Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
With the development of communication technology, a large number of communication technologies are merged into the medical field in recent years, and various medical devices based on the communication technologies are widely put into use, so that great convenience is brought to medical staff and patients. However, in the intensive care unit scene, due to the particularity of the patient condition in the intensive care unit, the emotion of a plurality of family members and the patient is excited when visiting the communication, if the medical care personnel cannot know the condition in time and prompt the family members and the patient, the condition of the patient is greatly influenced, and the life safety of the patient is influenced. Meanwhile, in some situations, the critical care patient cannot move normally, so that some operations cannot be performed to complete the communication with the family members.
However, most of the existing medical devices do not support monitoring of the communication between the patient and the family members, and cannot control the communication between the patient and the family members in time, and further cannot help the family members and the patient to establish the communication.
The embodiment of the application provides a monitoring control method and device based on a P2P call, wherein a P2P connection is established between a first terminal and a second terminal and a third terminal, audio and video data sent by the second terminal and the third terminal are received, communication disconnection between the second terminal and the third terminal is controlled under the condition that the audio and video data are abnormal, and a call can be established between the second terminal and the third terminal, so that the problems are solved.
The technical solutions proposed in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a monitoring control method based on a P2P call according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the process of the first terminal monitoring and controlling the second terminal and the third terminal mainly includes the following steps:
step 101, the first terminal sends a request monitoring signaling to the second terminal and the third terminal respectively.
In the embodiment of the application, the first terminal may specifically be a medical care host used by medical care personnel to contact each ward, the second terminal may specifically be an audio and video communication device used by a family member to visit a patient, and the third terminal may specifically be an audio and video communication device used by an intensive care patient to communicate with a doctor or the family member.
In a specific application scenario, when medical personnel perform daily patrol, the monitoring and control of visiting the family members of the intensive care unit can be completed through the medical host. The medical personnel carry out the cloud through operating medical host computer promptly and patrol, can in time discover the actual conditions in intensive care unit through the cloud is patrolled to in time make corresponding measure.
In the embodiment of the application, when controlling the medical host to complete a series of monitoring and controlling operations, the medical staff firstly inquires the family end and the patient end by sending the request monitoring signaling instead of directly monitoring and controlling the audio and video call devices of the family end and the patient end, so that the interference on the normal call of the family patient caused in practice is avoided, and the satisfaction degree of the patient and the family can be improved.
It should be noted that, before the first terminal starts to listen to the call between the second terminal and the third terminal, the first terminal first determines that a P2P call exists between the second terminal and the third terminal.
In the case where a P2P call exists between the second terminal and the third terminal, the first terminal transmits a request monitoring signaling to the second terminal and also transmits a request monitoring signaling to the third terminal.
And 102, the first terminal receives monitoring allowing signaling sent by the second terminal and the third terminal.
After receiving the request monitoring signaling, the second terminal and the third terminal judge whether the first terminal is legal or not according to the identity of the first terminal contained in the request monitoring signaling, and only return the monitoring-allowed signaling if the first terminal is legal. At this time, the first terminal receives monitoring permission signaling from the second terminal, and the first terminal receives monitoring permission signaling from the third terminal. Therefore, the conversation between the second terminal and the third terminal can not be monitored and controlled by an illegal third party, and the privacy and the safety of the conversation when the family members visit the patient are ensured.
In an embodiment of the present application, the identity of the first terminal carried in the request monitoring signaling includes one or more of the following: terminal number, terminal name, terminal MAC address. In a specific scenario, the identity identifier may be a service role associated with the terminal, a nursing unit and a department where the terminal is located, and the like.
It should be noted that, when the second terminal and the third terminal judge the validity of the first terminal, the validity of the first terminal may be verified according to some existing methods, such as RSA algorithm, digital signature, and other technologies, which is not described in this embodiment.
And 103, the first terminal sends monitoring signaling to the second terminal and the third terminal respectively, and establishes P2P connection with the second terminal and the third terminal respectively based on the monitoring signaling.
