in addition, the invention is more convenient to install and maintain, and specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, a driving rod 11 is arranged in the inner wall of a mixing shaft 8 and penetrates through the mixing shaft 8, then the driving rod is connected with the upper end of the mixing shaft 8 through a third bearing flange 11b, and then the driving rod is fixedly connected with a pre-installing disc 9 through a second bearing flange 11 a; then press-fitting the small three-blade propeller fasteners on the stirring rod 10 one by one, and then butting the lower end of the integrally-installed stirring rod 10 in a counter bore of the positioning ring 7, wherein the lower end of the stirring rod 10 is provided with a rubber layer, so that the stirring rod can rotate in the counter bore; then the hollow rod 10c penetrates through the pre-assembly disc 9, the stirring rod 10 is manually stirred, the upper end of the stirring rod is in threaded connection with the hollow rod 10c, and then the first bearing flange plate 10d is fixedly connected with the pre-assembly disc 9, so that the hollow rod 10c is fixed; during the process of installing the hollow rod 10c, the meshing state of the first gear 11c and the second gear 10a can be manually adjusted; because the stirring rod 10 is in threaded connection with the hollow rod 10c, the lower end surface of the hollow rod 10c can press all small three-blade fasteners, and meanwhile, the connection state of the stirring rod 10 and the whole body is also ensured; the counter bore has a certain depth, and after the stirrer rod 10 is connected with the hollow rod 10c, the stirrer rod 10 cannot move out; repeating the steps until all the stirrer rods 10 are installed, putting an object consisting of the mixing shaft 8, the pre-installed disc 9, the driving rod 11 and all the stirrer rods 10 into the stirring shaft 5 until the lower end of the driving rod 11 is butted with the supporting base disc 10e, then erecting the pre-installed disc 9 on the upper part of the top barrel 2, and fixing the pre-installed disc 9 and the top barrel 2 by adopting bolts; because the rotating force of the driving rod 11 is driven by the rotation of the supporting chassis 10e, the upper part of the driving rod 11 does not need to be provided with a component in transmission connection with the main shaft of the mixing motor 1a, and no object obstacle exists in the area, the connection between the pre-loading disc 9 and the top cylinder 2 can be directly removed when the stirring rod 10 and the stirring sheet 10b are maintained in the later period; in addition, the upper end of the driving rod 11 depends on the second bearing flange 11a, the third bearing flange 11b keeps shaft-connected fit with the mixing shaft 8, and the lower end thereof is in inserted fit with the supporting chassis 10e, so that the rotating stability of the driving rod 11 is provided; the rotor rod 10 cooperates with the first bearing flange 10d and the counterbore to ensure rotational stability of the rotor rod 10, while replacement of a single rotor rod 10 is also possible.
