Abstract
A protective device for a nut having an anodized layer used in a flame brazing process includes a case and a heat insulating liner; the shell is two semi-cylindrical shells which are symmetrically distributed, the top surface of the shell is provided with a semi-circular hole, the outer surface of the shell is sprayed with high-temperature ceramics, and the whole nut is wrapped in the high-temperature ceramics during installation; the heat insulation gasket is composed of two semicircular rings and is arranged on the upper end face of the nut during installation to isolate the nut from the shell. According to the protective tool designed by the invention, the nut with the anodized layer is well protected in the flame brazing process, the processing of parts of the type is realized, the problems of welding protection and welding quality are thoroughly solved, the problem that the tool cannot be taken down during the welding process of the parts is solved by spraying high-temperature ceramic on the surface of the stainless steel tool, the problem that the ceramic tool is difficult to process is also solved, the asbestos gauze is arranged below the tool with the high-temperature ceramic, the pollution of asbestos gauze scraps to a welding seam is successfully prevented, and the quality of the welding seam is ensured.

Background

Therefore, it is highly desirable to provide a protection device, which has good forming performance, cannot be welded during brazing, has a heat insulation function, and does not have the condition of polluting a weld joint, thereby realizing the nut protection during the flame brazing process.

3. assembling the shell 1 with high-temperature ceramics on a nut 4 according to the figure 1, and fixing the shell outside by using a fastening ring 3;
4. and (5) performing flame brazing welding after assembly is completed.

1. A protection device for a nut with an anodized layer in a flame brazing process, characterized in that: comprises a shell (1) and a heat insulation liner (2);
the shell (1) is two semi-cylindrical shells which are symmetrically distributed, the top surface of the shell is provided with a semi-circular hole, the outer surface of the shell is sprayed with high-temperature ceramics, and the whole nut (4) is wrapped in the shell during installation;
