A working principle of a processing device for a copper sheet of a circuit breaker is as follows:
when a copper sheet of a circuit breaker is required to be machined, the copper sheet is firstly placed on the fixed table 31, then the fixed air cylinder 32 pushes the fixed push plate 33, so that the fixed push plate 33 drives the first driving plate 342 on the fixed part 34 to move, the first driving plate 342 drives the second driving plate 343 to move, the second driving plate 343 drives the third driving plate 346 to move, the third driving plate 346 drives the chuck 347 to fix the copper sheet placed on the fixed table 31, then the first pushing air cylinder 281 and the second pushing air cylinder 291 push the first moving plate 23 and the second moving plate 24 to move, so that the upper fixed seats 22 on the first moving plate 23 and the second moving plate 24 drive the bottom plate 27 to ascend, then the lifting motor 47 is started, so that the second rotating shaft 45 drives the belt 46 to rotate, the moving mechanism 5 on the belt 46 is made to move up and down, and when the lifting mechanism 4 moves to a proper position, then, the moving motor 5102 is started, the fourth rotating gear 5101 drives the third rotating gear 510 to rotate, the rotating rod 59 drives the third rotating gear 510 and the second rotating gear 58, the second rotating gear 58 drives the first rotating gear 57 to rotate, the screw rod 56 drives the moving seat 54 to move in the moving groove 26, the cutting mechanism 6 fixed below the moving seat 54 moves left and right, after the moving mechanism 5 is adjusted to a proper position, the cutting motor 63 cuts the copper sheet, when the angle of the blade 65 needs to be adjusted, the adjusting motor 643 is started, the adjusting shaft 644 drives the blade 65 to adjust the position, after the blade 65 is adjusted, the lifting mechanism 4 and the moving mechanism 5 are matched again to adjust the position and the height of the cutting mechanism 6, and then the cutting mechanism 6 cuts the copper sheet again.