After receiving the monitoring permission signaling sent by the second terminal and the third terminal, the first terminal sends the monitoring signaling to the second terminal and simultaneously sends the monitoring signaling to the third terminal. After receiving the monitoring signaling, the second terminal and the third terminal establish a P2P connection with the first terminal respectively.
It should be noted that the monitoring signaling is used to determine whether to transmit audio data and video data to the second terminal and the third terminal. In a practical application scene, a patient or a family member can select whether to check the audio and video of the medical staff according to the requirement. If the family members or the patients need to communicate with certain matters with the medical care personnel, the first terminal sends the video and audio data of the local terminal to the second terminal and the third terminal; if the family members and the patients do not need to check the audio and video of the medical staff, the first terminal does not need to send the video data and the audio data to the second terminal and the third terminal.
And step 104, the first terminal receives and stores the call data.
After the first terminal establishes P2P connections with the second terminal and the third terminal, respectively, the second terminal and the third terminal respectively transmit their own audio data and video data to the first terminal. The first terminal saves the received video data and audio data, renders and plays the video data and the audio data, and therefore the purpose of monitoring in the embodiment of the application is achieved.
After the first terminal receives the audio and video data of the second terminal and the third terminal, two windows can be simultaneously displayed on the display screen to respectively display the respective video pictures of the second terminal and the third terminal, and one of the windows can be selected to click the full-screen button so as to observe the video picture of a specific certain end in detail. In an actual application scenario, the medical staff can act on the display screen of the first terminal, and select the zooming-in or zooming-out operation to check the specific details of the patient in the communication process, so that the state of illness of the patient can be mastered in time.
In the embodiment of the application, when the second terminal and the third terminal respectively send respective audio and video data to the first terminal, the first terminal can upload the received audio and video data to the server besides playing the received audio and video in real time, so that the call video can be called for viewing at a later stage according to needs.
And 105, the first terminal controls the communication disconnection between the second terminal and the third terminal.
The first terminal monitors the conversation content between the second terminal and the third terminal under the condition that the conversation audios and videos of the second terminal and the third terminal are successfully played, and controls the conversation between the second terminal and the third terminal to be disconnected under the condition that the information related to the conversation data meets the preset conditions.
In an embodiment of the present application, the information related to the call data meets a preset condition, which may specifically be: the volume of the call between the second terminal and the third terminal is higher than a first preset threshold, and the call time between the first terminal and the second terminal is larger than a second preset threshold.
Specifically, in an actual application scenario, when a family visits a critical care patient, the emotion is excited, the call volume is inevitably too high, the first preset threshold is used as a standard for judging the too high volume, and when the volume of the passing voice is higher than a decibel value of the volume in the first preset threshold, the corresponding detection system in the first terminal is triggered and prompts medical staff to take place of the situation in the form of characters or voice and the like on a display screen of the first terminal. When the conversation time of the family members and the patients exceeds the time set by the second preset threshold value, the detection system is also triggered and the medical care personnel is prompted to deal with the situation in time.
In an embodiment of the application, a first terminal sends an insertion signaling and audio and video data to a second terminal, the first terminal sends the insertion signaling and the audio and video data to a third terminal at the same time, and the second terminal and the third terminal receive the insertion signaling and play the audio and video data. In a specific application scenario, after seeing a prompt that information related to call data meets preset conditions, medical staff can send a voice prompt to inform families and patients of paying attention to emotion, speaking modes and the like, and the voice prompt is respectively played on video call devices of the families and the patients.
In addition, the inter-cut signaling is used for controlling the second terminal and the third terminal to play the audio data in the embodiment of the application. That is, after the first terminal transmits the call-in signaling, the second terminal and the third terminal must play audio data transmitted along with the call-in signaling. Therefore, the medical staff can be ensured to remind the family members and the patients of matters needing attention when visiting the communication according to the actual needs, and the items can be known by the family members and the patients in time, so that the medical accidents which possibly happen are avoided.
It should be noted that, when the first terminal sends the monitoring signaling and monitors the process of the call between the second terminal and the third terminal, the first terminal sends the audio/video data to the second terminal and the third terminal, instead of being mandatory, the first terminal negotiates with the second terminal and the third terminal through the signaling protocol of the monitoring signaling whether to send the audio/video data, and the second terminal and the third terminal do not necessarily play the audio/video from the first terminal.
