Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the first embodiment of the soap dispenser according to the present invention, which controls the amount of discharged liquid by the distance between the hand and the sensor, the soap dispenser 100, which controls the amount of discharged liquid by the distance between the hand and the sensor, includes a tank 101a, a base 101c, a pump 101d, an aluminum frame 102a, a front panel 102b, and a rear panel 102 c.
The tank 101a is formed in a square hollow structure, and the top of the tank is provided with an opening structure for containing the hand sanitizer.
An upper cover 101b for covering the opening is arranged on the top opening side of the tank body 101a, and the upper cover 101b is connected with the tank body 101a through a hinge, so that the upper cover 101b can be covered on the tank body 101a in a turnover mode.
A base 101c is arranged at the bottom of the tank 101a, wherein the base 101c is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped with an open top, and one end of the tank 101a (corresponding to the liquid outlet end of the tank 101 a) is installed in the base 101 c.
Further, a pump 101d is mounted within base 101c for pumping the cleaning solution from reservoir 101 a.
The aluminum frame 102a is a rectangular parallelepiped having a hollow structure, and a transverse plate is provided in the aluminum frame 102a in the radial direction, and the transverse plate divides the aluminum frame 102a into an upper layer and a lower layer.
Specifically, the lower layer of the aluminum frame 102a is used for placing the battery.
Further, a liquid outlet 102f is arranged on the upper layer of the aluminum frame 102a, and the liquid outlet 102f is connected with a liquid outlet of the pump 101d through a silicone tube.
The aluminum frame 102a is configured as a front opening and a rear opening structure, and the main control circuit 10 is disposed on the upper layer of the aluminum frame 102 a.
The front panel 102b is rectangular, the front panel 102b detachably covers the front opening side of the aluminum frame 102a, and a sensor 102e for detecting a temperature signal of a target object is disposed at an upper end of the front panel 102 b.
The rear panel 102c is rectangular, and the rear panel 102c is detachably covered on the rear opening side of the aluminum frame 102 a.
Further, the main control circuit 10 includes a sensor U101 and a main controller MCU.
The main controller MCU is a core of the main control circuit 10, and has a function of analog-to-digital conversion, operation, output of PWM pulse signals, and conversion of displacement change into control signals (voltage or current signals) for output.
The sensor U101 can measure the displacement of the object according to the amount of the light flux blocked by the object to be measured, and is characterized by belonging to non-contact measurement and being capable of continuous measurement.
The sensor U101 is any one of a capacitive sensor, a photoelectric sensor, a magnetic sensor, a winding sensor, and a camera sensor.
Specifically, the sensor U101 is fixed at the front end of the soap dispenser, is arranged in parallel with the liquid outlet nozzle 102f, and is configured to detect distance data between a target object and the liquid outlet nozzle 102f, and then output the distance data to the main controller MCU.
The signal input end (corresponding to the end P02) of the main controller MCU is connected to the output end (corresponding to the 2-pin) of the sensor U101, and is configured to receive the distance data input by the sensor U101, and then convert the distance data into a control signal (i.e., a control level) according to the distance of the input distance data.
When the distance between the target object and the sensor U101 (or the liquid outlet nozzle 102f) changes, the pulse duration of the control signal output by the main controller MCU is a synchronous linear change, and the main controller MCU controls the liquid outlet amount of the hand sanitizer pumped by the pump according to the synchronous linear change (i.e., the time change changes along with the displacement change).
When the user uses the device, the sensor U101 judges the change of the distance between the hand of the user and the sensor, and the main controller MCU can control the pump 101d to compensate the liquid output according to the changed data.
For example, when the distance between the target object and the liquid outlet nozzle 102f (or the distance between the sensor U101) is 10cm to 15cm (i.e., far), the pulse duration of the control signal output by the main controller MCU is 1.5s to 2s, and the synchronous linear variation is used to control the operation time of the pump 101d to be in the range of 1.5s to 2s, so as to control the pump 101d to output more hand washing solution.
