When the water temperature in the water tank 20 reaches 65 ℃, the temperature fuse 223 set to 65 ℃ is activated. When the temperature fuse 223 set to 65 c is failed and the temperature of the water in the water tank 20 reaches 75 c, the temperature fuse 223 set to 75 c is activated. When the fuse 223 set at 75 ℃ is also deactivated, the temperature of the water in the water tank 20 increases and the pressure of the water vapor increases, so that the cover 232 is pushed by the large water vapor and exits the pre-water inlet 231, thereby preventing the water tank 20 from exploding. The lid 232 of the present embodiment not only seals the pre-water gap 231 but also functions as a safety valve.
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, in order to improve the damping effect, the following measures are adopted:
in this embodiment, the main body 100 further includes an elastic first damping body 35, a through hole is provided on the bottom plate 111 of the housing 10, and the first damping body 35 penetrates through the through hole and abuts against the water pump 30. When the shock absorber is installed, the first shock absorber 35 can be installed into the through hole from the outside, and the installation is convenient. The first damper 35 can be made of elastic silica gel, plastic, etc.
Further, the first damper 35 includes a base 351 and a body 352 connected to each other, and the body 352 is interposed between the water pump 30 and the case bottom plate 111 to absorb the vibration. The base 351 is arranged through the through hole, at least part of the base is exposed outside, and the base is used for being in contact with the surface of the supported object. For example in contact with a bed plate or a mattress. Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the base 351 includes a cylinder 3511 and a support 3512, and the cylinder 3511, the support 3512, and the body 352 may be integrally formed. The cylinder 3511 is arranged through the through hole, and the support 3512 is exposed outside and used for contacting with the surface of a supported object. In order to further improve the damping effect, the surface of the support 3512 for abutting the object and the surface of the main body 352 for abutting the water pump 30 are arc surfaces.
To facilitate the mounting of the first damper body 35, the first damper body 35 is provided in a hollow structure, i.e., the first damper body 35 has a hole penetrating through the main body 352, the cylindrical body 3511, and the support body 3512 to increase the deformability of the first damper body 35, so that the main body 352 can pass through the through hole to the mounting chamber 14 to abut against the water pump 30.
Further, when the first damper body 35 is removed or replaced, the first damper body 35 may be pulled from the outside to pull out the first damper body 35. The cross-sectional area of the body 352 is larger than that of the base 351, however, the size and elasticity of the body 352 are required to enable the body 352 to pass through the through-hole.
The number of the first damper bodies 35 of the present embodiment may be one, two, three, four, etc., for example, the number of the first damper bodies 35 is four.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the main body includes a second damper 37, and the water pump 30 has a water pump inlet pipe 36. The second damper 37 has a damper main body 371 and two ring bodies 372 arranged at an interval at one end of the damper main body 371, the one end is sleeved on the water inlet pipe 36 of the water pump, the two ring bodies 372 are clamped between the end surfaces of the water tank 20 and the water pump 30, and a fixing ring is installed in a ring groove 373 formed between the two ring bodies 372. The two rings 372 act as shock absorbers. There is still spacing relation between ring body 372 and water tank 20, and specifically, the terminal surface at the delivery port department of water tank 20 is spacing to ring body 372, prevents that second damper 37 from getting into the inner chamber of water tank 20 completely. A fixing ring is provided between the two ring bodies 372 to limit the positions of the water pump 30 and the water tank 20. The retaining ring of this embodiment may be a clip.
The water tank outlet pipe 222 extends towards the inner cavity of the water tank 20, the second damping body 37 further comprises a cylinder 374, the cylinder 374 is sleeved outside the damping body 371 and is arranged at an interval with the outer peripheral surface of the damping body 371, one end of the cylinder 374 is connected to the damping body 371, and the other end of the cylinder 374 is sleeved on the water tank outlet pipe 222. The cylinder 374 is sleeved on the water outlet pipe 222 of the water tank and also plays a role in shock absorption.
