Detailed Description
As mentioned above, there are many drawbacks in the prior art that the legal documents are transmitted to the receiving party by mailing a registration message. The embodiments of the present application provide at least a method and apparatus for communicating legal documents, which is intended to address one or more of the aforementioned deficiencies.
Fig. 1 shows a system framework diagram of the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a client program (e.g., a mail client) belonging to the same communication platform may be deployed in each of the terminal 101 and the terminal 102; the client program may be a communication processing unit included in the apparatus for communicating legal documents provided in any one of the embodiments of the present application. The user a, as a sender of the legal document, may be a court or other institution (or a staff of the court or other institution), registers a communication account (e.g., a mail address) in the communication platform through a client program deployed in the terminal 101; the user B, as a receiver of the legal document, registers a communication account in the communication platform through a client program deployed in the terminal 102. Thus, the terminal 101 can send a communication message to the communication account registered in the communication platform by the user a through the communication account registered in the communication platform by the user B; accordingly, the terminal 102 may receive the communication message from the terminal 101 through the communication account registered by the user B in the communication platform.
It is understood that the communication account and communication platform may be of other types. For example, the communication platform may be a mobile communication network, and the communication account may be a mobile phone number registered in the mobile communication network by the terminal according to the corresponding SIM card; accordingly, the terminal 102 may receive the communication message from the terminal 101 through the deployed sms module and the mobile phone number registered in the mobile communication network.
The server 103 may receive related information uploaded by a court or other organization, such as legal documents to be communicated to the user B and identity information of the user B, specifically, a mobile phone number, an identification number, and the like of the user B. The server 103 can also be in butt joint with a plurality of third-party service platforms, and obtain specific information from the third-party service platforms; for example, according to the identity information of the user B, the identity of the terminal 102 held by the user B is obtained from a service platform of a third party, and the sample biometric information of the user B is obtained from a service platform of another third party.
The following describes in detail the process of performing information interaction between the terminal 101 and the terminal 102 and between the server 103 and the terminal 102 to convey the legal document to the user B, with reference to the system framework shown in fig. 1. Wherein the method of communicating a legal instrument includes some or all of the steps shown in figure 2.
First, in step 201, the server 103 determines a legal document to be communicated, an identification of the terminal 102 held by a recipient of the legal document, and sample biometric information of the recipient. And, in step 202, the terminal 102 receives the communication message through a communication account in which the recipient of the legal document is registered in the communication platform.
Legal documents may include, but are not limited to: administrative penalties/process decisions, property/evidence warranty adjudications, summons, interceding books, or payment orders.
The identity of the terminal 102 may include, but is not limited to: the IMSI of the IMS card provided in the terminal 102 or the IMEI of the terminal 102.
Biometric information may include, but is not limited to: face feature information, fingerprint feature information, or iris feature information. It should be noted that the sample biometric information of the receiving party refers to biometric information of the receiving party acquired in advance, and specifically may be face feature information extracted from a face image on an identity card of the user B.
In some embodiments, the legal instrument to be communicated to user B, the identity of terminal 102, and the sample biometric information of user B may be stored in association in server 103 or other designated storage device.
It should be noted that the communication message is sent by a communication account registered in the communication platform by the sender of the legal document (i.e., user a). More specifically, when a court or other institution (as user a) desires to send a legal document to user B, user a may operate terminal 101 to cause terminal 101 to send a communication message to user B's communication account registered in the communication platform via user a's communication account registered in the communication platform.
It should be noted that the communication message at least includes a target URL corresponding to the target webpage, and optionally includes prompt information, where the prompt information is used to instruct a current user holding the terminal 102 to operate the target URL, so that the terminal 102 obtains the prompt information of the legal document. For example, the prompt may include "please trigger the URL and get legal documents from XXX court as indicated".
Next, in step 203, the terminal 102 sends a web page acquisition request including the target URL to the server 103 in response to a trigger operation of the target URL by the current user holding the terminal 102.
For example, the communication platform is an email system, the terminal 101 may register a mail address in the email system through a deployed mail client and the user a, register the mail address in the email system with the user B, and send an email whose mail content includes a target URL, where the mail content of the email is a communication message. The terminal 102 may receive the mail content of the electronic mail by its deployed mail client and the mail address registered by the user B in the mail system. When the terminal 102 displays the mail content of the email, the current user holding the terminal 102 (the current user may be the user B, or may be another user other than the user B) may complete the trigger operation on the target URL by clicking/touching the area where the target URL is located, so that the terminal 102 sends a web page acquisition request including the target URL to the server 103.
Accordingly, the server 103 may execute step 204, and when receiving the web page obtaining request containing the target URL from the terminal 102, send the target web page corresponding to the target URL to the terminal 102.
Accordingly, the terminal 102 may perform step 205, receive and display the target web page from the server 103.
The target web page is used to instruct the current user holding the terminal 102 to perform a predetermined transaction, thereby causing the terminal 102 to perform steps 2061 and 2062.
Specifically, in step 2061, when the current user holding the terminal 102 performs a predetermined transaction, the identity of the terminal 102 and the current biometric information of the current user are acquired. At step 2062, a legal instrument acquisition request containing the identification and current biometric information is sent to server 103.
In some embodiments, the target web page may include a corresponding graphical user interface. The graphical user interface comprises a face image acquisition area, text prompt contents and control elements. For example, referring to fig. 3, the text content included in the graphical user interface of the target web page may be "please place a face image in the face image acquisition area and then press the determination button", where the determination button may be understood as a control element; the current user holding the terminal 102 can adjust the pose of the face of the current user and/or the pose of the terminal 102 based on the indication of the text content, so that the face image of the current user, which can be acquired by the camera of the terminal 102, is located in the face image acquisition area, and then the area where the text is located is determined by touch/press, so that the terminal 102 finishes acquiring the face image of the current user, and the current face feature information of the current user is obtained based on the acquired face image.
In some embodiments, terminal 102 is configured with a fingerprinting module located below the display screen. The graphical user interface of the target web page may include a fingerprint collection area and text prompt content. The current user holding the terminal 102 can press the finger of the current user in the fingerprint acquisition area correspondingly according to the indication of the text prompt content, so that the terminal 102 acquires the current fingerprint feature information of the current user through the fingerprint acquisition module configured by the terminal 102.
Accordingly, the server 103 may perform step 207 of determining whether the current biometric information matches the sample biometric information when receiving the legal document acquisition request from the terminal 102.
More specifically, the server 103 may find, according to the identifier of the terminal 102 included in the legal document acquisition request, sample biometric information that is stored in the server 103 or a designated storage device and that is associated with the identifier of the terminal 102, then calculate a degree of matching between the sample biometric information and the current biometric information, and determine that the current biometric information matches with the sample biometric information when the calculated degree of matching is greater than a preset threshold.
It should be noted that, in the case where the current biometric information matches the sample biometric information, the current user who is in possession of the terminal 102 at this time and desires to acquire the legal document through the terminal 102 is the recipient of the legal document determined in step 202.
Accordingly, if the current biometric information matches the sample biometric information, the server 103 further performs step 208 of transmitting the legal document to the terminal 102.
Accordingly, the terminal 102 may perform step 209 of displaying the legal document from the server 103 after receiving the legal document from the server 103.
In some embodiments, unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the server 103 may also determine the current time of sending the legal document and store the current time, the identity, and the legal document association to the blockchain.