When the distance between the target object and the liquid outlet nozzle 102f (or the distance between the sensor U101) is 6cm-10cm (namely, when the target object is located at the middle position), the pulse duration of the control signal output by the main controller MCU is 0.5s-1.5s, and the working time of the pump 101d is controlled to be continuously in the range of 0.5s-1.5s through the synchronous linear change so as to control the pump 101d to output moderate hand sanitizer.
When the distance between the target object and the liquid outlet nozzle 102f (or the distance between the sensor U101) is 2cm-5cm (namely, when the target object is close), the pulse duration of the control signal output by the main controller MCU is 0.25s-0.5s, and the working time of the pump 101d is controlled to be continuously in the range of 0.25s-0.5s through the synchronous linear change so as to control the pump 101d to output less liquid soap.
When a user uses the hand sanitizer, the sensor U101 judges that the distance between the hand of the user and the sensor changes from a short distance to a longer distance, the sensor U101 feeds back the acquired changed data parameters to the main controller MCU, and the main controller MCU controls the pump 101d to increase the liquid outlet amount according to the changed data parameters, so that the liquid outlet amount of the hand sanitizer is compensated.
By using the technical scheme, the sensor U101 for detecting the distance data between the target object and the liquid outlet nozzle 102f is arranged in the soap dispenser, and then the main controller MCU controls the pump 101d to output the liquid outlet amount of the hand sanitizer according to the distance between the hand of the target object and the sensor U101 (or the distance between the liquid outlet nozzle 102f), so that the problems that the liquid outlet amount of the soap dispenser in the existing market needs to be set by a key, the setting needs 5-6 seconds once, and the setting needs to be carried out every time adjustment is needed can be effectively solved.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the prevention of the interference of the two sets of PWM pulse signals, a first transistor VT101, a second transistor VT102, and a third transistor VT103 may be disposed in the main control circuit 10, wherein the transistors are all NPN transistors having a switching function.
Specifically, the base of the first transistor VT101 is connected to a signal output terminal (corresponding to the P17 terminal) of the main controller MCU through the second resistor R102, the base of the second transistor VT102 is connected to the collector of the first transistor VT101 through the third resistor R103, and the emitter of the second transistor VT102 is connected to the power supply terminal of the pump 101 d.
For example, when the distance between the target object and the liquid outlet 102f is 3cm-5cm (i.e. when the target object is close), the main controller MCU outputs one control signal (corresponding to the PWM1 pulse signal output being high level, the other PWM2 pulse is not output).
The PWM1 pulse signal (the duration of the pulse signal is 4s) output by the main controller MCU is input to the base of the first triode VT101 through the second resistor R102, so that the first triode VT101 is triggered to be conducted, the PWM1 pulse signal is output to the second triode VT102 through the third resistor R103, and then the second triode VT102 is triggered to be conducted, the PWM1 pulse signal is input to the power supply end of the pump 101d through the emitter of the second triode VT102, and then the pump 101d is controlled to output more hand sanitizer.
Further, a base of the third transistor VT103 is connected to another signal output terminal (corresponding to the 15 pins) of the main controller MCU through a fourth resistor R104, and a collector of the third transistor VT103 is coupled to the base of the first transistor VT 101.
The other signal output end (corresponding to 15 pins) of the main controller MCU is also connected with the power supply end of the pump 101 d.
For example, when the distance between the target object and the liquid outlet 102f is 6cm-10cm (i.e. far away), the main controller MCU outputs another control signal (corresponding to the PWM2 pulse signal output being high level, another PWM1 pulse is not output).
The PWM2 pulse signal (the duration of the pulse signal is 2s at this time) output by the main controller MCU is divided into two paths to output: one path of the signal is conducted by the third triode VT103 through the fourth resistor R104, the PWM1 signal is grounded through the second resistor R102 (so that no output of the PWM1 is ensured when the PWM2 outputs), the first triode VT101 is cut off, and the control of the bridge arm second triode VT102 through the third resistor R103 does not work;
the other path is input to the pump 101d through a fifth resistor R105, and the PWM2 pulse signal controls the operation of the pump 101d so as to control the pump 101d to output less liquid soap.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
