Please refer to fig. 1, a knob 23 is fixed at one end of the first screw rod 21, and anti-slip threads are disposed on an outer surface of the knob 23 to facilitate the rotation of the first screw rod 21 and prevent the first screw rod from slipping, a rudder 20 is fixed at a top end of the second screw rod 19, and the rudder 20 has a rough outer surface to facilitate the rotation of the second screw rod 19, and the rough outer surface can increase friction.
Please refer to fig. 1, the positive poles of the first permanent magnet 32 and the second permanent magnet 33 are opposite, the detachment facilitating repulsion force is used for buffering and damping according to the principle that like poles repel each other, and protection pads are arranged at the bottom of the first permanent magnet 32 and the top of the second permanent magnet 33, so that the first permanent magnet 32 and the second permanent magnet 33 are damaged when colliding.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 4, the front section view of the dust collecting cover 41 is in a reverse "eight" shape, which is convenient for collecting the scraps, reduces the cleaning frequency of the working personnel, and reduces the labor intensity of the working personnel, two sets of springs 34 are provided, and the two sets of springs 34 are made of spring steel, so as to improve the buffering performance and the toughness of the springs 34.
Please refer to fig. 1, the dust collecting tube 27 is made of a flexible rubber hose so that the dust collecting tube 27 can move along with the dust collecting cover 41, and the top of the collecting box 24 is provided with a dust discharging port for discharging the chips inside the collecting box 24.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, the worker puts the device, then fixes the workpiece through the clamping plate 18, when punching and positioning, the first servo motor 2 rotates to make the driving runner 3 rotate, the driving runner 3 drives one group of driven runners 14 to rotate through the first transmission belt 4, the group of driven runners 14 drives the other group of driven runners 14 to rotate through the second transmission belt 15, so that two groups of unidirectional lead screws 7 rotate simultaneously, then the first thread sleeve 8 drives the sliding sleeve 10 to move through the movable block 9, so that the punching head 13 and the polishing head 43 can move to the punching position to punch holes simultaneously, after the punching head 13 finishes punching holes, the second servo motor 36 rotates clockwise to make the bidirectional lead screw 37 rotate, so that two groups of second thread sleeves 38 move relatively, the lifting frame 39 pushes the driving motor 42 and the polishing head 43 to move upwards to extend into the holes, the driving motor 42 drives the polishing head 43 to rotate to polish burrs or burrs of the holes, when punching, the dust collecting cover 41 is just under the punching head 13, the scraps generated by punching can just fall into the dust collecting cover 41, when the driving motor 42 drives the punching head 43 to grind the hole, the air pump 25 pumps air into the collecting box 24, under the action of negative pressure, the scraps generated during grinding and the scraps generated after punching can enter the collecting box 24 through the dust collecting cover 41 and the dust collecting pipe 27, the electromagnet plate 26 adsorbs the generated scraps after being electrified, and further the air inlet end of the air pump 25 can be prevented from being blocked by the scraps, when the work is finished and the scraps need to be discharged, the worker firstly powers off the electromagnet plate 26, the scraps are discharged from the scrap discharging port, when vibration is generated, the telescopic block 31 can be stretched in the fixing groove 30, and as the anodes of the first permanent magnet 32 and the second permanent magnet 33 are opposite, the repulsive force can be generated according to the principle of like polarity repulsion, the device can be damped by repulsive force, the spring 34 and the buffering force of the air bag 29, workpieces are prevented from shaking in the punching and polishing processes, and therefore the stability of the punching and polishing device for mechanical automatic processing is improved.
