Description

Liquid dropping device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detection devices, in particular to a liquid dropping device.
Background
In biomedical diagnostics, dropper bottles are commonly used as drop or pipette tools. The dropping bottle can quantitatively add the solution which is subpackaged in advance in a dropping mode again, so that a user does not need to use a liquid transfer gun for liquid transfer operation.
In the related art, a screw cap is generally sleeved on a drip nozzle of a drip bottle, and the aim of sealing a solution outflow channel and preventing the solution in the drip bottle from leaking outwards is achieved through the matching of the screw cap and the drip nozzle. The drip nozzle is generally composed of three materials, namely a hard bottle cap, the drip nozzle and an outer cover, and each part is a mold of the outer cover (a screw cap) and the injection molding cost is relatively low, so that the aim of reducing the cost can be achieved by mass production.
However, with the development of diagnostic technology, many in vitro diagnostic reagents have been packaged in single-use mode, and the drip bottle needs to be pre-filled with solution manually, which results in a tedious use process of the drip bottle. In addition, the drip bottle for pre-dispensing the solution has poor sealing effect, and the solution is easy to flow out of the drip nozzle.
Therefore, there is a need for a pre-dispensing dropper that reduces the cost of manufacture and use, and avoids the outflow of pre-dispensed solution from the dropper nozzle, thereby meeting the need for disposable use of the dropper.
