The scheme disclosed in the embodiment is mainly that two closed side walls are embedded in a wall, when in specific use, two sides of the box body assembly 1 are arranged at the wall shared by two rooms (at the moment, the first outward opening door 101 faces one room, and the second outward opening door 102 faces the other room), then the first outward opening door 101 and the second outward opening door 102 on the front side and the rear side can be opened, so that people in the two rooms can conveniently take and place tableware, and the first outward opening door 101 and the second outward opening door 102 are hinged with the middle part of the box body assembly 1, so that the side articles cannot be influenced when the box body assembly is opened; when the tableware is required to be cleaned, the tableware is cleaned through the water supply assembly 2 and the spraying assembly 3, and the tableware cleaning machine is very convenient.
Under the condition that bowls are washed, a user is required to be capable of determining the bowl condition inside the box body assembly 1 at a glance, so in the scheme disclosed in the embodiment, transparent glass is embedded in the middle of the first outward opening door 101 and the second outward opening door 102, and the bowl condition inside the box body assembly 1 can be observed through the transparent glass.
In order to better describe the hinge relationship between the first outward opening door 101 and the box body 103, referring to fig. 1, taking the first outward opening door 101 as an example, the top and the bottom of the first outward opening door 101 are both welded or fixed by bolts or screws with a backing plate 7, the backing plate 7 is provided with three through holes, the top frame and the bottom frame of the box body shell 104 are also correspondingly and fixedly provided with a second backing plate by welding or bolts, and the second backing plate is welded and fixed with a pin shaft, and the pin shaft penetrates through one through hole of the backing plate 7 to realize hinge.
It is understood that, as an embodiment of the present disclosure, when the number of the first outward opening doors 101 is one, the second pad is disposed at a side position of the top frame of the box body housing 104, and when the number of the second outward opening doors 102 is two, the second pad is disposed at a middle position of the top frame of the box body housing 104.
Of course, as another embodiment of the present disclosure, the backing plate 7 may also be omitted, a pin shaft is directly welded or bolted to the frame at the top of the box casing 104, a corresponding pin hole is formed in the top of the first outward opening door 101, and then the pin shaft is inserted into the pin hole to realize the hinge joint.
Furthermore, referring to fig. 1, an electromagnetic mortise lock 6 is disposed on a side, away from the backing plate 7, of the top of the first outward opening door 101, a limiting hole matched with the electromagnetic mortise lock 6 is formed in a frame on the top of the box casing 104, and when the first outward opening door 101 is closed, a protruding rod on the electromagnetic mortise lock 6 can be automatically inserted into the limiting hole, so that the first outward opening door 101 is prevented from being opened randomly, tableware is convenient to clean, and the second outward opening door 102 also adopts the same manner, so that the description is omitted here.
The electromagnetic mortise lock is arranged at the top of each door, the cabinet door of the decontamination machine can be automatically locked in the operation process, the cabinet door is prevented from being opened by mistake until the program operation is finished, and the specific structure of the electromagnetic mortise lock is not explained at this time and can be directly purchased from the market.
In the box body 103, a water tank communicated with the bottom of the box body 103 is arranged, and the water tank is communicated with a water inlet of the water supply assembly 2.
As an embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic front view structure diagram of a decontamination machine removal tank housing according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the water supply assembly 2 includes a water pump assembly 201, a water supply pipe 202, water spraying heads 203, a first transverse water pipe 204, and a second transverse water pipe 205, the number of the water pump assemblies 201 generally needs to be an even number, preferably two, taking the view angle of fig. 3 as an example, the water pump assemblies 201 are fixed on the inner side of the bottom of the tank housing 104 through bolts or screws, the water inlet of the water pump assembly 201 is communicated with the bottom of the tank assembly 1 to form a circulation, the water outlet of the water pump assembly 201 is communicated with the water inlet end of the water supply pipe 202, the water supply pipe 202 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the tank housing 104 through bolts or other methods, the water supply pipe 202 is provided with a plurality of water spraying, the number of the water spraying heads 203 is four times of that of each tableware supporting component 4, that is, the water spraying heads 203 are arranged at the positions of each tableware supporting component 4, the upper side and the lower side of each tableware supporting component 4 are respectively provided with the water spraying heads 203, the water spraying position of the water spraying head 203 above each tableware supporting component 4 is aligned to the tableware stored on the tableware supporting component 4, and water after the tableware is washed is distributed to the water tank for collection.
