provided in the lateral pipe 303a, a radial plate 303f provided on an inner circumferential surface of the rope fixing ring 303d and inserted into the axial opening 303e for connecting and fixing the connecting rope 304c, a rope passing hole 303g provided on an inner end of the radial plate 303f, a rope clamping hole 303h provided on an outer end of the radial plate 303f, and a connecting thread 303k provided on the inner circumferential surface of the rope fixing ring 303d and an outer arc-shaped end surface of the radial plate 303 f. The adjustable spring portion 303 further includes a stopper groove 303m provided on both opening side surfaces of the axial opening 303e, two stopper pieces 303p provided on both sides of the radial plate 303f and inserted into the stopper groove 303m, a radial plate clamping ring 303q provided on an annular end surface of the grip ring 303b for loosening located in the rope body fixing ring 303d, and a rope body fitting groove 303r provided on a side surface of the radial plate 303f and communicating the rope body passing hole 303g and the rope body clamping hole 303 h.
In the present embodiment, the installation, use and advantages of the adjustable spring portion 303 are as follows.
Firstly, during initial installation, the radial plate 303f is clamped by a clamp, then the connecting rope 304c sequentially passes through the rope passing hole 303g, the rope embedding groove 303r and the rope clamping hole 303h, and then the integral body of the loosening holding ring 303b and the rope fixing ring 303d is rotated, so that the connecting thread 303k starts to be screwed, and is rotatably screwed to the radial plate 303f to press the radial plate clamping ring 303q, so that the four parts of the loosening holding ring 303b, the rope fixing ring 303d, the radial plate 303f and the connecting rope 304c are formed into an integral body, and the elastic force of the jacking spring 303c can be finally converted into the pressing force of the elastic ring 302e on the lower surface of the positioning platform plate 14.
Secondly, when the slide positioning block 2 needs to be slid in use, the loosening grip ring 303b is pushed towards the inverted L-shaped duct 304a, the principle is that a part of the elastic force of the jacking spring 303c is shared by the 'hand', the pressing force of the elastic ring 302e is naturally small, the friction force is also small, the slide positioning block 2 can be slid, the loosening grip ring 303b is loosened, and the jacking spring 303c naturally tensions the connecting rope 304c, so that the movable limiting rod unit 3 enables the slide positioning block 2 to have a normal state of natural clamping and fixing and a function of conveniently releasing clamping.
Thirdly, the size of the opening of the rope clamping hole 303h is relatively small, so that when the connecting thread 303k is screwed, the connecting rope 304c cannot fall off from the rope clamping hole 303h, and the connecting threads 303k at the two positions can further clamp the connecting rope 304c, thereby further strengthening the clamping action.
Fourthly, the screwing action between the radial plate 303f and the rope body fixing ring 303d cannot be established without the radial limiting action of the limiting block 303p, and therefore, the limiting block 303p is engaged with the limiting groove 303m to ensure effective screwing between the radial plate 303f and the rope body fixing ring 303 d.
Fifth, the movable fixing structure of the connecting rope 304c at the rope clamping hole 303h can adjust the effective length of the connecting rope 304c, so that if the elastic force of the jacking spring 303c is reduced along with the extension of the using time, the effective length of the connecting rope 304c is correspondingly reduced, and the connecting rope can be used normally, which is very efficient and economical, and the jacking spring 303c is not required to be replaced frequently.