In an embodiment of the present application, the controlling, by the first terminal, the disconnection of communication between the second terminal and the third terminal specifically includes: the method comprises the steps that a first terminal determines that information related to call data meets a preset condition; the first terminal sends a hang-up signaling to the second terminal and sends a hang-up signaling to the third terminal at the same time, and the second terminal and the third terminal disconnect the conversation after receiving the hang-up signaling. The hang-up signaling is used for controlling the disconnection of the P2P connection between the second terminal and the third terminal. In the actual application process, the hang-up signaling is also used for controlling resource release between the second terminal and the third terminal, such as audio acquisition, a de-encoder, an audio and video playing component, and video acquisition and rendering.
In a specific application scenario, after the medical staff sends the voice prompt, the emotion of the patient and family members still cannot be restored, and if the medical staff is left to continue the situation, the condition of the patient is further worsened, and the later treatment is not favorably and smoothly carried out. At the moment, the medical staff can respectively send hang-up signaling to the second terminal and the third terminal through the first terminal, and the second terminal and the third terminal automatically disconnect the conversation after receiving the hang-up signaling. Thereby ensuring that the patient can recover the emotion as soon as possible and get a rest in time.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a process in which a first terminal establishes a call with a second terminal and a third terminal according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the first terminal first determines that no P2P call is established between the second terminal and the third terminal, and only if no P2P connection exists between the second terminal and the third terminal, the process of establishing a call this time is necessary. The process of determining that no P2P call exists by the first terminal may be a method of sending a communication check signaling to the second terminal and the third terminal, respectively, and the description does not specifically limit this method.
And then the first terminal sends a probing signaling to the second terminal and simultaneously sends the probing signaling to the third terminal, the second terminal returns a probing success signaling to the first terminal after receiving the probing signaling, and the third terminal returns a probing success signaling to the first terminal after receiving the probing signaling. In the embodiment of the application, whether the condition for establishing the call exists between the second terminal and the third terminal is determined by sending the probe signaling, rather than directly establishing the call between the second terminal and the third terminal. In a practical scenario, the family and the patient or other persons are in conversation, and the confirmation of the existence of the situation through heuristic signaling can ensure that other calls of the family and the patient are not disturbed.
The first terminal sends connection signaling to the second terminal to establish a P2P connection between the second terminal and the third terminal. And after receiving the connection signaling, the second terminal sends the connection signaling to the third terminal and establishes P2P connection with the third terminal through the connection signaling.
By the method, the first terminal successfully establishes the P2P call with the second terminal and the third terminal, and in an actual application scene, when a patient in an intensive care unit cannot click a screen to make a call with a family member due to the inconvenience of limbs, medical staff can control the family member terminal and the patient terminal to establish the call, so that the call between the family member and the patient is facilitated.
In an embodiment of the present application, after the first terminal sends probe signaling to the second terminal and the third terminal, the first terminal further needs to determine current call states of the second terminal and the third terminal, and if the current call states of the second terminal and the third terminal are idle states, both the second terminal and the third terminal return probe success signaling to the first terminal.
If one or both of the second terminal and the third terminal are in the busy state, the first terminal firstly determines whether the priority of the call to be established is higher than the priority of the current call relation of the second terminal and/or the third terminal. Under the condition that the call to be established at this time is high in priority, the second terminal and/or the third terminal returns a probe success signaling to the first terminal; and under the condition that the priority is low, the second terminal and/or the third terminal returns to the first terminal that the first terminal is busy. Wherein, the current call relation priority refers to the call relation priority between the second terminal and/or the third terminal and other terminals in communication.
In an actual application scenario, when the medical staff establishes a call with the family members and the patients, the call is established according to the current respective call conditions of the family members and the patients, and the call can be successfully established only when the call state of the family members and the patients is an idle state or the priority of the call to be established is high, so that other calls are not interrupted when the family members and the patients have other important calls.
Based on the same inventive concept, the method embodiment provided by the embodiment of the present application further provides a monitoring control device based on P2P call.