In addition, the water spray head 203 under each tableware supporting component 4 is communicated with a first transverse water pipe 204 through a flange, and the other end of the first transverse water pipe 204 is communicated with the spraying component 3; the upper end of the water spray head 203 is communicated with a second transverse water pipe 205, the second transverse water pipe 205 penetrates through the top of the box body 103 and extends to the upper part of the inside of the box body 103, and the water outlet of the second transverse water pipe 205 is connected with the spray assembly 3.
Through the scheme, the water pump assembly 201 works, water flow in the water tank is sprayed out from the water supply pipe 202 to the water spray heads 203, the tableware is cleaned, each water spray head 203 is located above the tableware, and the tableware is cleaned from the top.
As shown in fig. 11, the water pump assembly 201 includes an M1 water circulating pump, an M2 water circulating pump, an M3 water circulating pump, and an M4 water circulating pump, wherein one end of the M1 water circulating pump, the M2 water circulating pump, the M3 water circulating pump, and the M4 water circulating pump are fixedly disposed around the water tank by bolts, one end of the M1 water circulating pump, the M2 water circulating pump, the M3 water circulating pump, and the M4 water circulating pump are communicated with the water tank by pipes, the other end of the M1 water circulating pump, the M2 water circulating pump, the M3 water circulating pump, and the M4 water circulating pump are communicated with the left and right shower assemblies 3, the M1 water circulating pump, the M2 water circulating pump, the M3 water circulating pump, and the M4 water circulating working water supply water, and the water is used for cleaning bowls from.
In practice, if the tableware is washed only from the upper part, the tableware cannot be cleaned, so the solution of the present disclosure also comprises a spraying assembly 3 which can wash the tableware from the lower part.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the sidewall of the box 103 may further be provided with a disinfectant port, a drier port, and a detergent port, which extend to the outside through the box shell 104, so as to facilitate manual addition of the disinfectant, the drier, and the detergent. The specific arrangement of the interfaces can be set according to practical requirements and is prior art, so that the detailed description of the interfaces with the drawings is omitted.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a front view of a spray assembly in a decontamination machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 5 is an axial view of the spray assembly in the decontamination machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, the spray assembly 3 includes a rotary spray arm base 301, a ball valve 302, a spring 303, a fixing nut 304, and a spray arm 305, a water inlet of the rotary spray arm base 301 is communicated with the first transverse water pipe 204, the ball valve 302 is disposed inside the rotary spray arm base 301, a top of the ball valve 302 is welded to one end of the spring 303, another end of the spring 303 is welded to an inner wall of a top of the rotary spray arm base 301, the top of the rotary spray arm base 301 is rotatably connected to the fixing nut 304, the fixing nut 304 is hollow, the spray arm 305 is further disposed on a peripheral side of the fixing nut 304, the spray arm 305 is provided with an inclined spray hole, and under a reaction force of high pressure water, image rotation is achieved.
Water flows in from the water inlet of the rotary spray arm seat 301 and presses the ball valve 302, at the moment, the spring 303 is compressed by pressure, the ball valve 302 moves upwards, water flows into the fixing nut 304 and flows into the spray arm 305 through the fixing nut 304, the water spraying holes are inclined, then the spray arm 305 can rotate around the middle shaft (namely the fixing nut 304) due to high water pressure, and the rotation is realized while the cleaning is carried out.
Although commercially available dishwashers or decontamination apparatuses can rotate the cleaning arm and spray water, the spray assembly 3 of the embodiment of the present disclosure differs from the cleaning arm of the existing dishwashers and the like in that: when stopping the washing, ball valve 302 receives ascending power to disappear, under the effect of ball valve 302 gravity and the effect of spring 303 restoring force, ball valve 302 can vertical downstream, realizes preventing the backward flow, and washes that the machine that disappears uses remaining water in the back spray arm 305 to breed the bacterium easily, can pollute the basin after the backward flow, improves and washs the arm seat and prevents to wash remaining water backward flow in the arm, that is to say that current most washing machine equipment that disappears is the problem that can't overcome the water backward flow.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an axial view of a tableware supporting assembly in a washing and sterilizing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, when dishes are stored, a plurality of different types of tableware can be stored on the tableware supporting assembly 4, wherein the tableware supporting assembly 4 includes a bowl and basket shelf 401 and a supporting frame 402, the bowl and basket shelf 401 is a quadrilateral frame and is connected to the supporting frame, each supporting frame is sequentially provided with a plurality of protruding portions from front to back, the front and back sides of the bowl and basket shelf 401 are placed on the top of the supporting frame 402, and it is ensured that the front and back width of the bowl and basket shelf 401 is greater than the front and back distance between the two supporting frames 402, so that the bowl and basket shelf 401 can be better supported, and the two sides of the supporting frame 402 are fixedly connected to the side wall of the box 103 through bolts.
