本发明涉及一种可提高刷漆效果的实木板刷漆装置,主要涉及油漆相关技术领域。
背景技术
实木板是很常见的一种材料,通过对木板进行进行刷漆,可以提高木板的美观度,以及可提高木板的使用寿命,但是如果木板表面存在凹坑或者木板内部存在空洞,则会使得刷漆效果不理想,十分影响美观,同时空洞的存在,容易使得木板受力程度下降,使得刷漆后,木板该部位受力,使得空洞上层木料破碎,进而使得板材表面损坏,十分影响使用。针对上述缺点,本发明进行了改进。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可提高刷漆效果的实木板刷漆装置,克服了上述的问题。

本发明的有益效果 :本发明的一种可提高刷漆效果的实木板刷漆装置,本设备通过木板移动过程中,贴近球的抖动情况来判断是否存在凹坑,同时通过敲击反馈装置,对板材内部空洞情况进行判断,同时可以处理凹坑以及对空洞进行填充工作,进而使得油漆的刷漆效果光滑平整,同时提高板材耐用程度,因此本发明大大提高了实木板刷漆效果,同时对空洞检测填充提高板材强度提高使用寿命。

2.在木板传输过程,摩擦轮37紧贴木板,摩擦力带动摩擦轮37转动,带动传动带36传动,使得传动斜齿轮27转动,带动传动连接块30旋转,使得凸轮32间歇压动升降抵块55,使得敲击板52敲击木板表面,敲击反馈模块41感受敲击反馈判断是否存在空洞,当出现木板中空时,滑动滑轨42带动钻孔头63移动至点位上方,下移伸缩杆60启动,带动钻孔头63下压,同时,钻孔电机62启动,带动钻孔头63转动,将中空点位钻孔后复位,随后电机轴14启动,使得孔位运输至喷嘴66位置,填充泵23启动,推动填充剂通过喷嘴66进入空洞内进行填充,并在刷漆前进行烘干工作,随后通过油漆泵49启动,推动油漆通过喷刷块46喷刷于木材表面进行刷漆。
