The working principle is as follows: when the device for uniformly welding the end of the columnar sewer pipe for civil building construction is used, firstly, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the lower limit shell 8 is arranged at the lower side of the pipe, the joint between the lower limit shell 8 and the pipe is adjusted through the threaded connection between the adjusting ring 2505 and the fixing rod 2501 arranged at the outer side of the adjusting ring, so that the center of the pipe is kept coincident with the center of the lower limit shell 8, meanwhile, the joint rod 2502 can be arranged at an equal angle at the inner side of the upper mounting plate 2503 and the longitudinal section of the joint rod 2502 is in a T shape, so that the limit stability can be increased, the upper mounting plate 2503 is prevented from being separated from the joint rod 2502, and certain vibration can be eliminated through the elastic connection between the upper mounting plate 2503 and the lower mounting plate 2504, so that the stability in the welding process is improved, the influence of the vibration on the welding quality is avoided, so that the welding quality is increased, and then, the bolts among the mounting blocks 7 are used for fixation, fixing a left limit shell 1 and a lower limit shell 8, enabling a clamping mechanism 5 at the inner side of the left limit shell 1 and a clamping mechanism 5 at the inner side of the lower limit shell 8 to be jointed with a pipeline, simultaneously enabling an upper arc-shaped rack 6 and a lower arc-shaped rack 9 to be clamped, enabling the upper arc-shaped rack and the lower arc-shaped rack to form a closed ring gear, then as shown in figures 2, 3 and 4, rotating a worm 2, enabling the worm 2 to drive a worm wheel 4 at the lower side of the worm 2 to rotate, enabling the worm wheel 4 to drive the upper arc-shaped rack 6 to rotate, enabling a limit wheel 502 arranged at the front side of the limit wheel to rotate, enabling an adjusting rod 501 in threaded connection with the limit wheel 502 to drive an inner clamping plate 503 to be close to the pipeline, carrying out interval adjustment, enabling an outer clamping plate 505 to be jointed with the pipeline, utilizing the elastic connection of the outer clamping plate 505 and the inner clamping plate 503 through a limit spring 506, and continuing to rotate the worm 2 after the outer clamping plate 505 is jointed with the pipeline, the limiting spring 506 is elastically deformed, the connecting block 504 slides in the groove-shaped structure on the inner side of the inner clamping plate 503, and when the worm 2 cannot rotate after the outer clamping plate 505 and the inner clamping plate 503 are completely attached, the whole clamping mechanism 5 can be attached and fixed to the pipeline, and the stability of fixation is ensured;
after the clamping mechanism 5 limits the position of the pipeline, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the motor inside the motor box 24 is started, so that the driving wheel 23 drives the chain 21 engaged with the driving wheel to rotate, so that the chain 21 drives the positioning seat 22 welded with the chain to slide between the left limiting shell 1, the lower limiting shell 8 and the right limiting shell 26, so that the electric telescopic rod 10 drives the sealing cover 11 to move, and simultaneously the welding head 13 at the lower side of the welding box 12 starts to weld the pipeline and the end head, through the rotational connection between the electric telescopic rod 10 and the positioning seat 22, the welding head 13 can always keep a proper welding angle with the pipeline during welding, and through the vertical symmetrical arrangement of the distance adjusting mechanism 16 about the center of the electric telescopic rod 10 and the elastic connection between the second adjusting seat 1602 and the first adjusting seat 1601, the up-and-down moving capability of the welding head 13 can be increased, the random movement of the welding head is avoided, so that the welding head 13 and the pipeline are welded at a proper interval, the welding quality is prevented from being influenced by excessive contact or no contact, meanwhile, the first limiting ball 14 arranged at the lower side of the second attaching plate 19 can attach to the pipeline by the elastic rotation between the second attaching plate 19 and the first attaching plate 18, the friction between the second attaching plate 19 and the pipeline is reduced, the first limiting ball 14 and the second limiting ball 20 arranged at the inner side of the first attaching plate 18 can be always attached to the pipeline and the end head by the elastic rotation between the first attaching plate 18 and the welding base 17, the friction between the pipelines can be reduced, so that the welding head 13 and the pipeline are kept at a proper interval, the welding process is ensured, and the chain 21 welded with the positioning seat 22 is meshed with the driving wheel 23, the welding head 13 can keep stable welding speed, the welding head 13 can do circular motion to perform complete annular welding on the pipeline, and when the left limiting shell 1 and the right limiting shell 26 fix the pipelines at different angles through the extension and retraction of the electric telescopic rod 10, the welding head 13 can still keep stable contact with the pipelines and keep the same distance, so that welding lines are kept uniform, and the welding process is improved;
after the welding of the welding head 13 on the pipeline is completed, the positioning seat 22 is moved to the top end of the left limiting shell 1, the worm 2 is reversed, the worm wheel 4 drives the upper arc-shaped rack 6 to rotate, when the lower end of the upper arc-shaped rack 6 is parallel to the lower end of the left limiting shell 1, the bolt between the single bodies of the mounting block 7 is fixed and disassembled, so that the left limiting shell 1 and the lower limiting shell 8 are disassembled without limiting the pipeline, and then after other supporting devices support the pipeline, the adjusting ring 2505 is rotated, so that the clamping mechanism 5 on the inner side of the lower limiting shell 8 does not limit the pipeline, and the lower limiting shell 8 is immediately taken out, so that the integral operation can be completed, and the using method of the cylindrical sewer pipe end uniform welding device for civil building construction is provided.
