Description

Knife switch
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power equipment, in particular to a disconnecting link.
Background
At present, an isolation disconnecting link is mainly installed on a low-voltage line switch and a transformer rack in a distribution network so as to enable an electrified body and maintenance equipment to have an obvious disconnection point when power failure maintenance is carried out. The main structural principle of the existing high-voltage isolation disconnecting link is that a loop is conducted in a mode that two copper strips of a moving contact of the disconnecting link are additionally provided with spring pressure to clamp a static contact of the disconnecting link.
1. When the pressure of the knife switch spring is adjusted to be too tight, the knife switch is easy to be closed; loose adjustment, easy generation of heating defect due to poor contact;
2. in the daily power-on and power-off operation process, workers need to open and close the isolation switch, and the isolation switch is frequently operated, so that the elasticity of a switch spring mechanism is gradually reduced, and the contact between a moving contact of the switch and a static contact of the switch is widened to generate heat;
3. the defect that a moving contact of the disconnecting link is deformed easily because the standing angle of a person and the disconnecting link are not on the same horizontal line during operation is influenced by the topographic environment where equipment is installed;
4. influenced by personnel's self operating skill, probably not in place because of the dynamics is not enough when closing a floodgate and leave the potential safety hazard, operating personnel judge the distance of pulling open by mistake after the switch pull open and cause the not enough safety distance between the sound contact and the stationary contact to threaten constructor personal safety.