Preferably, referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, the number of the convex portions is three, and the height of the middle convex portion is higher than that of the other two convex portions.
Except having good cleaning function, this disclosed embodiment still has good illumination function and function of disinfecting, specifically can refer to fig. 2, wherein, the top of box 103 is provided with lamp subassembly 5, lamp subassembly 5 includes LED lamp 501, ultraviolet lamp 502, it has a plurality of ultraviolet lamp 502 to set up the lamp subassembly in the middle of the top of box 103, the bacterium that ultraviolet lamp 502 was thrown light on can being with bowl utensil is eliminated, has still seted up a plurality of LED lamp 501 in ultraviolet lamp 502's both sides, conveniently throws light on the inside of box 103.

The power supply method of the LED lamp 501 and the ultraviolet lamp 502 is the prior art, and how to supply power to the LED lamp 501 and the ultraviolet lamp 502 will not be described here.
The LED lamp 501 is a waterproof lamp, different colors can be displayed by arranging the top LED lamp 501 to represent different states, and the user can judge the running state of the equipment by observing the colors of the LED lamp through the transparent cabinet door at the taking-out side.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, and taking the perspective of fig. 7 as an example, it can be seen that the front and rear sides of the box assembly 1 of the present invention are open, so as to realize that a gap for accommodating the box assembly 1 needs to be cut on the wall, when the box assembly 1 is embedded in the wall (i.e. the box assembly 1 is placed in the gap), the left and right sides of the box assembly 1 are fixedly connected with the wall, and the fixing mode can be in a mode of bolts, etc., or directly placed in the gap, so as to facilitate later-stage movement.

Obviously, the shape of the bottom plate is preferably cylindrical, which is more stable and aesthetic, while the height can be set according to the actual situation.
And in order to be firmly connected with a ferry or a train, the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, and the threaded holes are fixedly connected with the corresponding positions on the wheel set or the train, so that the working stability of the bean sprout growing machine in a bumpy and swaying environment is improved.
Through the content, the height of the box body can be adjusted, so that the height adjusting device can adapt to the heights of different ships and trains, and has a better application scene.
In addition, referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a partial schematic view of a water purification and regeneration system in a decontamination machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 10 is another schematic diagram of a portion of a water purification and regeneration system in a decontamination machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. The water purification and regeneration system comprises:
the water supply branch 8 is communicated with an external water source;
a water outlet of the water purification branch 9 is communicated with the water supply branch 8;
a water inlet of the condensation branch 10 is communicated with the water supply branch 8;
a water inlet of the tank body water inlet pipeline 11 is communicated with a water outlet of the water supply branch 8; a water inlet of the box body 103 is communicated with a water outlet of a box body water inlet pipeline 11, and a gas outlet of the box body 103 is communicated with the condensation branch 10;
and a water inlet of the water drainage branch 12 is communicated with the condensation branch 10 and a water outlet of the box body 103, and a water outlet of the water drainage branch 12 is also communicated with the water purification branch 9 to form circulation.
Further, the water supply branch 8 comprises a first valve 801, a second valve 802, a salt tank 803, a regeneration electromagnetic valve 804 and a water softener 805, wherein water inlets of the first valve 801 and the second valve 802 are communicated with an external water source through a water pipe, and a water outlet of the first valve 801 and a water outlet of the water purification branch 9 are connected with the water softener 10 box 103;
the water outlet of the second valve 802 is communicated with the salt tank 803 through a water pipe, the salt tank 803 is connected with the regeneration electromagnetic valve 804 through a water pipe, the regeneration electromagnetic valve 804 is connected with the water softener 805, and the water outlet of the water softener 805 is respectively connected with the water inlets of the condensation branch 10 and the tank body water inlet pipeline 11.
