The lighting optical fiber connectors are arranged, so that the lighting optical fiber adapter can be suitable for lighting optical fiber adapters of different models, and the possibility of replacing the optical adapter is reduced; eyepiece mounting seats with different angles are arranged behind the working channel, so that the eyepiece mounting seats can be conveniently connected with a lens; meanwhile, the whole structure is compact, the illumination is clearer, and the operation is convenient.