The other end portion of the shock-absorbing body 371 is bent toward the bottom plate 211 of the water tank 20 so that the water pump 30 can still suck water when the water level of the water tank 20 is low.
The other end of the shock absorption main body 371 and the case bottom plate 211 are separated by a distance or abutted to the case bottom plate 211, the end face of the other end of the shock absorption main body 371 is provided with a recessed portion 375 deviating from the case bottom plate 211, and the recessed portion 375 can prevent the end face of the other end of the shock absorption main body 371 from being adsorbed on the case bottom plate 211.
Example two
Fig. 10 is a perspective view of a main unit 100 of a second water heating blanket according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, the host 100 of the present embodiment is slightly different from the host 100 of the first embodiment in terms of functions, and the differences are as follows:
the first end cap 12 of the main unit 100 of the present embodiment is provided with two switches, i.e., a first switch 127 and a second switch 128. The first end cap 12 is also provided with a clock 124 and an adjustment button for adjusting the clock 124. The first end cap 12 is further provided with a mite removal button 126, and pressing the mite removal button 126 can activate the mite removal assembly to remove mites.
A plurality of ice-proof balls are also installed in the water tank 20 of this embodiment to prevent the liquid from freezing in a low temperature environment.
EXAMPLE III
In the embodiment, a new function is added on the basis of the first embodiment. The method comprises the following specific steps:
as shown in fig. 11 and 12, at least two reinforcing ribs 233 are distributed on the inner wall of the second cover 23, and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 233 in the first direction and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 233 in the second direction are staggered to increase the strength of the second cover 23. The first direction and the second direction may be perpendicular.
In the prior art, when water in the water tank 20 freezes in a low-temperature environment, the volume of the water tank will expand by about 31%, and the water tank 20 is easily damaged by expansion. In order to prevent the water tank 20 from freezing, the present embodiment adopts the following measures:
the inner wall of the second cover 23 is convexly provided with a mounting edge 234, and a deformable airbag 25 is sleeved on the mounting edge 234 and forms a cavity with the second cover 23. When the water in the water tank 20 is frozen and expanded, the air bag 25 is compressed, thereby providing a space for the ice to prevent the water tank 20 from being swollen out.
The mounting edge 234 is partially recessed to form a first recessed portion 2341, and correspondingly, the bladder 25 is partially recessed to form a second recessed portion 251, and the first recessed portion 2341 and the second recessed portion 251 are used for avoiding the pre-water opening 231, so as to prevent the process of adding water through the pre-water opening 231 from being affected. The first recessed portion 2341 and the second recessed portion 251 are located on the same straight line, and are opposite to the pre-water gap 231. The end surfaces of the first recessed portion 2341 and the second recessed portion 251 may have circular arc shapes, or may have other shapes.
Example four
In the embodiment, a new function is added on the basis of the first embodiment. The method comprises the following specific steps:

As shown in fig. 13, the cover 232 is detachably mounted on the pre-water opening 231, the second end cap 13 of the housing 10 is provided with a window 131 opposite to the cover 232, and the window 131 is provided with the flip 132. Ideally, the water tank 20 does not require the user to add water on his or her own. However, considering that the water in the water tank 20 may be slightly lost for a long time, the present embodiment provides the window 131 and the structure of the flip 132, so that a user can open the flip 132 in sequence, remove the cover 232, and add water into the water tank 20 through the pre-water inlet 231 by himself.
Specifically, the window 131 may be a rectangular window, and may also be a window of other shapes. One end of the flip cap 132 is hinged to the second end cap 13. The other end of the flip 132 has a buckle 1321, and the flip 132 is in snap fit with the second end cap 13 through the buckle 1321, so that the flip 132 is convenient to open and close.

the water pump (30), the water pump (30) is located in the installation cavity (14), the water pump (30) is provided with a water pump water inlet (31) and a water pump water outlet (32), the water pump water inlet (31) is communicated with the water tank water outlet pipe (222), and the water pump water outlet (32) is used for being communicated with the blanket body water inlet of the blanket body.