The first valve 801 and the second valve 802 are water main valves, and referring to fig. 9, the water main valves are disposed in front and rear of the lower portion of the inside of the housing case and located outside the housing 103.
It is understood that the salt tank 803 is not essential, and the salt tank 803 may be eliminated in this embodiment, and if the salt tank is provided, the position, fixing manner, etc. may be set according to the actual situation, for example, in this embodiment, the salt tank 803 is fixedly connected to the sidewall of the box body housing 104 below the box body housing 104 through bolts, and the water softener 903 is fixedly arranged inside the box body housing 104 and connected to the salt tank through the regeneration solenoid valve 802.
Through the above embodiment, by opening the first valve 801, water can be directly delivered to the condensation branch 10 and the tank body water inlet pipeline 11 through the water softener 805, and meanwhile, water purified by the water purification branch 9 can also be delivered to the condensation branch 10 and the tank body water inlet pipeline 11 through the water softener 805 to form circulation; the second valve 802 is opened, so that the initial water can be conveyed to the condensation branch 10 and the tank water inlet pipeline 11 through the salt tank 803, the regeneration electromagnetic valve 804 and the water softener 805, and the cleanness of the water is ensured.
The water purification branch 9 comprises a water inlet electromagnetic valve 901, a water purification electromagnetic valve 902 and a water purifier 903, wherein a water outlet of the water inlet electromagnetic valve 901 is connected with a water softener 805, a water inlet of the water inlet electromagnetic valve 901 is communicated with the water purification electromagnetic valve 902, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 901 and the water purification electromagnetic valve 902 are communicated with a tank body water inlet 105 on the side wall of the tank body 103 through water pipes so as to spray water into the tank body 103, a water inlet of the water purifier 903 is communicated with a water outlet of the water drainage branch 12, so that used wastewater is purified through the water purifier 903, the water purification electromagnetic valve 902 flows into the tank body 103, water recycling is realized, when the water purification electromagnetic valve 902 is closed, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 901 is opened, and water in the water softener 105 can also enter the tank body 103 through the tank body water inlet 105, so as to realize water.
It is understood that the water purifier 903 purifying and water purifying solenoid valve 902 is not normally opened at the same time, but in this embodiment, the water purifier 903 purifying and water purifying solenoid valve 902 may be connected to the tank water inlet 105 on the side wall of the tank 103 through a pipe, so that the water purifier 903 purifying and water purifying solenoid valve 902 belongs to two independent water supply pipes for the tank 103 and does not affect each other.
The water purifier 903 is fixed to the bottom of the case housing 104 by bolts.
The condensation branch 10 comprises a condensation electromagnetic valve 1001, a gas condensation pipe 1002 and a water condensation box 1003, the water inlet of the condensation electromagnetic valve 1001 is connected with a water softener 805 through a water pipe, the water outlet of the water softener 805 is communicated with the gas condensation pipe 1002, the gas condensation pipe 1002 is communicated with the water condensation box 1003, and the water condensation box 1003 is also communicated with the gas outlet of the box 103.
The water inlet pipeline 11 of the tank body comprises a first water inlet valve 1101 and a second water inlet valve 1102, wherein one end of each of the first water inlet valve 1101 and the second water inlet valve 1102 is respectively communicated with a water outlet of the water softener 805, and the other end of the first water inlet valve 1101 is communicated with a water inlet at the top of the tank body 103 to discharge water into the tank body 103 so as to realize water supply; the other end of the second water inlet valve 1102 is communicated with the water discharge outlet of the water discharge branch 12, and the second water inlet valve 1102 is used for discharging the residual water in the water softener 805 after the operation of the device is finished.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of a water pump arrangement in a decontamination machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 12 is a schematic top view of a water pump arrangement in a decontamination machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. A plurality of lateral spray headers and large cleaning arms are arranged at intervals on the side edge of the box body 102 and communicated with a first water inlet valve 1101, a plurality of small cleaning arms are arranged above the box body 102 and also communicated with the first water inlet valve 1101; bowls in the box body 102 can be cleaned through the lateral spraying port, the large cleaning arm and the small cleaning arm, and the bottom of the box body 102 is fixedly connected with an M1 circulating water pump, an M2 circulating water pump, an M3 circulating water pump and an M4 circulating water pump on the peripheral side of the water tank through bolts.
