Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the patent or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings used in the description of the embodiments or the prior art will be discussed below, it is obvious that the technical solutions described in conjunction with the drawings are only some embodiments of the patent of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, other embodiments and drawings can be obtained according to the embodiments shown in the drawings without creative efforts.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of an industrial waste treatment plant according to an embodiment of the present patent.
FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of a drilling waste treatment method according to an embodiment of the present patent.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of them. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments described in the patent of the invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of protection of the patent of the invention.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an industrial waste treatment apparatus comprising:
a reaction kettle having: a feed inlet, a solid waste outlet for discharging a first solid, and a waste gas outlet for discharging a first gas; and the reaction vessel moves to convey drilling waste from the feed inlet toward the solid waste outlet or the first gas outlet;
heating means disposed in the interior cavity of the reaction vessel and/or inside the wall of the reaction vessel and/or mounted on the exterior surface of the reaction vessel and/or surrounding the reaction vessel at a predetermined separation distance to heat drilling waste in the reaction vessel above reaction temperature;
one or more filters having: a filtration inlet connected to or aligned with the first gas outlet, a second solids outlet for discharging second solids, and a second gas outlet for discharging second gas; and a screen disposed between the filter inlet and the second solids outlet or the second gas outlet.
Thus, the drilling waste enters the reaction kettle from the feeding hole to perform chemical reaction above the reaction temperature, and the macromolecular chain structure in the drilling waste is broken to realize carbonization treatment, so that the drilling waste is converted into inorganic substances with low or no harm (i.e. harmless treatment). Wherein, the drilling waste can continuously carry out chemical reaction in the process of transferring from the feeding hole to the solid waste outlet and the first gas outlet, and the product (such as the first solid or the first gas with low or no harm) obtained after the chemical reaction can realize gas-solid separation through the solid waste outlet and the first gas outlet; the first solid can be collected after discharge and the first gas is sent to a filter for further filtration; the first gas is further subjected to gas-solid separation by one or more stages of filtration to obtain a second solid and a second gas, it being understood that the second gas obtained by the filtration process is improved in quality compared to the first gas.
In various embodiments provided by the present invention, the heating device may be one or more and may be disposed at any suitable heating location or locations, for example, in the interior cavity of the reaction vessel, inside the wall of the reaction vessel, on the exterior surface of the reaction vessel, or surrounding the reaction vessel at a predetermined separation distance, so long as the drilling waste within the reaction vessel can be heated to effect a chemical reaction thereof.
One or more pumps may be used to control the flow (e.g., direction and rate) of materials (e.g., gases, solids, or liquids) in the one industrial waste treatment facility during the filtration process.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by each embodiment of the invention patent has at least one of the following advantages:
1. on-site innocent treatment
2. Reduces the use amount of cultivated land or land
3. Reducing or eliminating secondary pollution, e.g. pollution of ground water resources
4. Saves the transfer cost
The various embodiments provided by the present patent can be combined with each other in any way according to the needs, and the technical solutions obtained by such combinations are also within the scope of the present patent.
