The intelligent shopping guide screen can realize interaction with customers through product induction and identification, the customers can change large-screen playing contents at any time and order interested product information, and the interactive shopping guide screen adds fun for purchasing. The shopping guide robot is an intelligent device for replacing manual shopping guide, and has the functions of shopping guide consultation, position guidance, product information transmission, communication interaction and the like.
The structure of the business site of the present application in one embodiment is described in detail above. The principle of tracking the trajectory of a person in a business will be further explained below with reference to specific embodiments.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of an intelligent shopping guide method in a commercial site according to an embodiment of the present application. The intelligent shopping guide method in the present embodiment includes step S201 and step S202.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the intelligent shopping guide method in a business place is applied to a background management device in the business place. Such as a computer device including components such as memory, a memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), a peripheral interface, RF circuitry, audio circuitry, speakers, a microphone, an input/output (I/O) subsystem, a display screen, other output or control devices, and external ports; the computer device includes, but is not limited to, a Personal computer such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, a smart television, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). The background management device may also be a server, and the server may be arranged on one or more entity servers according to various factors such as functions, loads, and the like, or may be formed by a distributed or centralized server cluster, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In step S201, identity information of the customer is acquired from the shopping guide apparatus, and a matching customer portrait is selected from a pre-stored portrait library according to the acquired identity information of the customer.
In one embodiment, the identity information includes facial feature information and/or customer ID information. Specifically, the shopping guide device can be provided with a camera for collecting the face image of the customer, and transmits the collected face image to the background management equipment for the background management equipment to analyze and acquire the identity information of the customer. Or, the shopping guide device can also be provided with a collecting device for collecting the customer ID number, the customer can input the customer ID number through RFID card swiping, keyboard operation, touch screen operation or other modes, the shopping guide device transmits the collected customer ID information to the background management equipment, and the background management equipment analyzes and acquires the identity information of the customer.
In one embodiment, the portrait dimension of the customer representation includes: facial features and/or customer ID, further comprising: any one or more combinations of age, gender, merchant stay, amount of consumption, and number of merchant visits.
In step S202, corresponding shopping guide information is generated according to the selected customer portrait and based on a shopping guide policy meeting the purchase demand of the customer, and the shopping guide information is sent to the shopping guide apparatus, so that the shopping guide apparatus can display the shopping guide information outwards.
In one embodiment, the shopping guide strategy according to the purchase demand of the customer comprises any one or more of the following strategies:
shopping guide strategy 1: and judging the purchasing demand of the customer according to the track of the customer in the commercial place on the current day, and recommending corresponding commodity/merchant information to the customer.
Specifically, the tracking trajectory information of the customers in the mall may be generated according to a pedestrian detection analysis algorithm and a target tracking algorithm performed on the customers entering the mall respectively, such as: the image information of the customer W is respectively collected through a camera in a commercial place, and the track of the customer W is obtained based on the image information of the customer W according to a pedestrian detection analysis algorithm and a target tracking algorithm (for example, after entering a market, the customer enters a merchant area 1, and then enters a public area from the merchant area 1 and enters an elevator).
After the track of the customer in the commercial place on the current day is obtained and the purchasing demand of the customer is judged, the corresponding commodity/merchant information is recommended to the customer according to the purchasing demand of the customer. For example: if the track of a customer in a shopping mall includes a plurality of refrigerator merchants, the purchase demand of the customer can be judged to be the refrigerator and related products according to the track, so that the refrigerator and related commodity/merchant information can be recommended to the customer.
Shopping guide strategy 2: and judging the purchasing demand of the customer according to the interactive information of the customer and the shopping guide device, and recommending corresponding commodity/merchant information to the customer. The interaction of the customer with the shopping guide device includes, but is not limited to, voice interaction, touch screen interaction, physical keyboard interaction, and the like.
Shopping guide strategy 3: and judging the purchasing demand of the customer according to the historical purchasing record of the customer in the commercial site, and recommending corresponding commodity/merchant information to the customer.
In one embodiment, the purchasing demand of the customer is judged according to the historical purchasing record of the customer in the commercial site, so that the commodities/merchants similar to or matched with the commodities/merchants in the historical record are recommended to the customer. For example: the shopping record of the customer shows that the customer bought the furniture bed in the shopping mall, and similar goods/merchants, such as sofa/sofa merchants or wardrobe/wardrobe merchants, etc., can be recommended to the customer according to the shopping record; or the matched commodities/merchants, such as mattress/mattress merchants or four-piece/four-piece merchants, can be recommended to the customer according to the shopping record. Therefore, the historical shopping requirements and the future shopping requirements of the customers are mined according to the historical shopping records of the customers, the customers want or even do not want the customers, and the shopping experience of the customers is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, the shopping guide strategies meeting the purchase demands of the customers include the shopping guide strategy 1, the shopping guide strategy 2 and the shopping guide strategy 3; wherein, the shopping guide strategy 1 has a higher priority than the shopping guide strategy 2, and the shopping guide strategy 2 has a higher priority than the shopping guide strategy 3.
It should be noted that, although the shopping guide policy 1, the shopping guide policy 2, and the shopping guide policy 3 may be implemented as the customer shopping guide, the priority of the shopping guide policy 1 is set higher than that of the shopping guide policy 2 in this embodiment, considering that the track of the customer in the commercial site on the same day can most accurately reflect the purchase demand of the customer in real time. In addition, the priority of the shopping guide strategy 3 is set to be higher than that of the shopping guide strategy 3 in the embodiment, considering that the interaction information between the customer and the shopping guide device can reflect the purchase demand of the customer most accurately in real time compared with the historical purchase record of the customer in the commercial place. Through the setting of the priority, the commodity/merchant information recommended based on the shopping guide strategy II can be ensured to be real-time, effective and closer to the customer requirements.
