The invention discloses a floor production line which comprises a frame body, a glass fiber film laminating device, a printing film laminating device, a transparent film laminating device, a heating device, an embossing device, a cooling device, a UV printing device, an edge cutting device and a winding device, wherein the frame body is provided with an air drying device which is arranged above the UV printing device; the glass fiber film laminating device comprises a glass fiber film sending platform, a glass fiber pasting device, a glass fiber plasticizing device and a plate laminating device, wherein a plastic extruder is arranged at the front end of the plate laminating device; the printing film pasting device comprises a printing film sending platform, a printer and a printing film preheating device, wherein the printing film preheating device is arranged above the heating device; the transparent film pasting device comprises a transparent film sending table and a transparent film preheating device, and the transparent film preheating device is arranged above the heating device. The floor production line adopting the structure can simultaneously carry out printing and film covering, has simple structure, saves the manufacturing time and reduces the cost.

Technical Field

the printing film pasting device comprises a printing film sending table arranged on the frame body, a printer arranged at the rear end of the printing film sending table and a printing film preheating device arranged at the rear end of the printer, and the printing film preheating device is arranged above the heating device;
the transparent film pasting device comprises a transparent film sending table fixed on the frame body and a transparent film preheating device arranged at the front end of the transparent film sending table, and the transparent film preheating device is arranged above the heating device.

The cooling device 4 includes a first cooling roller 41, a second cooling roller 42, a third cooling roller 43 and a fourth cooling roller 44, the fourth cooling roller 44 and the third cooling roller 43 are fixed at the lower end of the frame body 1, the first cooling roller 41 and the second cooling roller 42 are fixed at the upper end of the frame body 1, the third cooling roller 43 is disposed between the first cooling roller 41 and the second cooling roller 42, and the first cooling roller 41 and the second cooling roller 42 and the third cooling roller 43 and the fourth cooling roller 44 are disposed to cross each other.
The UV printing device 5 comprises an ink immersion tank 51 fixed on the frame body 1, a lower printing roller 52 arranged above the ink immersion tank 51 and an upper printing roller 53 arranged above the lower printing roller 52, wherein the upper printing roller 53 is connected with a printing motor 54, the printing motor 54 is fixed on the frame body 1, a printing device 55 is arranged on the frame body 1, and the printing device 55 is arranged at the rear end of the lower printing roller 52 and is in contact with the lower printing roller 51.
Therefore, the floor production line adopting the structure can simultaneously carry out printing and film covering, has simple structure, saves the manufacturing time and reduces the cost.
