Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有负氧离子远红外线的保健眼镜框及其制备方法。所述的保健眼镜框,其由下列重量比的原料配置而成:塑料:保健添加剂:流动剂:色料=1000:40~45:0.01~5:0.25~0.5。佩戴本发明的眼镜时可释放高氧负离子和远红外线,具有促进眼睛的血液循环,消除眼部疲劳,调节眼睛正负离子平衡,缓解眼部神经紧张,让眼球得到放松的作用。特别是针对眼疲劳,近视,老花眼,远视,青光眼,白内障,飞蚊症和散光的患者,本发明眼镜具有帮助患者改善视力的积极效果。

本发明涉及眼镜制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有负离子远红外线的保健眼镜框及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今社会,由于工作生活节奏的加快,全民上网,眼睛长期面对手机电脑等电子产品,容易发生用眼过度和疲劳。引发眼睛各种问题和疾病。产生了手脚麻木、颈肩疼痛、腰膝酸软、呼吸不顺,周身不适的人群,平时因工作繁忙,经常感到疲劳的人群,需要活力的运动员和运动后感觉疲劳的人群,长期驾车及办公室伏案工作的人群,久吹空调,经常接触电脑、手机等电磁辐射的人群,需要集中精力的学生,有各种痛症、凉症等身体虚弱者。这些亚健康人群一般都会采用药物或传统理疗保健产品来进行康 复治疗,但是这些对眼睛保健操,按摩,针灸等传统治疗方法操作不方便,疗效也不理想。
因此,如何克服现有对眼睛保健操,按摩,针灸等传统治疗方法操作不方便,疗效也不理想的缺陷是业界亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有对眼睛保健操,按摩,针灸等传统治疗方法操作不方便,疗效也不理想的缺陷是业界亟待解决的问题,提出一种含有负离子远红外线的保健眼镜框及其制备方法。本发明提供的保健眼镜框制作的眼镜使用方便,保健效果永久,并可有效地缓解、减轻和调节人身体亚健康状态。
本发明提出的一种含有负氧离子远红外线的保健眼镜框,其由下列重量比的原料配置而成 :塑料 :保健添加剂 :流动剂 :色料 = 1000 :40~45 :0.01~5 :0.25~0.5。
优选的,所述的塑料为TR90(塑胶钛)塑料。
优选的,所述的保健添加剂,其由下列重量百分含量的原料配置而成 :
钙 2% ~ 8%;磷4% ~ 12%;铈15% ~ 35%;钛3% ~ 12%、
钇1% ~ 10%;钕9% ~ 17%;镧 11%~19%;锗3% ~ 10%。
优选的,所述保健添加剂的原料的粒度为 :钙为 800 目、磷为 1200、铈为 1500目、钛为 450 目、钇为目 550、钕为 600 目、镧为3000 目、锗为 550 目。
本发明提供一种所述含有负氧离子远红外线的保健眼镜框的制备方法,其步骤如下:
步骤1、根据所述保健眼镜框的原料的配比称取各原料,混合搅拌均匀;
步骤2、将搅拌均匀的混合原料在170℃下加温除湿,在100℃下烘烤8个小时;
步骤3、将烘烤后的混合原料在240℃下注塑成型,制得镜框胚料;
步骤4、对所述镜框胚料进行磨水口、修整和滚光处理,再清洗;
步骤5、对清洗后的半产品进行喷漆、喷光油和烤干,再抛光制得所述的保健眼镜框。
优选的,所述步骤4中的磨水口为磨平入胶口及合模线。
优选的,所述步骤4中的修整和滚光处理为将所述的镜框胚料放入滚桶滚动40分钟,取出将没滚干净的毛边刮干净,再放入滚桶滚动10分钟,滚掉刀痕。
优选的,所述步骤5中的烤干为在烤炉温度60℃下,烤4个小时。
本发明提供的保健眼镜框具备以下的功能和作用效果 :

