The working process is as follows: a worker opens a machine body shell 1 through a key to place pork to be sold into a display mechanism 2 with a refrigerating and fresh-keeping function, the pork is selected by a customer to be sold, the customer can clearly observe the condition of each pork through visual glass arranged on the machine body shell 1, then the price of the pork is clearly known according to a display screen 5, then the customer can automatically control the display mechanism 2 to drive a meat clamping mechanism 3 to start working through controlling an operation screen 7, so that the meat clamping mechanism 3 clamps the pork in the display mechanism 2 and moves to a meat cutting mechanism 4, the meat cutting mechanism 4 cuts the pork under the driving of the display mechanism 2, the customer can select the size of the meat through controlling the operation screen 7, the operation screen 7 controls the size of the cut pork through controlling the movement of the meat cutting mechanism 4, then the pork is shoveled out to the meat cutting mechanism 4 by the meat clamping mechanism 3, and the customer takes a collecting bag from a hook 6, and then the pork is taken out from the meat cutting mechanism 4, so that the invention realizes that customers sell and buy the pork by themselves when in use, solves the problems that the pork is easy to be infected with dust, bacteria and the like after being exposed in the air for a long time, also solves the problem of manpower consumption, and realizes a selling mode that the pork is efficient, convenient, clean and sanitary from selling to buying.