The other ends of the M1 circulating water pump, the M2 circulating water pump, the M3 circulating water pump and the M4 circulating water pump are communicated with the spraying assemblies 3 on the left side and the right side, the M1 circulating water pump, the M2 circulating water pump, the M3 circulating water pump and the M4 circulating water work to supply water, and the water is used for cleaning bowls from the spraying assemblies 3 and falls to a water tank, so that water circulation is realized.
It should be noted that the structure of the cabinet 102 may refer to a commercially available dishwasher, an existing decontamination machine, or the like.
In addition, the bottom of the water tank is also communicated with a drain branch 12, thereby draining the water to the outside.
The drainage branch 12 comprises a drainage pipe 1201, an M5 drainage pump 1202 and a drainage outlet 1203, wherein the water inlet of the drainage pipe 1201 is communicated with the bottom of the water tank, the water outlet of the drainage pipe 1201 is communicated with the M5 drainage pump 1202 through a water pipe, and the M5 drainage pump 1202 is communicated with the drainage outlet 1203 to discharge water.
The working principle is as follows: two sides of the box body component 1 are arranged at a common wall of two rooms (at the moment, the first outward opening door 101 faces one room, and the second outward opening door 102 faces the other room), then the first outward opening door 101 and the second outward opening door 102 on the front side and the rear side can be opened, so that a person dividing the two rooms can conveniently take and place tableware, and the first outward opening door 101 and the second outward opening door 102 are hinged with the middle part of the box body component 1, so that the side objects cannot be influenced when the box body component is opened; when the tableware is required to be cleaned, the tableware is cleaned through the water supply assembly 2 and the spraying assembly 3, so that the tableware cleaning machine is very convenient;
the water pump assembly 201 works, water flow is sprayed out from the water supply pipe 202 to the water spray heads 203 to clean tableware, and each water spray head 203 is positioned above the tableware to clean the tableware from above;
water flows in from the water inlet of the rotary spray arm seat 301 and presses the ball valve 302, at the moment, the spring 303 is compressed by pressure, the ball valve 302 moves upwards, water flows into the fixing nut 304 and flows into the spray arm 305 through the fixing nut 304, and because the water pressure is high, the spray arm 305 can rotate around the middle shaft (namely the fixing nut 304) partially, so that the cleaning is carried out while the rotation is realized; when cleaning is stopped, the upward force on the ball valve 302 disappears, the ball valve 302 vertically moves downwards under the action of the gravity of the ball valve 302 and the restoring force of the spring 303, backflow is prevented, the residual water in the spray arm 305 is easy to breed bacteria after the decontamination machine is used, the water tank is polluted after backflow, the cleaning arm seat is improved to prevent the residual water in the cleaning arm from flowing backwards, namely most of the existing decontamination machine equipment cannot overcome the problem of water backflow;
the water inlet electromagnetic valve 901 and the water purifying electromagnetic valve 902 are communicated with the tank body water inlet 105 on the side wall of the tank body 103 through water pipes so as to spray water into the tank body 103, the water inlet of the water purifier 903 is communicated with the water outlet of the water discharging branch 12, so that used wastewater is purified by the water purifier 903, the water purifying electromagnetic valve 902 flows into the tank body 103, the water recycling is realized, when the water purifying electromagnetic valve 902 is closed, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 901 is opened, and water in the water softener 105 can also enter the tank body 103 through the tank body water inlet 105, so that the water supply is realized; the other end of the first water inlet valve 1101 is communicated with a water inlet at the top of the box body 103 to discharge water into the box body 103, so that water supply can be realized.

the water supply assembly (2), the fixed both sides outer wall that sets up in box (103) of water supply assembly (2), the water inlet of water supply assembly (2) and the bottom intercommunication formation circulation of box subassembly (1), the delivery port of water supply assembly (2) runs through the side blowout water of box (103) in order to wash the tableware.
The spraying assembly (3) is connected with a water spray opening of the water supply assembly (2), and the spraying assembly (3) rotates relative to the water supply assembly (2) and is aligned with the tableware to spray water;
the tableware supporting components (4) are fixedly connected with the side wall of the box body shell (104) at even intervals from top to bottom.
