Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power line protection tools, in particular to a cross locking type anti-drop ground clamp for a power line.
Background
When the power-off maintenance operation of the power transmission line is carried out, the assembly and disassembly of the grounding wire are technical measures for ensuring safety. At present, the short circuit grounding wire clamp used by the alternating current-direct current circuit with the voltage level of 10kV and above is mostly an impact duckbilled wire clamp and a tongue-shaped compression wire clamp, and due to the structural and principle defects of the type of wire clamp, the potential safety hazard that the wire clamp and a wire are not firmly contacted, knocked or pulled to easily fall exists, meanwhile, the existing grounding wire is in a non-monitoring state in the whole course of the operation process, especially, in the long-time overhaul process, the grounding wire state cannot be effectively monitored for a long time, and the potential safety hazard is very large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cross locking type anti-falling grounding wire clamp for a power line, which has the characteristics of safety, anti-falling, reduction of potential safety hazard, simplicity in use and easiness in operation.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a cross locking type anti-drop grounding wire clamp for a power line comprises a U-shaped hook, wherein two inner sides of the U-shaped hook are rotatably connected with clamp arms, a first torsion spring is arranged between the clamp arms and the U-shaped hook, an anti-drop part capable of sliding in the vertical direction is arranged at the lower part of one side surface of the U-shaped hook, anti-drop arms are arranged on two sides of the anti-drop part, and the anti-drop arms are rotatably connected with the U-shaped hook;
the two sides of the anti-falling part are provided with first teeth, the anti-falling arms are provided with second teeth meshed with the first teeth, when a lead enters the U-shaped hook, the lead firstly contacts the anti-falling part to drive the anti-falling part to slide, so that the two anti-falling arms rotate towards the direction of mutual approaching to seal the opening of the U-shaped hook;
the back of the anti-falling component is provided with an anti-falling ratchet, the U-shaped hook is rotatably connected with a pawl matched with the anti-falling ratchet, and a second torsion spring is arranged between the pawl and the U-shaped hook so that the pawl is kept in contact with the anti-falling ratchet.
Optionally, the hook comprises two parallel U-shaped plates arranged side by side, and a connecting rib connecting the two U-shaped plates.
Optionally, the connecting rib and the two U-shaped plates are integrally formed.
Optionally, the both sides of anticreep part are equipped with the spout, one of them be equipped with the bar groove on the U template, the both sides card in bar groove the spout and with spout sliding connection.
Optionally, the pawl is connected with an unlocking ring, the unlocking ring is connected with an insulating unlocking rope, and the pawl can be separated from the anti-falling ratchet by pulling the insulating unlocking rope.
Optionally, the anti-dropping part is provided with an arc-shaped surface at one end contacted with the wire, and the arc-shaped surface can be attached to the surface of the wire.
Optionally, the anti-falling arm has an arc structure, and the openings of the two anti-falling arms are arranged oppositely.
Optionally, the bottom ends of the two clamping arms are provided with grooves on opposite sides.
Optionally, one side of the U-shaped hook is connected with a connection terminal.
The invention has at least the following advantages and beneficial effects: in the invention, two sides of the anti-falling part are both provided with anti-falling arms which are rotatably connected with the hook; the anti-falling device is simple and easy to operate, when in use, a lead is only required to be put into the hook, and when in use, the lead contacts the end part of the anti-falling part firstly to drive the anti-falling part to slide, so that the two anti-falling arms rotate towards the direction of mutual approaching together to seal the opening of the U-shaped hook, and the lead is further sealed in the U-shaped hook, namely a sealed space formed by the two anti-falling arms;
the back of anticreep part is equipped with the anticreep ratchet, rotate on the U type couple be connected with anticreep ratchet complex pawl, be equipped with second torque spring between pawl and the U type couple, so that the pawl with anticreep ratchet keep in touch, pawl and ratchet's cooperation make the anticreep part can only slide towards the direction of keeping away from the wire (promptly under the prerequisite of pawl and ratchet mutually supporting, two anti-drop arms can only rotate towards the direction of drawing close each other), thereby reached and avoided the wire to take off, greatly reduced the potential safety hazard.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a cross locking type anti-drop ground clamp for a power line includes a U-shaped hook 1, two inner sides of the U-shaped hook 1 are rotatably connected with clamping arms 2, a first torsion spring 3 is arranged between the clamping arms 2 and the U-shaped hook 1, and the two clamping arms 2 maintain clamping force through the arranged torsion springs.

When the conductor 6 needs to be taken out from the U-shaped hook 1 after the grounding operation is finished (as shown in fig. 7), the operator only needs to pull the insulation unlocking rope 11 with force, at this time, the present invention is rotated by 180 degrees around the conductor 6 as a whole under the pulling attraction, so that the opening of the U-shaped hook 1 faces downward, and the operator pulls the insulation unlocking rope 11 with force again, so that the pawl 8 is separated from the anti-falling ratchet 402, the anti-falling part 4 can slide toward the conductor 6, and the anti-falling arm 5 is opened, so that the conductor 6 is taken out.