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明提供的一种含有负氧离子远红外线的保健眼镜框,其由下列重量比的原料配置而成,塑料 :保健添加剂 :流动剂 :色料 = 1000 :40~45 :0.01~5 :0.25 ~0.5。其中,优选具有记忆性的高分子材料,如,TR90(塑胶钛)塑料。根据需要可以选择流动剂的用量和色料的用量,也可以不使用色料。所述保健眼镜框原料用量的配比,可选用如下实施例:
实施例1:
塑料 :保健添加剂 :流动剂 = 1000 :40 :0.01 :0.25。
实施例2:
塑料 :保健添加剂 :流动剂 :色料 = 1000 :42 :3 :0.37。
实施例3:
塑料 :保健添加剂 :流动剂 :色料 = 1000 :45 :5 :0.5。
其中,色料可以根据市场需要选择用量。所述的保健添加剂,其由下列重量百分含量的原料配置而成 :
钙 2% ~ 8%;磷4% ~ 12%;铈15% ~ 35%;钛3% ~ 12%、
钇1% ~ 10%;钕9% ~ 17%;镧 11%~19%;锗3% ~ 10%。
所述保健添加剂的原料的粒度为:钙为 800 目、磷为 1200、铈为 1500 目、钛为450 目、钇为目 550、钕为 600 目、镧为3000 目、锗为 550 目。
根据不同功效的要求,可以选用保健添加剂原料用量的配比,在此不多赘述。所述化工原料----塑料、流动剂、色料以及保健添加剂的原料---钙、磷、铈、钛、钇、钕、镧和锗均可以在化工原料商店或化工厂购买得到。
本发明提供的所述含有负氧离子远红外线的保健眼镜框的制备方法,其步骤如下:
步骤1、根据所述保健眼镜框的原料的配比称取各原料,混合搅拌均匀。即可以按上述实施例的原料配比,依次准确称量放入搅拌器中搅拌。其中 ;钙为 800 目 ;磷为 1200 ;铈为 1500 目 ;钛为 450 目 ;钇为目 550 ;钕为 600 目 ;镧为 3000 目 ;锗为 550目。
步骤2、将搅拌均匀的混合原料放入烤箱,先在170℃下加温除湿,然后在100℃下烘烤8个小时。
步骤3、将烘烤后的混合原料注塑成型, 注塑机温度为240℃,鉴别料温是否得当,应在低压低速下对空注射,适当的温度应使喷咀喷出来的料刚劲有力,不带泡、不卷曲,光亮、连续。在注塑过程必须注意产品质量要求事项进行调机作业,制得镜框胚料。
步骤4、对所述镜框胚料进行磨水口,即磨平入胶口和合模线。然后对磨水口后的镜框胚料修整和滚光处理,即将镜框胚料放入滚桶滚动40分钟,取出将没滚干净的毛边刮干净,再放入滚桶滚动10分钟,滚掉刀痕后,取出清洗。
步骤5、对清洗后的半产品进行喷漆、喷光油,然后在烤炉温度60℃下,烘烤4个小时进行烤干。再抽查产品喷油漆的附着力,合格的进行抛光处理,即抛掉表面沉点、划痕和积油,最后抛光制得所述的保健眼镜框。
完整制备的保健眼镜框,还要进行后续工艺:
(1)进行印字脾→印字→装脚套→弯脾;
(2)对镜片进行检测,割镜片;
(3)镜架组装;
(4)镜片和镜架装配,调架,进行成品检查装袋装盒子装箱打包。以此完成。
针对本发明提供的眼镜进行有关临床实验如下:
一、实验统计方法
1.斯内伦(Snellen)图表或设备
2.心理学视力测量通过观察主体行为来进行。
二、实验结果
与初始视力相比,A组视力检查改善(%):
中国台北TCM医疗中心招募了100名常见视觉问题患者,包括眼疲劳(1),近视,老花眼,远视,青光眼,白内障,飞蚊症和散光。测量个人的视力或视力问题(2),参数是参与者主体的视敏度。 Snellen图表或设备被用来测量对象的视觉。测量观察对象作为次级心理学确定视力的行为。佩戴本产品3-12个月后,50%以上的患者眼疾问题得到改善。
