所述橡胶层的配方为:以100重量份的橡胶组份为基准,含有三嗪类黏合剂20-30重量份、白炭黑20-30重量份、钴含量为0.03-1重量份的有机酸钴盐、硅烷偶联剂1-4份、活化剂3-10份、防老剂1-6份、促进剂0.5-10份、加工助剂1-4份、普通硫磺0.5-5份、抗撕裂助剂1-6份和酚醛增粘树脂1-5份。
所述柜体1内设有监控主机3、传感器组件、风扇组件、无线通讯装置4、单片机5和风扇控制电路,所述风扇组件包括第一风扇11、第二风扇12和第三风扇13,所述风扇控制电路包括第一控制电路、第二控制电路和第三控制电路;单片机5通过第一风扇控制电路控制第一风扇的工作状态,通过第二风扇控制电路控制第二风扇的工作状态,通过第三风扇控制电路控制第三风扇的工作状态。本实施例中,单片机5的型号是MSP430G2553,在其他实施例中,单片机5的型号也可以采用本领域技术人员熟知的其他型号。
所述监控主机通过RS485总线与传感器组件通信连接。所述风扇控制电路与传感器组件信号连接,所述传感器组用于采集柜体1内部的运行数据,单片机5用于根据传感器组件检测的数值来控制风扇组件的工作状态。所述传感器组包括湿度传感器6、温度传感器7、烟雾传感器8和红外传感器9。本实施例中,湿度传感器6的型号采用SH12P,温度传感器7的型号采用TR/02010,在其他实施例中,也可以采用其他型号。
具体的,所述温度传感器7用于检测柜体内的温度,当温度达到第一温度预设值时,单片机5通过第一控制电路控制第一风扇11转动;当温度达到第二温度预设值时,单片机5通过第一控制电路控制第一风扇11工作,同时通过第二控制电路控制第二风扇12工作;当温度达到第三温度预设值时,单片机5通过第一控制电路控制第一风扇工作,同时通过第二控制电路控制第二风扇工作,同时通过第二控制电路控制第三风扇工作;本实施例中,所述第一预设温度数值的取值范围为30-35度,第二预设温度数值取值范围为35-40度,第三温度预设数值的取值范围为40-45度。
所述柜体1内设有除湿器17,所述单片机5分别与除湿器17和湿度传感器6电连接,所述控制电路包括第四控制电路,第四控制电路与除湿器17电连接,所述湿度传感器6用于检测柜体1内的湿度,当湿度传感器6检测的数值大于第一湿度预设值时,单片机5通过第四控制电路控制除湿器17工作,当湿度传感器6检测的数值小于第二湿度预设值时,单片机5通过第四控制电路控制除湿器17停止工作。其中,第一湿度预设值的取值范围大于第二湿度预设值的取值范围,具体数值可以根据实际需求进行设定。所述监控主机3包括处理器、通信单元和显示器,所述处理器通过通信单元与远程服务器相连,所述显示器与处理器相连并用于显示上所述运行数据。所述监控主机2与传感器组件电连接,并将运行数据上传远程服务器,便于远程监控。
所述远程服务器上设有报警器,所述报警器与单片机信号连接,单片机5根据烟雾传感器8和红外传感器9检测的信号控制报警器发出报警,便于远程安全监控,避免发生火灾及其他无关人员或小动物进出变电柜,提高了变电柜的安全性。
所述隔板14上设有蓄电池15;所述柜体1的顶部设有太阳能电池板16,所述太阳能电池板16与蓄电池15连接,所述蓄电池15为风扇组件和传感器组件供电,无需额外供电装置,起到节省能源的作用。

Claims (10)

1.一种电力营销用变电柜,其特征在于:包括柜体(1)和柜门(2),所述柜体(1)内设有监控主机(3)、传感器组件、风扇组件、无线通讯装置(4)、单片机(5)和控制电路,所述控制电路分别与单片机(5)和传感器组件信号连接,所述传感器组用于采集柜体(1)内部的运行数据,单片机(5)用于根据传感器组件检测的数值来控制风扇组件的工作状态;所述监控主机(2)与传感器组件电连接,并将运行数据上传远程服务器;所述传感器组包括湿度传感器(6)、温度传感器(7)、烟雾传感器(8)和红外传感器(9),所述柜体(1)和柜门(2)上分别设有通风口(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力营销用变电柜,其特征在于:所述柜体(1)包括从外至内依次通过螺栓连接的外保护层(101)、辐射导热层(102)、阻燃隔音层(103)和弹性隔音层(104),所述外保护层(101)的外侧壁涂有散热降温涂料,所述弹性隔音层(104)的内侧壁设有橡胶层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电力营销用变电柜,其特征在于:所述监控主机(3)包括处理器、通信单元和显示器,所述处理器通过通信单元与远程服务器相连,所述显示器与处理器相连并用于显示上所述运行数据。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电力营销用变电柜,其特征在于:所述散热降温涂料包括以下组分:0.1-0.6份硅烷偶联剂,1-15份氮化铝,10-25份氧化铝,2-10份磷酸钛,20-70份水,10-25份水性环氧树脂。
5.根据权利要求2所述的电力营销用变电柜,其特征在于:所述橡胶层的配方为:以100重量份的橡胶组份为基准,含有三嗪类黏合剂20-30重量份、白炭黑20-30重量份、钴含量为0.03-1重量份的有机酸钴盐、硅烷偶联剂1-4份、活化剂3-10份、防老剂1-6份、促进剂0.5-10份、加工助剂1-4份、普通硫磺0.5-5份、抗撕裂助剂1-6份和酚醛增粘树脂1-5份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电力营销用变电柜,其特征在于:所述风扇组件包括第一风扇(11)、第二风扇(12)和第三风扇(13),所述控制电路包括第一控制电路、第二控制电路和第三控制电路;所述温度传感器(7)用于检测柜体内的温度,当温度达到第一温度预设值时,单片机(5)通过第一控制电路控制第一风扇(11)转动;当温度达到第二温度预设值时,单片机(5)通过第一控制电路控制第一风扇(11)工作,同时通过第二控制电路控制第二风扇(12)工作;当温度达到第三温度预设值时,单片机(5)通过第一控制电路控制第一风扇工作,同时通过第二控制电路控制第二风扇工作,同时通过第二控制电路控制第三风扇工作;所述第一预设温度数值小于第二预设温度数值,第二预设温度数值小于第三温度预设数值。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电力营销用变电柜,其特征在于:所述柜体(1)内设有除湿器(17),所述单片机(5)分别与除湿器(17)和湿度传感器(6)电连接,所述控制电路包括第四控制电路,第四控制电路与除湿器(17)电连接,所述湿度传感器(6)用于检测柜体(1)内的湿度,当湿度传感器(6)检测的数值大于第一湿度预设值时,单片机(5)通过第四控制电路控制除湿器(17)工作,当湿度传感器(6)检测的数值小于第二湿度预设值时,单片机(5)通过第四控制电路控制除湿器(17)停止工作。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电力营销用变电柜,其特征在于:所述柜体内设有多个间隔分布的隔板(14),所述隔板(14)将柜体(1)内部分割为多个存储空间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电力营销用变电柜,其特征在于:所述隔板(14)上设有蓄电池(15);所述柜体(1)的顶部设有太阳能电池板(16),所述太阳能电池板(16)与蓄电池(15)连接,所述蓄电池(15)为风扇组件和传感器组件供电。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电力营销用变电柜,其特征在于:所述远程服务器上设有报警器,所述报警器与单片机信号连接,单片机(5)根据烟雾传感器(8)和红外传感器(9)检测的信号控制报警器发出报警。
